Amazing croissants! This places really has everything and can truly make anyone happy. They have a lot of options from plain croissants to more savory options like a breakfast sandwich and also something to cure your sweet tooth like the pistachio croissant I had! The staff were very kind and answered all of our questions. The service was very quick and they bring the made to order options out to your table. The interior was smaller but they do have seating upstairs. Overall I recommend coming to this place with an empty stomach and a desire to try one of everything! You will not be disappointed!

We are OBSESSED with this bakery right now! The place is adorable, plenty of parking, SUPER busy but luckily we got there right after they opened and everything is delicious! We tried the breakfast sandwich and it was great and different than most places with the sesame roll. We also tried the croissants and they had the best flavor and texture and better than any we have ever had. The best was the sour dough loaf that we took home for dinner and it was the first time there wasn't even a crumb left! It was hands down the best sour dough! They sure know what they are doing here and you need to try it!

Tucked in the back of a large parking lot, this place is large and welcoming. With a brown wooden front and similar decor inside, it feels very much rustic and home-baked feel which is perfect for this type of bakery. They have a large open kitchen area behind the clear display area making it feel very open and inviting. We got there just before closing so there wasn't much left, but they did have what we were looking for: a cinnamon roll. I've been a huge cinnamon roll and scone kick as we've been traveling the Eastern part of the country, and this place advertises sourdough cinnamon rolls, so of course I had to try it. The bread and other pastries (what was left at least) looked amazing and apparently were pretty popular as they were basically sold out, but I honestly couldn't tell a difference between their cinnamon roll and a non-sourdough cinnamon roll. The flavor was very good and they use vanilla icing instead of cream cheese, which is a requirement since I think cream cheese icing is sheer blasphemy, lol.

We went here on recommendation of a friend and it didn't disappoint. Ordered a sandwich to share with my sister. Also ordered some baked goods including a croissant. Everything was good, especially the environment. We sat upstairs which is so cozy and sweet. I ordered a London fog, they brought out a blueberry London fog, but I had asked for a plain one and they quickly replaced it with the proper order. Definitely a place to check out and return to! Get there early if you want the loaf of bread you were hoping for!

Just have to update my review because I've been coming here every week for the last 8 months straight - only missing 2 weeks due to being out of town for vacation. The owner Scott is so nice and accommodating and I really look forward to seeing him and his staff every week. They are constantly trying new pastries and loaf flavors which I really enjoy. You really can't go wrong with any of the products here because they're all so delicious and made with love. A real highlight though that most people miss out on is their iced coffee. It's the strongest in town because they use ice cubes made out of coffee so it never gets watered down and always packs a punch. Another favorite is the pizza at only $2.50 a slice. The pinwheels are always delicious, as are the croissants. My favorite sourdough low flavors are the white chip pistachio, three cheese Italian, and the roasted garlic parm.

Have been a few more times since my last review, everything has been amazing. Sat upstairs this time and had a breakfast sandwich. Will definitely be back.

Saw that this new bakery opened in the Village of Hamburg and the owner used to work at our favorite place in Buffalo prior to opening here, so we had to go and check it out!! Besides the bakery, they also serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches. There is a dining area on the second floor, but we'll have to do that next time. They were very busy, but it felt very welcoming in there. The staff was very helpful and the pastries look fabulous! I would highly recommend the pistachio croissant and the three cheese bread. Can't wait to go back to try more!

I love this place so much. The ambiance, the food and the drinks, the DELICIOUS pastry's, omg... I dream of this place. And the workers are always so sweet! Love it so much.

There's a reason this place has 5 stars; definitely the best croissants I've had. How can you go wrong with a stuffed croissant?! I had the pistachio and my husband had blueberry and we agreed these were the best we've had in our travels around the country. We wished we had gotten more. We also got the lattes and they were delicious. Definitely want to try the breads next time too.

The croissants are the best I've ever had and having one as the base for an egg and cheese sandwich made it exceptional. Great service!

There are not enough stars possible for the amazing cookie dough cinnamon roll I had here!!!…read more I've been on a huge cinnamon roll kick lately, and I've been trying any ones that use real vanilla icing (ain't nobody got time for that cream cheese icing monstrosity, lol) that I can get my hand on. This amazing place is located at the end of a large strip center that also houses an Aldi and Mighty Taco. The all glass windows and doors give it plenty of light and very open feel - something that we haven't seen much in this area with the beautiful intricate architecture (to us Floridians anyway, lol). The first day we went it was fairly empty and they were nearing closing time. Despite this, the lady who helped us was friendly and informative. She explained they make regular cinnamon rolls and pastries but also have a specialty roll of the week, which was cookie dough this week. They were out of almost everything except some of the day old rolls - which included a cookie dough one. Where we live, specialty cinnamon rolls are filled with the typical cinnamon and just topped with specialty stuff, so I assumed I would get the cookie dough one and try both their cookie crumbles and their traditional cinnamon roll in one. Boy was I wrong. Having bought far too many desserts in the last few days of this visit, I put the cookie dough roll to the side a few days, but when I tried it - OMG!! The center of the roll is COOKIE DOUGH AND NOT CINNAMON. When I tell you this is one of the best desserts and food inventions I have ever seen, I MEAN IT!! Nevermind the crookie or cookie dough croissant craze, these people have created heaven in a dessert. Needless to say, I had to go back again today for another, as they close on Mondays and change their flavors on Tuesdays. A different person was there, but she was just as helpful. And they had just one last cookie dough roll, which of course I had to get. If you ever get the absolutely divine timing that I did and find yourself in the Hamburg, Buffalo, or Amherst (I know of these locations specifically, there may be others too), and they are running the cookie dough rolls, you HAVE TO try them!

It's been a while since I grabbed a treat from Kaylena Marie's. On a Saturday, around 11:45am, I arrived at the Hamburg bakery, the newest location of the small franchise. There was plenty of parking in the HUGE parking lot as the bakery is next to an ALDI. I walked into a large space with plenty of tables and a bar along the window with stools, reminiscent of Orchard Park's seating setup - It felt warm and inviting, plenty spacious, very easy to converse with others. It was great seeing quite a few tables filled with people sipping on coffee, pastries, sandwiches, etc.! They do have a pretty large menu of breakfast items and sandwiches along with plenty of drinks, which are listed on their menu located at the counter. Walking toward their case of goodies, I was a little surprised at the limited selection, albeit they were definitely the more popular treats. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly, fun to talk to as I placed my order. All in all, a great ordering experience and a spot I wouldn't mind sitting down and having breakfast in. So what did I order? Fall 2025, Kaylena Marie's re-introduced their "Specialty Rolls" with the big change being the size being "mini" compared to their normal cinnamon roll, which is HUGE. I'll be honest, I was a concerned the "mini" would be a tad too small, but, after ordering two, I say they are perfectly sized. For the week of 11/03/2025-11/09/2025, the Hamburg bakery's "Specialty Mini Roll" flavor was cookies and cream, dubbed the "Mini Oreo Roll", which is Kaylena Marie's roll swirled with crushed Oreo cookies, chocolate, and creamy filling then topped with more Oreo cookies and glaze. I ordered two, one for Saturday and one for Sunday. :) When the "Specialty Rolls" were giant (i.e. Kaylena's 'normal' size), this was my favorite flavor, so I was really happy when the first forkful brought me right back! The roll was as soft as I remember and the creamy inside with chocolate and Oreo cookie swirled in was excellent. The "mini" size was perfect, albeit I did have a little ice cream with it. :) But truth be told, the "mini" is the proper size for these specialty flavors. Also, stick it in the microwave for 20-25 seconds, thank me later! As for the price, in 2025, this was nicely priced, certainly not as pricey as I expected, which was another treat. Kaylena Marie's of Hamburg is an inviting bakery/café! The staff working are courteous and friendly and the treats are on-brand with the original idea of Kaylena Marie's. I will certainly be back for another batch of "Specialty Mini-Rolls" or perhaps a 'Normal' (aka GIANT) cinnamon roll for old time's sake. haha

I ordered an egg breakfast sandwich with home fries and an apple juice, which came out to about $25. While the food itself was a bit on the bland side and felt a little limited for the price, the ambiance really stands out. Here's where it all fell down. After placing my order, I turned my back, reading the menu. Then I heard the microwave "ding" and saw my pain au chocolat removed. Really?? (I once had a Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef explain that croissants should never be re-heated because it ruins the scaffolding of the butter/flour feuille, or "sheets"). I then tried the various seats in the Danish-style cafe. Stool? No love: They're metal and lack cushions. Chairs at the tables were also metal. I settled in an honest-to-God church pew: The kind the Puritans used, to reflect upon their sins. Do yourself a favor and get your treats to go.
