Back in February, I ordered pizza from Marco's Pizza on Research Blvd around 9 p.m. (it was a late dinner). My partner and I arrived a bit early, so we decided to wait in the car and then walk around. As we were walking, we made eye contact with a worker at Tiff's Treats, and he gestured for us to come in. However, as soon as we walked in, he smiled and asked if we wanted a cookie! It was close to closing time, and he said he had a lot left over on his rack. We were very surprised by this generous offer, so we got a chocolate chip and a snickerdoodle! Before that visit, we actually knew nothing about the place. And because I had mediocre experiences with cookie stores like Insomnia Cookies and Crumbl Cookies, I'd pretty much stopped spending money on them. But guys... that was hands down one of the best snickerdoodles I've ever had in my entire life. He warmed it up too, so it was EVEN MORE DELICIOUS!! The place was so clean and smelled amazing too. I seriously can't complain about anything (the only time I did complain was when they were completely out of snickerdoodles D: ). Ever since I tried their snickerdoodles, I've been going back for more. It's now pretty much routine to stop by Tiff's Treats whenever I order pizza from Marco's!

Ordered via DoorDash and was surprised they used their own delivery. Order was placed 7 pm and delivery should be around 9 pm. Called Tiffs at 9:15 pm for status and was told they're otw. I received a call from Tiff's around 9:22 pm and was told they delivered it to the wrong address, offered to process a new one, I agreed and was informed window delivery time is around 11 pm & offered $25 coupon. Honestly, If I wasn't craving and I can drive, I would have said no (even with that coupon) but it is what it is. 11:10 pm came and delivery arrived. Now it is missing the most awaited item, salted caramel brownies. It is definitely a mixture of frustration and disappointment.

I love Tiff's Treats, but I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a dozen of cookies (6 chocolate chip, 6 red velvet) for pick-up using the app. It was quick and easy. I arrived at the selected pick-up time. They said it'd be just 5 more minutes for the cookies to finish baking. Okay, not a problem. I came back in a few minutes later. The employee checked the oven and realized that another employee had turned it off. He told me it'd be 10 MORE MINUTES. At that point, I was getting impatient. He did offer me a free treat, so I had the salted caramel blondie. I appreciated that gesture, but it didn't make up for the wait. Finally, the cookies were ready, wrapped up nicely. However, when I opened the box later, I realized that the cookies were all under-baked (since the employee had rushed to get them finished). They were stuck to one another and hard to pull apart. I tried a red velvet cookie (the special-of-the-week), and it still tasted delicious. I loved the chocolatey flavor and soft texture. The blondie was also super tasty and had a great crunch from the toffee. Nevertheless, these treats weren't worth what I went through to get them. It's probably just a one-time occurrence, but I expect better from Tiff's in the future.

They have a very user-friendly website that connects you to your nearest store. I was fortunate to have this location. With the option of curbside pickup, all I had to do was check in thru a text and ID my vehicle. My hot, fresh cookies were brought out to me by a very friendly, masked associate who wished me a genuinely nice day. Cookies are packaged carefully in a nice silver lined white box, wrapped with their iconic blue ribbon. Their boxes ensure your cookies stay warm a nice long time. My rocky road and double chocolate cookies were tremendous! Soft, chocolatey, and warm. Their delivery service is terrific from this location. When you choose a delivery time, you can be confident that your fresh cookies will be at your door at that time. And, they will be fresh and warm. Sign up with their mailing list so you can take advantage of their promotions (if you are ready to welcome cookie goodness into your home and office more often!).

First off I will say this when I get these cookies delivered to me they taste totally different and better because they are fresh from the oven .Well today Idecided to stop in and get me some cookies, what a mistake because not only were they not fresh but they threw in the microwave..I wanted fresh baked cookies but Inwas told that they only do fresh baked for call in and delivery.. The in store experience was not good and it took away from what Inwas normally use to when it came to Tiff Treats... Word of advise if your customer wants fresh baked cookies give them to them and inform them of the time instead of not offering..

Cookies & ice cream..Yum!!!!

I was craving Ube and might have gone a bit overboard on ordering dessert because they had so many Ube options. The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!

What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.

I believe this may be a smaller Uncle Tetsu and might not have every item but they have most things. They had samples available and for my first visit, I was able to get a good impression of select items! I had the opportunity to sample a piece of their cheesecake biscotti and matcha cheesecake. I asked for a recommendation as a first time and was told I have to try the original to start. Service seemed friendly but felt a little rushed for me to hurry up. Cheesecake Biscotti - from my small slice, I was impressed. It's an airy cookie that's baked to a crispy finish. The exterior is crispy but the inside is fluffy, it's a fun texture that simply feels remarkable. Plus the overall cheesecake flavor is a delightful sweetness. Matcha Cheesecake - I was impressed with the softness. The small sample was so light yet ready to fall from the toothpick at any moment. It was just so delicate. Matcha was present though it's hard to say how strong from a quick sample so I'll reserve on that. Original Cheesecake - now for the real experience, it's no exaggeration to say that this quite literally melts in your mouth. It's almost like the cake simply dissolves, leaving a cheesecake flavor behind. Super fluffy, light, and airy, the cheesecake is delicate and when you eat it, your taste buds light up as if a spotlight is emphasizing the presentation. Fantastic end to any meal as well, especially because it's not heavy at all.
