For context, I agreed he could alter the back and close up this absurd gap between the halter tie and the seam. I only had about a week before the wedding (because I'd ordered/returned so many options that didn't work from the bridesmaid online shop). It was my first time going to Le, so I didn't know what to expect. I'd read reviews and had friends in the area recommend him. I'm glad I listened. And let me tell you, the end result looked SO much better when I picked it up! Everything he said to me, he was absolutely right about. He apologized and said he'd reimburse me if I brought the receipt so I did, and then he refused to do so. Do not bring anything of value here. I'm beyond disappointed.
