My niece Kayla and I walked into Nothing Bundt Cakes with the baby Kori, fully big-backed and wide-eyed, staring at all the bundtlets like they owed us money. Did we really NEED cake? No. But word on the streetz was there were new Valentine's Day offerings, so there we were. Kayla, creature of habit, stuck with the White Chocolate Raspberry. IYKYK. I locked eyes immediately with the new Biscoff Cookie Butter cake and it was over for me. One and done. I had rewards points through the app and I didn't want to blow them all in one visit, so I bought one cake and used some of my points for the other. Shoutout to our server (receipt says "Luxe C" but I wish I'd asked her name) who absolutely looked out for me and charged me for the cheaper cake while letting me use points on the more expensive one. That's elite customer service right there. I SEE you, I APPRECIATE you. COOKIE BUTTER CAKE VERDICT/GRADE: B+ The cake had balance without feeling overwhelming. It was absolutely Biscoff cookie butter in flavor without tipping into cloying and artificial. Balanced without too much "sweet on sweet" each bite. The cake is also slightly dense in texture, which I love, but only if it's moist. And this one was moist. There are biscoff cookie pieces throughout the cake, adding more to the texture and flavor, and the spice level of the cake is spot on. Definitely an enjoyable dessert all the way through without becoming too much. Personally, I wouldn't have minded a thin layer of cookie butter and cream cheese running throughout the center, but the topping alone was enough and it easily spread over/into each bite. Note: Years ago, I had a rough experience at this location. Completely different vibes now. The current team is warm, joyful, and genuinely kind. Whatever changed, keep it. And thank you. read more

I especially like the idea of small portions of cakes, which are ideal when you want something sweet without too much. A separate plus for the system of bonuses and discounts that appear regularly. It definitely encourages you to come back. However, the latter experience with online ordering was a little less convenient than expected. The waiting time was delayed, and there was a little confusion with the coordination of the issuance. Although all eventually got, but the moment with expectation spoiled the overall impression. Regardless of size, the bundts have a generous frosting to cake ratio. I find the cake a little too dense and a teensy bit artificial in flavor, but I'm picky when it comes to baked goods. The non-chocolate options, especially lemon and snickerdoodle, pair best with the cream cheese frosting. Please don't as I did just show up as you won't be served - they are taking phone orders and then you have to wait an astronomical amount of time to get even the smallest thing. I order three Bundt cakes and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes and that they would call me to let me know it was ready. A hour later and I've got ice cream in car and it's 92 degrees outside and no phone call. So I finally call them, and I'm asked when was I told to come pick it up. I let her know I wasn't given a time, I was told the wait was approximately 40 minutes and they would call me and I haven't received a call. So she asks for my name and I give that to her and I'm asked what was my order? Ummmm, I guess when I placed my order over an hour ago, that wasn't written down. Service was terrible. Ordered and went to pay the price she told me was not the same as what was rung up. I questioned her and she said yeah its right, so I paid. I moved to the side to wait for my order, then I believe the manager came up front and called me over there to ask me to pay more money bc the previous girl rang it up incorrectly. Nicely I said in the future if you screwed up you should eat the error, especially since you are training. She proceeded to get defensive and tell me the other girl is new there and only 16 and to give her grace. I wasn't even upset at the 1st girl and I was just advising in the future to not have a customer after already paying to come back and pay more due to your error. I am totally in love with their Bundt cakes. These are the Best cakes ever. So moist and nice soft, it's buttercream is delicious. It's too sweet after a while although you can remove the buttercream as needed. I've been to this location several times and customer service is always good. I signed up for Nothing Bundt Cakes e-club to get special offers, which is why I made a visit yesterday. You can either place an order online, call the store ahead of time to place and pay for your order or you can wait until you get to the store to place your order. I was SUCH A BIG FAN and now I am not :( For a holiday work party, I ordered 2 dozen of these adorable bundtinis. See attached photo. I was extremely careful with the bag I was given and headed to work to present these for our party and was completely embarrassed and disappointed to find that one box was completely destroyed. It looked like someone dropped the box. The second box was intact, which is completely baffling. I did not think I needed to inspect the food before leaving, but I suggest that anyone who orders from this business should definitely inspect what they are paying for. I spent $40 on these and am completely disappointed. I was a HUGE fan of this place before today. It's very disappointing because their cakes are SO good! Efficient!! My kind of place. The cake I chose was the 8" chocolate-chocolate chip with cream cheese frosting. I didn't need the cake until the next day, so I did as they told me and put the cake in the fridge, and didn't take it out until 2 hours before cutting into it.
