my Boo and I swung by here one night (sweet cravings) we got a few of each choc chip, m&m, oatmeal choc chip and oatmeal raisin. They were pretty good not warm enough though, and idk if they were about to close but my only complaint is.....they were out of snicker doodle......the cookies should be a wee bit bigger especially for nearly .80 cents a pop. Tiff's Treats never disappoints, but this time was way over and beyond what I expected. I sent my nephew and his wife some cookies to celebrate their new baby. Due to Covid the delivery was made to the nurses station. For whatever reason the cookies never got to their room. I called customer service late on Sunday evening to let them know and WITHOUT HESITATION they resent the cookies at no charge. They even called my nephew to ensure he came to get the cookies. Great cookies! I had heard talk of Tiff;'s treats from friends in Dallas and in Austin. I finally had to track one down to see what all of the fuss was about and have to say I am so glad I did. The cookies from TT are to die for! I bought a half dozen M&M and half dozen Snickerdoodle with special packaging and had it delivered to my husbands work for our 2 year anniversary. They delivered on time (even a few minutes early!) and it was so professional! Leon (the owner) and Jace (manager of the South location) contacted me and definitely tried to work it out with me. I do appreciate that they were wanting to correct the situation. Basically the managers at the 183 location dropped the ball and thought the other was handling everything. As I do appreciate the passion and great gestures from Leon and Jace, I still never received any word or contact from the 183 location. Thank you Leon and Jace. Original review: I ordered delivery Friday night, Granted they said it would be an hour and a half wait- I was fine with that. But I waited for almost 2 hours. And when it arrived, it was not hot, warm, or even slightly warm. I live near this location and have come in to get it for gifts or have even had them delivered. I sent them an email within 10 minutes of their arrival. I still have not received any sort of response from the company. And when your niche is warm cookies delivered and no one in the company even cares to respond, you wil no longer be getting my business. I'm an equal opportunity sweets lover so when I found out that I was working near a Tiff's Treats, we had to call and place an order. We ordered half a dozen chocolate chip and half a dozen oatmeal chocolate chip. About 25 minutes later, we pull up to the storefront and our cookies weren't quite ready. That's okay, we were early and it gave us time to get some cookies out of the case - they have all their flavors and will sell single cookies for 75 cents. Our a la carte choices were sugar, m&m, white chocolate almond and butterscotch chip. Those were placed in a bag and our dozen was ready and presented in a box with a blue ribbon. We dug into the hot cookies right away. Sooooo good. They were chewy and just slightly warm. My oatmeal chocolate chip did not have a ton of oatmeal in it - just enough to give it a different texture than the regular choco chip and also make it less sweet. We sampled all of the a la carte cookies when we got back to the office. Our least favorite was the white chocolate almond. The sugar cookie had a nice dusting of sugar, the m&m was packed with the candies and the butterscotch chip had a really interesting flavor - the chips were very buttery so it was a sweet-salty party in your mouth. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cookie experience and will definitely be repeat customers! read more

I had the pleasure of ordering some of these for a friend who happens to be a single dad on Father's Day! He was very surprised and happy with the cookies. He also gave me one of these to sample to write this review. I had a peanut butter cookie. It was really good. I make my own cookies on occasion and if I decided to go with Tiff's because I was pressed for time, I don't think I would be disappointed. The cookie that I had was tasty and moist. No dryness whatsoever and I actually wished that I would have had another lol. The cashier who took the order was pleasant and there was no wait time during the order. I was wondering if they were open at first as the sign for "open" was not light in the window. I read on the website that they were open, so I went up to the door and pulled. They were open lol. Every so often a box of Tiff's Treats shows up at the office, but don't wait for a box to show up at your office. That would be a mistake. These are my favorite cookies in town and they are always satisfying, consistent, warm, soft and most of all delicious. If you're expecting a crunchy cookie, don't bother, because these are the gooiest, softest, most buttery little suckers I've ever had and I like it that way. And they deliver. I was not impressed. These cookies are small, greasy, and undercooked. Any average cook can make much better cookies at home. I would compare them in quality to McDonald's cookies. Stopped by here earlier this week as a treat for doing so much lawn work. I get there and place my order. One chocolate chip cookie, a brownie and a pint of ice cream. Another customer walks in to pick up a dozen cookies. The girl drops my order immediately to ring up this other customer... rude. There was some complication with the walk-ins order so she gets someone else and grabs the rest of my order. So I wait for ten minutes while they try to figure out how to ring up the order for that person who came in after me. In the mean time my cookie is going cold and my ice cream is warming up. No appology appology for the wait when I'm finally rung up. When I get home I realize the girl had grabbed the brownie from the fridge and didn't even bother warming it up. I got a *really* cold brownie, cold cookie, melty ice cream and horrible customer service. The brownie and cookie tasted good but the customer service was BAD. The cookies are good but they dont give options to make it a suprise the delivery takes too long past the time they say but ny number one reason I am disappointed is because they refuse to supplement a different flavor in the mixes even if a person is allergic so the options are buy a mix and waste two cookies or pay 30 more and get all the half dozen flavors other than the one you are alergic to in the mix. For that reason I dont think I will go back it just seems moiney hungry in that sense because its so easy to trade out a flavor but they only refuse to make you pay more. read more

This place is amazingly good and a great way to show that special someone you love them. My wife is 8 months pregnant and was craving something "sweet" . My coworker recommended I call in an order from here so I did. I had delivered to our home, a box of chocolate chip cookies and brownies.
