    Not even half way full.

I really, really hate to leave this review, but Tim Hortons has really gone downhill. My husband and I have to pass this location quite often and after a couple of visits, we will go out of our way to go to a different location. With that being said, I think all Tim Hortons are a hit or a miss now. Speaking specifically about this location, I've received 3 burnt bagels, most of the time they're sold out of parfaits and twice I was blamed by an employee for not receiving my entire order. This last visit my parfait was literally only half full (shown in pics). I guess they weren't sold out because they didn't fill them completely. The only good things about Tim Hortons now is their hot chocolate and chocolate glazed doughnuts.

Horrible!!! So slow people are leaving! It has been over 20 minutes and we just placed our order. Well we finally got our order and it was wrong! They also did not put any napkins in, so Very messy and annoying for eating in the car

This Tim Hortons is right down the street from me and we go further away just to go to a different one now. One time this summer I had a stone in my iced coffee Yes an actual stone. Another time, I looked at the bottom of my iced coffee and there was something big and dark so I got it out and it was a piece of what looked like bacon or some type of meat. Absolutely disgusting. How does that even happen? And yes I have photos to prove this. Also, I'm often given sugar instead of Splenda. A few people said that about this location. The taste is completely different.

When I asked for vanilla flavoring in my cold brew he suggested I try the lavender flavoring and I am so glad I did, it's SO GOOD! The lavender cold brew - how do I explain just how delish it is??? It tastes like what I feel like a yoga studio in the early morning would taste like - pure zen and happiness. I want one of these every day until the end of time. Next up, their sour dough. I am so impressed! Sour Dough is not easy to perfect and they have definitely done it! Like wow, whoever is baking this, start teaching a class. I'm so serious, I'm first in line to take it. I'm very happy with the amount of toast that you get, they definitely don't skimp. I can't wait to try more toast from here! Lastly, the ambiance here is unbeatable. A plant lovers dream come true. They have impeccable interior decor and sell all kinds of beautiful plants?! Who knew you could so flawlessly fuse so many of my favorite things. Yeah this place wins. My new favorite coffee shop.

On the left is the veggie-leaning Pure Roots; on the right side is Burger Bros, which distinguishes itself with a front of house sign, "Y'all Are Welcome, But You Gotta Act Right". (Review for there to follow soon). It was a cold day. When I asked what the soup of the day was, I was told, "Lemon chicken". I assumed it was like an avgolemno, which I like. Never assume. Below is the photo of my meal. Zucchini, peas and carrots played a starring role but were not mentioned. "Let medicine be your food/ Let food be your medicine" Hippocrates is supposed to have said. I consumed my medicine in silent contemplation of the bakery down the street. This restaurant is self-serve; seat yourself after ordering and paying, then bus your table at the end. Headed to the counter and showed the app, they said have a seat we'll get your bag ready. The place is cute inside kinda homey with little kiosk with stuff for sale. She brought my bag over and had a cup for coffee. She let me to the coffee station & I had the coffee of the day. I normally don't drink flavored coffee but it was real good, a nutty and creamy flavor combined. My bag had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and slice of blueberry crumble pie. The table by me had sandwiches that looked good, will definitely be back.

For those who have never been, there's two entry points; the front (from the street), is wheelchair friendly, while the back (from the parking lot) has some stairs. There are two single bathrooms available in this place. If you're dining in, you can order at the counter and they'll bring the food to your table. Regardless you need to order at the counter anyway. They always have a great selection of baked goods and coffee, plus specialty drinks on rotation. They offer light breakfast and lunch if you don't want just a coffee and pastry. They sell gifts and ground/bean coffee along with flavored syrups. For this particular trip, I ventured in to get lavender syrup (Torani). I treated myself to a specialty rotating drink (Hansel and Gretel frozen coffee - frozen coffee with gingerbread and white chocolate). I also purchased a blueberry muffin and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin (also a rotation dessert specialty). All were excellent, as par for course here. I don't hear at all but speak well, so the kind lady at the front grabbed a pad and writing utensil to communicate with me, which was very helpful and so we both were on the same page. It was very appreciated. Another reason I love this place, they're so accommodating

I'd never before seen sourdough croissants or cheese danishes; there's an abundance of gorgeous loaves/boules for sale. (Cheese fondue supplies! Yes!!). A baker's rack to the right sells day-old bread at discounted prices (make your own croutons!) I opted for an almond (sourdough) croissant and a small coffee; I was asked if I wanted a mug or a to go cup? I was given a beautiful glazed mug - very charming! Two things worth mentioning: There's a small seating area downstairs, and five large tables upstairs. The stairs? A polite way of describing them is, "grandfathered-in". The rise/run makes it difficult to navigate if you're in thick boots, carrying a child, or have stiff knees. The pastry had a beautiful crunch. I enjoyed the almond flavor. And then I found: cherry preserves? I'm aware that "croissant et confiture" (eaten with jam) is a standard French breakfast, but it did change the mouth feel of the treat. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something earthier and beautifully executed.
