the food and service was amazing I can't recommend it enough. Overall the vibe and hospitality was impeccable 10/10

The service is very good, water glasses are constantly filled and plates cleared quickly. Been twice and have tried different dishes, everything was good. The restaurant is pretty inside and very lovely outside on the water. read more

I was realllyyyy excited to come here! It was our first time, we were celebrating a birthday, and we specifically chose Felice because we were excited for the atmosphere and to eat outside. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, which obviously isn't the restaurant's fault. What WAS incredibly disappointing was their solution: instead of seating us inside the actual restaurant, they walked us over to a completely separate, off-premise catering room nearby. We were literally the ONLY people sitting in this random room. It felt like we had been removed from the restaurant entirely and stuck in an overflow event space and not exactly the birthday dinner or Felice experience we made a reservation for. What made it worse was the host's attitude. Despite there appearing to be plenty of available tables inside the actual restaurant, she flat-out refused to seat us there and essentially told us we could either sit in the catering room or go somewhere else. No apology, no attempt to accommodate us, and honestly just incredibly dismissive and rude. It was such a bizarre and unwelcoming way to treat first-time guests. The food at least started off strong. The bruschetta and eggplant were both great! For dinner, we had the chicken Milanese and cacio e pepe, and neither was anything special. Our server was nice and the service itself was pretty good so I don't want that to go unnoticed BUT being shoved into an empty catering room and basically told to take it or leave it by the host completely overshadowed the rest of the night. For somewhere we were genuinely excited to try, it was an awful first impression and definitely not the experience we expected. read more

Came here on a thunderstorm night but the restaurant is still packed with customers. Service is good and they have a little stool for my purse which is very thoughtful. Food is little bit on a salty side but it's still good. If it's not the rain, I'm sure the view by the lake will be much better. read more

Overall beautiful restaurant and had a nice time. Food was very solid, the fig and ricotta starter was very fun and the mafalde pasta was very fresh. The lemon cream sauce was a bit heavy but super yummy. The outdoor area looks beautiful and will sit out there next time I visit. read more

The atmosphere and setting is beautiful. We sat outside, bread was served with a separate plate of unseasoned olive oil for each guest at the table. We shared the zucchini appetizer, very disappointing, there were 3 tiny slivers of zucchini that sat on top of a hollowed out crust, there was no taste and the crust was overly hard and crisp, it just crumbled before I could lift it with my fork. Drinks were as expected. Ordered fruit of the sea, octopus and scallops were tiny, not much from the sea in this dish, chicken Milanese prepared perfectly, pasta with sausage was a small serving. Burger and fries tasted as expected. Our server was professional and efficient. I really wanted to think of this restaurant as 5 star however I'm going to give it another shot. I'm hopeful next time the food will be better. read more

This restaurant is tucked away off the street and down a small alley, which makes it feel like a hidden gem. I visited during the winter, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating, but it looks like it would have a great summer vibe with all the outdoor tables. We made reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was incredibly flavorful. Every dish was well executed and thoughtfully prepared. The ambiance really stood out as well: dim lighting, high end touches, and a romantic atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. Definitely a place worth checking out, and I'd love to come back when the weather's warmer. read more

We had a wonderful meal at Felice. The restaurant has a rustic look and beautifully decorated. If you enjoy dining outside, you'll be sitting above the beautiful Roslyn duckpond. Everything that we ordered was delicious and well executed. Portions are definitely sufficient. Our waitress Erica was also knowledgeable and gracious. All in all we had a wonderful experience. read more

Food is 7/10. Ambiance is classy and nice but completely overpriced. You shouldn't have to pay $18 for a glass of wine anywhere. $12 beers. $11 for a bottle of sparkling water?? Save your money. Oh and we were literally the only ones in the dining room and were seated at a tiny table. Hostess could have been more engaging. read more

The food was BOMB. Still thinking about the ricotta appetizer and lemon pasta I ordered. Ambience was perfect for date night. The location is sooo cute. The only thing I didn't like was how long our waitress took to tend to us. The couple next to us who arrived at least 30 mins after us ended up being served food and drinks first, I hate when that happens. Overall, would definitely return. read more

Wow. We accidentally found this place because thyme was closed on Mondays and I have to say I was blown away by the quality of food, service, view, and how tucked away and yet busy it was on a Monday night. We ordered the bronzino and steak and especially the steak was incredible. We also had the fall salad which they had thoughtfully put in two plates. Again amazing perfection of taste with crunchiness of the roasted nut. I'm not drinking alcohol right now but they had two zero proof wines from Tuscany that was pretty good. Overall my experience was 10 out of 10. Really impressed. read more

Felice in Roslyn is a quaint and charming spot with a cozy ambiance and plenty of dishes to choose from. While the staff seemed a bit confused at times, we still thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Super cute location, hidden off the main road. The backyard/ outdoor seating area is lovely, right off the lake. This is a perfect spot for date night or a small group, very intimate setting. The menu is classic Italian, not your typical Americanized menu. For dinner I had the Fettuccine Alla Bolognese which was veal, it was just ok. My friend had the Pappardelle Salsiccia which was really good. Wine bar available Friendly service Street parking I can't wait to go back when the weather is nice and dine outdoors read more

Incredible! Great homemade food! Great service! Great ambiance! Felice means happy, grateful, content. Perfect name for this special restaurant. They had variety for gf. They brought out a bread, which was thoughtful. Most places don't have something for gf as the regular bread was served. Even the olive oil was delicious rich, fruity, and had depth. The appetizers were delicious (meatballs and eggplant, also something usually not available). Keep in mind, this is not a gf restaurant, but it was nice to enjoy more than a gf pasta. The salad was spinach and artichoke salad was fresh and delicious. I ordered the summer pasta. Great blend of freshness. Tomatoes, garlic, basil, lemon zest, yet you didn't taste an overabundance of 1 thing over another. Truly delightful. The servers were attentive and had a beautiful rhythm in the ease of keeping the water glasses full and dishes cleared. We sat outside overlooking the water. What a peaceful, special find. Grazie Felice!!! read more

The food was just ok, and the pizza was tasteless. The eggplant parm, however, was pretty good, and the salmon was decent. The service was ok, not great but not bad. The ambience was nice - on the romantic side. If the weather is nice, try to sit outside on their pretty patio. read more

This place is beautiful whether you sit inside or out. In nicer weather it's hard to not sit near the lake next to that big weeping willow tree contemplating life or what pasta dish you're going to try. Plenty of wine options ...too many so I went simple with a bottle of Rośe as per usual. We had the Burrata e Prosciutto for the appetizer & it didn't disappoint, perfect marriage with olive oil & soft bread. I tried a pasta special for my entree & while the ingredients were fresh and summery, it was a bit ...bland. My bf had the steak & it was delicious! I was stealing bites left & right but he obliged me since it was my birthday dinner. Loved the plating - simple, welcoming & elegant. We had the brownie topped with vanilla gelato which was super decadent-tasted great but too heavy for me personally. I loveddd the Delizia Al Limone which was just soft, creamy & light. That's definitely more up my alley. I was so tempted to have an espresso but alas, my bottle of wine needed to be finished. Service was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience & I would love to come back. Great place for an anniversary or date. read more

When they say hidden gem, it's because it's literally hidden. You need to know where it is on Old Northern Blvd, or go with someone who knows. The restaurant is very nice. Well appointed, Northern-Italy-ish decor. The menu is great, and certainly worth sharing apps with a group. The pasta course isn't too big of a serving, good enough to share if you're doing an entree too, which I would recommend. Service was ok, needed a few reminders for things, like drinks, silver, ground pepper, etc - but all ok. And not sure if service knows the menu very well - a question was asked about preparation and a preference requested - what came out indicated a breakdown somewhere. The food quality was all very good, and the presentation was nice. At least as good as anything you would get in the authentic Italian eateries in the Bronx or Brooklyn, with Roselyn pomp and circumstance, and prices. My one recommendation might be to offer something more adventurous to supplement the classics. There's nothing wrong with classics done perfectly with great ingredients, just a suggestion. read more

We came in as a group of 13 with a reservation and were seated immediately. We were given bread and oil for the table and ordered a bunch of appetizers for the entire group. First off, the ambiance and decor was amazing. I loved their subtle but festive Christmas decorations. We had dinner late at night so we couldn't see much outside, but this place is on a body of water and I believe there is outdoor seating. That would be amazing for summer time! Their food was amazing. It is on the pricier side, but the quality is definitely there. Also, be aware that the restaurant is not directly on the street- you have to go down a little alley towards the water to reach the restaurant. It's super cute and I would probably go again. I saw they have a location in West Palm so I'll probably give that a shot! read more

Felice is Roslyn is such a beautiful addition to the area. The restaurant itself is drop dead GORGEOUS. The service is also really good and that's saying something because sometimes restaurant in this area can be quite snooty for zero reason. Planned a fun surprise birthday dinner here and everything went so well thanks to the lovely people at Felice. The food was so yum and they gave us a perfect table overlooking the water towards the back. What we ordered: Ricotta with spicy honey and figs- so savory and perfect to start. Big enough for everyone to get a piece. Arancini- delicious and comes with a really nice aioli/tartar sauce which is better than the typical. Milanese: Super crispy and delicious, served with arugula and tons of lemon. Loved it. * everyone else ordered pastas and everything seemed to be a hit especially the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe. Sauces super flavorful but not too heavy. For dessert they brought out the bday girl was a cute little brownie and we also ordered the delicia Al limone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had this is Italy and I think Felice did it better. So worth it. read more

I promise you, your gps isn't lying to you, we drove down the street a couple times only to realize it's down the quaint little alley way. Once you go walk down your presented this beautiful outdoor seating area that's even nice to look at night. I wish it was earlier and maybe not October because it seems they didn't have outdoor seating this evening. Regardless as usual we opted for the bar. We started with the Anita and espresso martini. The Anita was so bright and the right amount of sweet. The espresso martini packed a punch. Our bartender had his family there and it was very sweet. He still managed to regularly check on us and make sure we were well taken care of. He made this awesome recommendation of this Smokey drink to the gentleman next to us. Just another reason we would come back. We also had gotten the Ruby and felice martini. The Ruby is spirit free but he made it for us with vodka. It was amazing and something kind of different. The felice martini was standard but good. For apps we got the Arancini and the burrata and prosciutto. The arancini were good but probably my least favorite that we got. The arancini themselves weren't really anything special but I loved the unusual sauce it was served with, a horseradish cream sauce. The burrata and prosciutto was a little pricey, but they do give you a nice sized portion and quality prosciutto. For entree we got the rigatoni Al salmone and the cacio y Pepe. Again the salmon pasta was something different. It was bits of smoked salmon and the rigatoni was cooked perfectly Al dente. The cacio y pepe a classic but done so well. We definitely want to come back for outdoor seating (Sadly the only pictures I forgot was the felice martini and burrata&prosciutto) read more

Beautiful setting and soothing ambiance at the restaurant. Definitely a nice place to hang out. An attractive outdoor setting and a lake view. The service was definitely much better than the food. The food we ordered were really just OK. My arugula salad was quite tough! I wish they used baby arugula. Otherwise the taste was decent. My son's fettuccine was quite flavorful. Over all, good service, charming setting and average food. A little pricy for the food quality and portion. My family liked it since we prefer smaller portion anyway. read more

The place is very nice and the staff are attentive without being too in your face. The food was good. I had the tuna carpaccio. It was just ok / good, next time I'll try something else. Wish they had a Cesar Salad on the menu. I ordered the chicken Milanese and the cutlet was served hot and perfectly crisp. The tomato and lettuce on top was not my favorite. I asked for some balsamic glaze on the side and it made the dish better. They should go back to a time when they added that in the kitchen. One person in my party order the branzino and requested no capers and no salt. They said it's pre made in parchment and they could not accommodate. I'm sorry, at these prices they can and should make one from scratch to accommodate someone's dietary requirements. I heard a lot of good things about this restaurant but for me: 1. The food was good not great especially considering the price point. 2. Place is pretty 3. The tables are very close together I felt like I was eating with the people next to me who were just as close to me as the people at my table. I left a little disappointed. Manager and the host were very nice as was the waitress. read more

It's still the best service in my lunch rotating restaurants. Food is also above average and definitely more refined. There also a little water view with an option to sit outside. The pasta was salty and the lasagna's cheese was burnt on top. The cocktails weren't the greatest either, one of the spritz's was very watered down. The fried calamari wasn't good either. The hostess told us that they needed the table to be cleared within 1 hour of our reservation. We felt very rushed the whole time. Also the seating arrangements were not the greatest our table was so close to the tables next to us we felt like we had zero privacy. This place was super overpriced. I booked a dinner at Felice Roslyn to celebrate my wedding anniversary, but the experience was disappointing. The restaurant was mostly empty--maybe 15% full. We were seated at a small table and asked to move to a booth. Shortly after, the table next to us made the same request and was accommodated. When we asked again, the manager told us it wasn't possible because the restaurant was "completely booked." That made no sense, considering the place was nearly empty and another party was given a booth after us. At that point, we decided to leave. We ended up dining at another restaurant that was at least 80% full, and they had no issue seating us in a booth. That just reinforced how unreasonable and inconsistent the service was at Felice. A friend had already recommended against coming here, but I wanted to give it a chance. Unfortunately, this experience proved them right. Definitely won't be returning. read more

One of the things that I love are small towns of North East and the little treasures they hide. Felice outdoor seating by the little pond with swans is one of them. The service is always friendly and the service staff do go above and beyond. The menu however is hit or miss. While the staples are good: meatballs, calamari the entrees are hit or miss. Chicken Milanese is a staple at every Italian restaurant so how can one get it wrong? Well, deep fry the thing back to eternity and forget to use spices - meh! Cacio e Pepe was quite good and well executed. The pasta bolognese - had way too much sauce and was simply just ok. Overall, go for the combo of good, hospitable service and ok food. read more
