I quickly stopped here since it's right off the highway - it adds a toll to get off and on again but that doesn't effect the review. The inside was very messy and the staff was overall rude. The workers lost multiple people's drinks as they were just scattered around the counter in the back since the main area was shoved full of drinks. I also wish the bathrooms were checked on more since there was so much staff - the toilet was not clean. You'll have to make sure to get your own utensils as well, they seem pretty forgetful here. read more

I haven't been here in years. They redid the whole inside. There is much more room for the employees to work and less seating than from when I can recall. (I came here a lot in my early 20's, almost 20 years ago.) I asked the one barista about it and she said they were closed for four months and just reopened recently. We are Starbucks regulars all over the area. At least Twice a day . This is by far the worst store in Erie county. It's set up wrong, it's dirty, and it slow. There are currently 18 people in line. It's hard to tell who wants to order and who's picking up drinks. We've been waiting for 13 minutes for one latte. The layout of the store is not conducive at all to waiting or to sitting. With this Much traffic they need a different location to accommodate people who want to sit or wait. The door is blocked by people Waiting. This has always been the case here. There are 5 staff on but it seems very disorganized. They are trying their best . Only one person taking orders. It's not their fault. It's the way the space is laid out. Too high a volume for the footprint. Maybe ok for a mobile order call in but not the place to come hang out. read more

Known as the best starbucks in the southtowns... It's always pretty busy but the staff is friendly and they get the drinks out quickly. It's located on the corner of Home Depot plaza so there is plenty of parking. Unlike most locations, there is no drive thru so you will need to get out to grab your basic chick lattes. I don't know if it's just me, but the amount of times a simple order has been wrong at this location is painful. I usually mobile order to make my life easier, but it's usually wrong or I'm waiting for 20 minutes while my mobile order cups stands there and newly ordered cups are being filled. A black, no cream, no sugar, iced coffee. Simple right? Apparently not. Had at least 2-3 pumps of caramel or some kind of flavor in it. Didn't realize it until I got to work and took my first sip of pure sugar. A citrus defender tea that is now a regular menu item. Two defense tea bags, steamed lemonade, honey. Saw the barista make it with two different bags of peach tea and was a bit confused, I literally had it the day before. I told her my order was wrong and she told me what I wanted didn't exist until another barista overheard and clarified the mythical citrus defender INDEED DID EXIST. I usually order plain coffee, or a citrus defender tea when I need a boost. I truly don't understand why my orders seem to be difficult. I really don't want to stand there watching the barista's every move to make sure my coffee doesn't have anything but coffee in it. read more

Any time I come here for coffee I have to wait an eternity. I was here again recently and waited 25 minutes for just for one latte! I was going up to register to cancel my order and get a refund when they finally called my name. If I have to go to this one I will usually use the Starbucks app and order in advance but it was not working for me that day for some reason, so I had to order in person. This location could really use a drive thru as well since the layout of the parking lot is a bit odd. You have a good selection of milks for the milk-based cappuccinos and lattes or to add to your coffee, including: Whole, 2%, Breve (half & half), 1%, Nonfat, Heavy Cream, Soy, Coconut and Almond. Don't be afraid to ask the beverage for how you want it. They can use half pumps to adjust sweetness, or make a drink "skinny" by eliminating the whipped cream, using nonfat milk and sugar free flavor shots. Starbucks where I'm out is far and few between. So I have to take a 25minute drive to get it, But alas, i was finally was able to make it. The place is situated at the corner of an area where there are tons of stores and shops. Being tucked away in a corner, I didn't think it would be busy. Me and my friend decided to just sit down and just take it easy a little bit. They did have my macha green tea powder which was a heaven cent because I don't really drink coffee but love all things green tea. The place wasn't dead but actually had a stead stream of customers coming in. I will for sure be coming back here more often when I'm in the area. I have always liked this Starbucks, as essentially the only free-standing Starbucks in the Southtowns. My order is always good and accurate. The employees are fantastic- friendly and polite even when clearly overwhelmed. They've done a good job trying to keep orders organized and social distancing enforced (as much as possible with as crowded as it is). However, it has become almost comical how much this location has outgrown its size and location. The Southtowns desperately needs another Starbucks, and I'm glad one is coming to OP, soon. In the meantime, this place is chaos. It routinely takes 45 minutes to get an order. Today I ordered via the app, waited 20 minutes, drove 10 minutes to the store, and waited another 15 minutes there. I've had to leave without my order before as I just didn't schedule an hour to wait for coffee in my day. Beyond that, many people seem to be under the impression that it will be a quick in and out to pick up their order, so they park illegally anywhere, making pedestrians need to weave around cars parked in the fire lane to get in the store. Not great. Watching the employees work is like watching characters in a restaurant simulation video game. This place has potential and used to be wonderful. This is a smaller location, no drive thru! The place is clean, service was good! I ordered 4 drinks, one being tea! I go to this Starbucks for one occasion and that's a pit stop before Bills games to get boxed coffee for the gang to keep us going before we switch to Blue light. I call ahead and it takes about 10 minutes for them to get a box going for me. They have a really nice set up, provide you with any milk of your choice (including almond milk, which is awesome and very much appreciated) a bunch of cups, sweeteners, stirrers and tons of napkins. The staff is super kind and efficient and the line moved pretty quickly. Decent amount of seating, pretty standard compared to other Starbucks. Works for me! read more

Ordered online several times and the orders took an hour or more. The app says it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes. When you show up tons of people are waiting and angry. The people working there don't seem to care. Either the app needs to work better or they just can't fill orders at the speed that Starbucks thinks they can. My girlfriend was being the typical white girl, and wanted to go to Starbucks. So I took her. I walked into a room full of MacBooks and scarfs. It was a whole new breed of people I've never seen, its as if I walked into another country. If I had to guess, it was Paris. As she ordered her mysterious non-English word "drink" , I suddenly realised I had no idea what I was Going to order. I ended up with some type of concoction that tasted like burnt marshmallows and cat hair. I felt very left out. So to join the Starbucks river flow, I instagrammed my drink. The next 20 minutes were spent fighting about what filter to use. I had a half decent experience and that was only because I couldn't get over the guy who made my coffee, his accent was either Austrian or German. Which in my book, are the same thing. Do not go to this Starbucks if you plan on studying or doing any type of work. They only have three tables, only two of them have outlets. And every single time I make the 10 minute drive here, both of the tables are taken.
