Easter Brunch nothing impressive. Childrens menu for $32 a kid was embarrassing. Again nothing stood out for Party of 5. I was very disappointed.

Great spot in Roslyn, LI. Overlooks a pond which is very scenic. Service and staff was great. The drinks and food here were delicious. I would go with any of the cocktails but my bloody mary was on point. Food was the standout. Burger was juicy and flavorful. The cob salad was fresh and satisfying. And the crab cakes were a great appetizer. Would definitely come back again. Great in a group or for date night.

They have a $31 brunch which includes one alcoholic (or non) drink. Certain item requires an up charge. Overall the portion were generous and the service really prompt, attentive and courteous.

Nice job! We sat upstairs (which was a little weird but ok) felt sorry for the staff! Like the menu, nice options. Staff were great! Nice presentation, food was great! Will go back !

Butternut Squash Soup- very creamy and good. Soup of the Day (pea) can't complain very good as well . Grilled Salmon Filet- great taste and well done salmon . Seared Diver Sea Scallops & Grilled Jumbo Shrimp- it's alright Bread and butter is normal. Place is packed and still run very fast and smooth . Place is organized and clean . Price $114 with tax -without tip

The food was great! Definitely great portions for the price. I do however wish the staff was a bit more friendly so the rating will have to be four stars.

Blood Orange Margarita

Wish we could give 1/2 Stars, REALLY SOLID place to eat! Accommodating and efficient service. Brunch for $28 provides a plethora of hearty, healthy options. We chose the BBQ Brisket and scrambled eggs with a Blood Orange Margarita (they use Don Julio Blanco.) We also had the Crabcake Burger, which is a pound of shellfish deliciousness with a Peach (Goya) Bellini ($7 J. Roget Champagne), which was a perfect combination. The Sirloin burger was topped with 2 slab-style bacon strips and Cheddar with crusted French fries, which adds more savoriness. You're started off with drop Sugar Biscuits, which are a bit dry but helped with whipped Cinnamon Butter and came the we had a side of the Strawberry spread that accompanies the regular biscuits. Another great time at Thyme!

A seafood pasta dish featuring shrimp, pasta, and a green herb sauce is served in a large white bowl. The dish appears to include creamy elements and is placed on a restaurant table with other diners and glasses visible in the background.

Everything from food to service is just superior! Cute little restaurant where on 1st floor they invite live band to play while people dining and we were seated on the second floor near fireplace. Not a big space but very cute cozy and warm atmosphere. Young waiters are all very friendly and attentive. The best service ever! First time I went with my friend and had pesto pasta and cod dish with seasonal vegetables, yummy!! All very scrumptious. Second time I went back with my family just two months ago to celebrate my birthday. We had tuna tartar for appetizers and had seafood pasta, cod dish / shrimp dish and grilled scallop and lots of cocktails too. Can't remember the name of each dish since it's been a while but all I can say is that I was not disappointed at all even at second time that all their dishes were so flavorful and had the special home-made touch to it that our family enjoyed so much. Keep up the great with Thyme. We will be back!

New York Sour

Like usual we didn't have a lot of time to be able to seat and eat something from their entree menu. So when the hostess offered us a seat at the bar we were fine with it. The bartender was very friendly and nice. My wife had a glass of Cabernet and I had the New York Sour which is their version of a whisky sour (really good). The Blackened Salmon Tacos were delicious and so was the Crab cake. Can't wait to be back here for dinner, we will be sure to request a seat by the window for a water view.

Very cute and charming place. The food and service were excellent for a small birthday brunch. Salmon Eggs Benedict was very tasty.

No. I've only been there to have dinner at the bar. The place is always littered with old retired people. It's a very nice place though.

I believe there is an upstairs so if you calk ahead and make reservatuons, you could probably book upstairs. But the bad thing is that up stairs is where the restroom is at so you might have people who aren't in your party weaving through

The restaurant, Gatsby's Landing, draws its name from the romantic nostalgia of The Great Gatsby. Situated near the Long Island Sound and Roslyn Pond, the setting offered a beautiful waterfront ambiance. My wife opted for the Baby Roasted Beets Salad, Salmon, and Crème Brûlée, while I chose the Lobster Bisque, Squid Ink Tonnarelli, and Tiramisu. The menu highlights their commitment to fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients - a promise they certainly delivered on. The dishes were both delicious and generously portioned. It was clear the kitchen doesn't skimp on quality; for instance, the lobster bisque was loaded with tender lobster meat, the squid ink tonnarelli featured an abundance of blue crab, and the salmon was a substantial, thick-cut fillet. The chef clearly possesses a mastery of technique, knowing exactly how to pair garnishes and balance flavors in perfect harmony. Furthermore, the waitstaff was both diligent and courteous. We can see why this establishment is so popular--the combination of exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and the serene lake views is hard to beat. However, there is one area for improvement: the restaurant should consider replacing their current chipped plates with larger, more elegant dinnerware. High-quality presentation would better reflect the dignity and caliber of the food they serve.

She didn't realize that my sister and I were not able to stay for 2 nights. She had just lost her husband of 57 years and she was trying to help family get together. She actually wanted to pay for the room when she booked it, but the merchant wouldn't allow it. When my sister and I checked in we were told the reservation was for 2 nights. I explained to them that my aunt, who was trying to be helpful, booked the room for us and that we would only be able to stay for one night. The people at the front desk said they couldn't do anything about it because we were outside the cancellation period. I guess that was true because my aunt booked last minute for a funeral. The people at the front dest assured me that I would receive a call from the manager to address this. Never happened. Now one might think that the appropriate response would be we're are very sorry for your loss and we understand how this happened. If you did you would be absolutely wrong. I did dispute the charge for the second day with my credit card company because I never heard from the establishment, but through months of back and forth these people still refused to budge. I would like to thank this establishment and the Hilton Corporation for making a difficult time for my family just that much worse.

My first impression of the place was that it was beautiful inside and the lounge area was very cosy with a fireplace and couches. There's a bar area and seating both upstairs and downstairs on the main dining level. We were seated upstairs where it felt a bit cramped as they had placed 7 seats around one circular table. I had sat in the chair with the back to the wall and it was a tight fit and I could barely move my chair. The other tables were placed very close together and I could hear the nearby tables' conversations with how loud the noise level was. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and my family and I were starving and ready to order, but we experienced a bit of a wait since our server was attending to other tables. The waiter was friendly but the delay was noticeable. Now onto the food, overall it was average with some hits and misses. I highly recommend the fried calamari and Mac and cheese as appetizers. Both were very delicious. For drinks, I ordered the cold blooded margarita and loved it so much. I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict but found the hollandaise sauce to be a bit too salty. There was a mix up with my order so while everyone else received their meals I had to wait a while for my order to be corrected. I was disappointed with the portion size of the home fries as it was quite small and barely had any potatoes. My mom ordered the steak and eggs and she liked how perfectly seasoned the steak was. Overall, service could be better and I'm willing to give the food another chance. There is also both valet parking and street parking available.
