T's Cafe is ok. Their food is pretty good, the service is just ok. I would go back and most certainly will. But I wouldn't bring out of town guests here. I wouldn't come here expecting a great experience. The Great - They have specials that are fun! (just make sure you look at the front, because a server isn't going to tell you about them.) The Good - Plentiful Coffee The Bad - Service is good enough, just not very friendly or attentive The Ugly - The restrooms are pretty gross. Not waste everywhere, but no one is cleaning the the baseboards, walls or floor I don't think. T's is a nice place to go if your in the area. Sit outside, enjoy the sites, expect decent food, but don't expect much more.

Friendly service, yummy food, ample amount of indoor/outdoor seating. We sat at the bar (there was a 10 minute wait for a table) which was perfect. The bartender/server Uzbek was attentive, helpful and friendly. We put in our orders fairly quick, but they did take a while to come out- id say 20-30 min. Both dishes were yummy, except for my biscuits - they felt overdone and hard, not that edible. The coffee was good and so was the OJ. *on a Sunday, they were pretty slow until about 10:30 - that's when we saw a line start to form :) Enjoy!

Was deciding between this and another place. Ended up going here, based on the menu. Arrived a little after opening. Similar to another review, I was standing at the host area for a few minutes. I think one gentleman was handling everything until I left when another server came in. I got seated in a booth. The sun initially was a little bothersome, as it was right in the eyes. But, it adjusted enough. I went with the T's Country Benny (country fried steak), which came on a biscuit and not an english m7ffin. This was excellent! The breading on the steak was crispy and flavored well. Tender, too. The biscuits were soft and did a great job at soaking up the egg yolk and gravy. The gravy had an excellent flavor, as well. I got a side of hashbrowns. These were your typical hashbrowns. Cooked perfectly. Coffee was OK, too. I was a satisfied diner.

Cute little cafe right by the beach and lots of outdoor and indoor seating. We only waited about 15 minutes to get seated outside (no wait for inside) and ordered a caramel iced coffee, OJ, and Bloody Mary to drink while we waited for the food to come out. Service was very sweet and all the food we saw coming out, especially the sandwiches and French toast, looked SO GOOD and also huge! I got their seasonal special carnitas benny which was packed full of flavor and my friend got a more traditional breakfast with the fluffiest pancakes. Prices were also not bad for a restaurant by the water. So happy to have found a great brunch spot next time I'm in Solana beach.

At T cafe .... Waiting patiently for food.

While the servers are all friendly the service is a little slow. The food was good but not great. My wife got a poached egg that was solid so overcooked. I had the huevos rancheros and the ranchero sauce was mainly just chunky tomatoes. My son had a breakfast burrito that he enjoyed. .

Party of 20? No problem, right this way to an amazing table! Amazing service, killer brekkies, Bloody Mary's to die for - man, it's ALL here. The Benedict's, the omelets, the coffee, the hash browns - all served up hot with a smile! Get here before 10am Sunday to beat the rush!

We each got to order a pot of tea, so we decided to order 5 different ones to try out more flavors together. The ones we picked were: -Jasmine orange oolong - Coconut milk green tea - Earl grey lavender - Vanilla cream -Strawberry rose champagne oolong tea My top two favorites were the jasmine orange oolong and the coconut milk green tea. The only flavor that none of us enjoyed was the strawberry rose champagne oolong tea, so when it came time for refills, we switched it to the rouge provence. For the food, there were four finger sandwiches: chicken breast, smoked salmon, cucumbers, and chopped spinach. We all liked the chicken breast one the most, and felt like the cucumbers and chopped spinach could have been combined into one sandwich for a more balanced flavor. For sweets, there was the seasonal scone, fruit tart, macaron, and donut. I loved the scone with the butter and fruit preserves, as well as the fruit tart. The service was polite, but a bit slow and we waited a while before our food arrived. There was only one person who was serving the entire afternoon tea area, so it's understandable that there's a longer wait. All in all, I would definitely come back for another afternoon tea experience!

The drink itself is delicious, but not sure if I would come every week for this price (personally). Maybe just once in a while! The interior space got revamped so that the workers have more wiggle room, that was cool to see. I didn't see much else that changed though-- oh besides that and the prices. The week before, I ordered the $7.25 Iced Blood Orange Basil Latte (seasonal special). I was eager to try it because I do enjoy citrus notes with my coffee. But this one lacked the flavors I was hoping to taste. It was all too subtle for me. I wouldn't order it again, but it was nice to try. 4-5 stars! Overall, I've enjoyed my many visits to 7 Seas Roasting & been here through many changes. I do think the coffee drinks are pretty solid and would recommend checking out their seasonal specials when they have them. My top favorites would be: dark mocha raspberry, banana split latte, and the thin mint latte. If you ever see these on the menu, I highly recommend trying them! They have ample seating, outdoors only. The baristas are alll very kind too. It's a great place to spend your time at.

The menu is a little bit different than I remember, but still focuses on fresh and healthy. The girl working at the front used to also work at the PB Location and she's very friendly and knowledgeable. She also gave us samples of the berry smoothie and the green juice to try. I went with the golden milk latte to drink, and it was fabulous. I did have them add a shot of espresso to it because when I was ordering a latte, I definitely was looking for caffeine. It's lovely with turmeric, cinnamon, oat milk, MCT oil and black pepper. I also ordered the Hot Chick salad. It came out looking gorgeous. The salad tasted really good, the chicken was seasoned nicely, and I liked the different textures with the rice, the quinoa and the roasted corn. The dressing was super tasty too. When I got towards the end of my salad, my last few pieces of avocado were bad. It wasn't a dealbreaker for my experience, but I would've definitely preferred that they would've left those pieces out. Also, the little toasted cracker things tasted like cardboard, dry and flavorless. I probably should've tried scooping up some of the salad with them, but I left them on the plate. Overall, I would definitely return to this location. You cannot beat them if you are looking for something fast, casual, and healthy. Definitely not on the cheap though, my salad and latte were $34 before tip, but I don't mind paying for good quality food that is fresh and healthy.

Such a soothing smooth cup of earl grey tea with vanilla flavor, charcoal dust and cream!! Beautiful overcast morning to enjoy reading with a decent playlist in the background. The pastries and menu offerings looked good too! We'll be back! Highly recommend! We ended up going again today (Sunday) which was much more crowded and more people streaming in by the minute. We still managed to get a table. This time I ordered the matcha and mint, which was also soothing and not overly sweet. We shared a scone which was baked fresh from scratch daily. Their drink menu is also extensive including alcohol like wines, mimosa and beer as well as coffees, teas and smoothies. You're bound to find something fitting that craving of yours or satisfying the nutrients needed for energizing your metabolism. I ended up ordering the pesto chicken wrap that also came with a side of chips. The wrap was loaded with succulent pieces of chicken and was very flavorful. The whole grain tortilla held up well throughout the meal and had good texture with each bite. The chips that came along were decent - had good crunch but lacked any kind of flavor. Fortunately the salsa came in clutch to kick things up a notch. The portions were also better than I had expected. The staff were friendly, efficient in placing our order and packaging it up, and thorough in fulfilling the order by including utensils and napkins as they handed the order to us. For takeout orders, they had given us an approximate wait time of 15 minutes and it was quite accurate. There wasn't much space to wait near the register so we ended up waiting near the front entrance near the sidewalk but after the 15 minutes, we made our way back to see that our order was in the process of getting packed up.
