This one is close to home but I'll choose the one in Culver City any day. It reeked of must; like a dirty chuckie cheese. Never again!!!!!

I am a Current Customer of AT&T My Service Will End On January 31 St 2026…read more So I was told by a AT&T Representative, But that can always change, Because They Are Not All Consistent with what they Say or Do or Promise?? They Constantly Changed My Billing Date, Even After we Set & Agreed Upon a Particular Date on Which I Received my Money and then When I Was Not able to meet their Newly Unexpected New Billing Date, that they Did Not Notified me they changed, They Penalized me and Placed My Account on Restricted Mode And Severely Hiked Up the Price a Couple of Times. A AT&T Representative told me over The Phone, that they Pretty Much Reserve The Right to Change The Billing Cycle As They Please???? When One Confronts a AT&T Representatives About Changing My Billing Date more than a Couple Of Times Another Strategy They Will Use, Is That They Will Vehemently Deny, that they Even Change It And Even go as Far as Saying, that There was No Record of Such Changes??? Complete Dishonesty and Denial?? I Cancelled my Service with Them Today 1/05/26 and They Are Going To Charge me for The Whole Month of January 2026, Even Though I am Not Going To be using their Home Internet For The Rest of January 2026??? The AT&T Technology is One of The Best There Is, But they Have A Very Dishonest Work Force and Management and they Treat Their Customers Horribly, They Pretty Are As Dishonest as They Can Be & Are Constantly Looking for Ways of How they can make More Money Off of you with Blatant Dishonest Ways. I have been a **long-term customer** for years, but as of 2026, loyalty means absolutely nothing to this "Black Box" corporation. The "Service Bridge" Failure For those who don't know, a **"bridge"** is a short-term extension--a few extra days to pay your bill before they cut your digital lifeline. I requested a simple 48-hour window due to a temporary hardship. What I encountered instead was a complete **mechanical failure** of human logic and basic decency. The "Collections" Nightmare When I was transferred to the collections agent, the interaction went from frustrating to abusive. Even though I remained calm and was never irate, this agent: * **Constantly talked over me**, refusing to listen to the facts of the situation. * **Refused a supervisor escalation**, acting as if she were the final authority in the universe. * **Told me off** for "daring" to ask for someone above her. * **Hung up on me** mid-sentence once she realized she couldn't "smash" me into submission. Why this deserves 1 star: * **Over-Engineered Incompetence:** It's the "Bulldozer Paradox." They have massive infrastructure, but they can't dig a simple hole. The software is now the authority, and the agents have had their override keys stripped away. * **The Hammer/Glue Paradox:** AT&T only knows how to use a hammer. When you need a constructive solution (a bridge), they only offer a destructive one (suspension). * **The Corporate Alibi:** "The system won't let me" is the ultimate shield. It removes all moral agency from the staff, turning a global company into a machine that has no "exception handling" for human life. **The Reality:** AT&T is a joke. They value "uptime," but they couldn't care less about "access." They've replaced customer service with a straightjacket. **Avoid at all costs.**
