Huge parking lot but kind of hard to find parking because it's a shared lot. Went to get a backpack for school and they have a lot to choose from. Went to many stores and this one is the one that had all the new Jansport styles and colors. It also surprisingly wasn't overpriced and I was able to use my 20% coupon who I was even better. It's definitely worth it to sign up for their rewards programs to get the good deals. The sales girl or whatever her title is, was not helpful at all. She was everywhere I was looking like she was following me. It maybe her protocol to make sure people don't steal,but calm down ,I'm sure I make 5x more than her and her manger to steal from that store. Called in to see if they had a particular pair of shoes available in my size. After a brief hold for them to check to see if it was in stock, they had the shoes ready n waiting for me at the front. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were amazingly very clean when making my purchase. Sanitized and cleaned every surface at the register, including the pin pad terminal for paying after every customer. Felt very at ease inside this establishment. read more

What a pathetic store policy! Walk in to buy vans shoes and socks for my daughter. They didn't have vans socks to try on with the shoes so wanted to use a pick of socks I was going to buy. Manager tells me I need to buy the socks first before opening the pack, try it on then buy shoes! Refused to have two transactions. If this is actual store policy then Tilly's needs to rewrite their internal policies. If this is just bad management then Tilly's needs to send their managers to business 101 classes. If you're looking for basics, Tilly's always has a great selection at a decent price. The clearance racks are also a sweet bonus if you have time to dig for some hidden treasures. This location always seems to have more in stock for kids/teens as opposed to their adult sizes, but I always know what to expect when I come here. I hate leaving low reviews, but I'm very unhappy and hope this will be noticed and heard. As a former manager myself, I know how important customer service is and what can, cannot, and should be done. I purchased sale merch online. A couple items didn't fit, so I went in to the store promptly to return a couple things. The return policy on the website states: "All sale merchandise is returnable for a Tillys Store Credit...Store issued gift cards (Store Credits) are non-transferable and cannot be sold." The in-store manager made it sound like she was doing me a favor when she told me that they are unable to accept sale returns, but since it's not an obvious policy she would allow me to put it towards an exchange in the store. I asked if I could get a gift card and come back, and she said no. So I search around for a while. Couldn't find anything I liked. I checked the return policy, tried to tell her that it said I *can* return my items for a gift card, and I was still denied. So instead of pushing for it, I just bought something I didn't really want and left. Nice tactic to try and keep your store sales numbers up, but not cool. read more

So I came by to this location literally 5 mins before closing and Charlize ,Simon and Vinny helped me out with every annoying question I had and didn't rush me or anything. I definitely don't recommend coming in right before they close let alone any store but they were so sweet and helpful. Not only did they assist me getting the things I wanted but made the transaction and easy go. They were all kind and had great attitudes. I know if I were in their shoes I wouldn't of been so nice or calm because I would want to go home but these 3 are all manager quality material. This store is my son's choice for fashion. He can do some damage here (of course on his Mama's tab). I love the skater/beach boy styles they have to offer for the young and vibrant teenagers, it's all age appropriate. So glad my son is not into that hip-hop, sagging, "I think I'm-a-hard-ass" crap. As for the adult section, I love the styles for both the women and men. My husband and I shop here as well, mostly for pool/beach wear. They always have a large variety of swimsuits, board shorts, tanks, summer dresses, t-shirts, accessories etc. At this particular location the staff is always very helpful & friendly! read more

I took my son today to buy clothes for the weekend getaway. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the store was clean and organized. Staff didn't welcome us, but did other people. There was only one male staff who organized clothes that told us if we need help he' ll be around and to let him know. As soon as we were ready to pay, the male cashier took his time to clean the counter then called us to ring our items. While scanning, he told us to move in front of the glass, but the guy who was before us didn't even stand in front of the glass. Worse of all, he wasn't even wearing his mask properly. It was half way down his nose! When i handed my cash, he didn't want to take it so he said to put it down, because he claims he didn't want to touch my hand! OMG!!! I understand , but he had to give me change anyway and had to put it on my hand so what was the difference!??? I had a hard day at work and I was a bit grumpy. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my kid, but I really didn't like the way he treated us. It felt like he was being racist. I am asian, and I've never been treated like that as a customer. I came in to the store for skater shoes but was pleasantly surprised with the diversity of apparel options. All the name brands you can ask for! What's more surprising was the customer service, especially in such a retail ridden shopping center. Look for the manager Andrew, as he knows his products and knows how to assist customers without shoving his sales quotas down your throat! I took my daughter shopping the other day for shoes and I was impressed by how sweet the staff was. Charlize, Matt and Ellie were amazing. So professional and sweet. They made my daughter feel special. You don't get that at most places you shop anymore. We left there feeling so happy and good. It's people like that who make the world go round. I don't usually leave reviews, and never bad ones.... but I went into the store and pretty much was invisible. The employees were all chatting by the register. I had to wait and wait till I finally made eye contact with someone who eventually noticed I wanted to try something on. No one checked on me and I really wanted to purchase what I tried on, but needed another size. Instead of getting fully dressed to go grab the other size, I just left. No one else was trying on clothes, and there might have been one other person in the store. There's no reason why there couldn't have been a tad bit of customer service. I use to love shopping here since its near my home, but to be honest... The customer service here sucks. I asked the cashier to show me some backpacks that were hanging on the wall and she made a face at me of disappointment of having to help me since she was so caught up talking to her other co worker.
