After changing ownership several years ago, the food wasn't the same and we stopped coming. However, I am happy to say the food is now back to amazing. I had the French Dip that was filled with tender roast beef and caramelized onions on a delicious Dutch Crunch roll. My husband had their Thyme chicken salad with big, fresh raspberries, lots of chicken and mixed with goat cheese and walnuts. Both entrees were huge and could easily be shared. You order at the counter and take a number to your table and they bring out your food and clear your take when you're done. We got the mango cranberry coconut muffin, chocolate croissant, chicken focaccia toasted sandwich and the BLT+Avocado sandwich. These are all available in half and full sizes. Their breakfast offerings are available until 10:30am after which you get to choose from the all day offerings. Sandwiches were accompanied by a side of quinoa salad and a pickle bringing a refreshing element to the meal. We have been coming here for over 15 plus years! Unfortunately this place needs a clean up! The papaya, Terragon chicken salad, Use to be good, But why would you put a papaya on both of our salad plates that is unripe nobody eats unripe papaya? The bathrooms are a disgrace. The floors were filthy. The sink was dirty. The gal that brought us our food smelled of a pack of cigarettes. Gross I spent over $75 yesterday for my daughter's birthday lunch and to say the least we were a bit shocked. I got the quiche Lorraine and it was amazing. The caramelized onions were everything. I also got a chai latte, which was delicious. This time I came at 12:30pm on a Friday. Wow! What a difference. Parking was hard to find. We ordered but couldn't find a place to sit for 20 minutes. Found a place to sit but it took the servers about 10 minutes to clear dishes from the people before us. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. I still love this place, but if this was my first time I could see why some wouldn't do the hassle. Note to self: do not come to Thyme In The Ranch after 11:30am. I was disappointed with the food. I got the Mediterranean quiche, which was good, however the melon slice on undressed greens was confusing. My husband got the super bagel, which he called the "potential to be super bagel" due to the fact it came completely disassembled. He was also disappointed by the plain bagel. Food came out pretty fast which was nice, given that the restaurant quickly filled up around noon (we came 10 minutes before). The food: sandwich was so-so, made worse by the bread not being fresh. Wife said the soup was just okay, and my salad was, well, just a normal salad. The restaurant itself was charming, but the food was just so-so.
