They even have a printer available which is a huge plus for people here working. At that point, I wasn't sure if I ordered a turkey sandwich or a mayo sandwich with a turkey garnish. My wife said her Spicy Chicken Melt was okay, but nothing special. Certainly not something she'd go out of her way to order again. The real kicker? $34 for two sandwiches and one Diet Coke. For that price, I expect a decent sandwich, not a mayonnaise disaster held together by a few slices of turkey. My $9 sandwich ended up exactly where it belonged--in the garbage. I prefer less sugar generally (25% at most other places), but you can safely get 100% sugar level here without feeling like your drink is overly sweet. If you opt for less sugar, staff may warn you that it won't be sweet at all unless you get the pearls, which are sweetened by default. If you dined at Mensho Ramen next door, you can get a discount on your drink order at Xing Fu Tang if you show them your receipt. The shaved ice is delicious with the ice being made from frozen sweetened milk rather than only water. An order is huge and you can easily share with 4 people for dessert. The largest tables inside can comfortably accommodate a group of 4. You can easily pull extra chairs over if your group is bit larger. Service is curt, but they're not intentionally mean. There was a mistake one time with my order, so they made my correct drink asap and free of charge.

This is a Taiwanese chain of really good boba! I'm so excited we have a Mesa location. If you're in the mood for brown sugar boba, this is the place to go. They're known for making their own boba and syrup in-house. The syrup is poured into the sides of the cup so the drinks have tiger stripes. Everything I tried was really good! I got a coffee milk latte with boba, a brown sugar boba with pudding, and a strawberry mochi. I'm so in love with the strawberry one!!! Honestly, this may be the freshest and tastiest boba I've ever had! All of the drinks are sweetened with brown sugar syrup which is so good! You can customize your drink with lactose-free milk as well as soy milk if you have difficulty with dairy (like me)! They also offer green tea and black tea (no milk) with boba. The service is fast and friendly and the small waiting area is clean and bright. Customers order at the counter and take their drinks to go. I decided to get their seasonal milk tea, which happened to be the ya shi dancong oolong (translates to duck droppings, lol). It's a lighter oolong and fun fact: comes from the Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou, China. Definitely appropriate for Arizona. I chose 50% sweeteness, light ice, and added their signature boba. The bobaista was super friendly and welcoming. Once I got my drink, I could taste the faint floral and toasted flavor, which was pleasant. The boba was nicely cooked as well. Although there didn't appear to be much ice in my drink as expected, it did make my drink cold more quickly and watered down the flavor, unfortunately. I'd probably order no ice next time. Their matcha drinks looked pretty and were popular, as many customers purchased them while we were there. I'd probably visit again!
