Did I just step into the Island Life!! What a great and relaxing atmosphere. The drinks are like art pieces! Very creative and beautiful presentation, a perfect balance of alcohol to ingredients. The food is super tasty and original. Service is excellent and friendly. Come here you will not be sorry

Awesome mugs for awesome cocktails. Sail away!

Wonderful little bar to take you away to a Tiki Vacation. The service was excellent. They were attentive which we appreciated as we wanted to have a couple of rounds. The featured drink of Tsunami Unami was funky and flavorful. We loved the Lumpia! Can't wait to come back and try more drinks on the menu. Great selection of small plates that are filling. Such a good bar!!

We are from New Mexico, and in the area for a family event. Decided to check out Three 9 Lounge before driving to the airport, and I'm glad we did. So much immersive tiki decoration, delicious cocktails, and a wall of bottles of rum. I ordered the Buddha and was delighted by the figurine glass it came in. Nice touch. I hope we make it back. Meanwhile, West Seattle, you've got a great little place here.

This place is pretty dang cool! You definitely need to be a fan of rum, and if you like rum and tiki bars, this place is surprisingly awesome! We went here after bowling next door, and after wanting to stop in for a while, we were glad we did! The service was fast and friendly! They were nice and knowledgeable and the food turnaround was fairly quick. Vegetarian wife ordered the Crispy Tofu Sliders which were substantial portions - to the point where maybe it is too big to be a slider! Great deal for $13! The Ponzu Steak tips we ordered were okay. Great flavor, but came out a little closer to cold than hot. Which made them sightly tougher to eat. The cocktail list here was awesome! Lots of fun drinks that come in whimsical or unique glassware and presentation. Even something more simple like the air mail comes with a unique stamp. Definitely will be coming back, especially for the cocktails!

Went on Valentine's Day, we reserved our valentines dinner and bowling online. Dim lighting and relaxed atmosphere with a tiki vibe and decor. Plenty of booth, bar, and bench type seating. Waiter was very attentive and friendly. We loved our pu pu platter and mai tai cocktails! Definitely will return again for a night of drinks and bowling!

This place blew me away! I felt like I was teleported to another land and was instantly at ease. The vibe is immaculate, fun colors and a relaxing atmosphere. It's well decorated and not overstimulating. I got the troubled waters and was obsessed with the presentation! It was like my own mini fish bowl with gummy sharks. The waiters were so cool and I loved the space, so I ended up ordering another. The best part? It's connected to a retro bowling alley!

If you're a tiki fan, you absolutely should make this a priority to visit. The food is good and the drinks are even better. Ambiance is what you would think and the service is fast and friendly. I would recommend the shrimp tacos (even if your a little meh on shrimp!).

I love the vibe at Three 9 Lounge for a group hang outs, trivia night, musical bingo and date night! I frequently have meetups here with friends and love that we can have craft cocktails, delicious bites (especially the fried rice bowl with tofu) in a tropical atmosphere then hit the lanes for bowling after. A solid night out in West Seattle, cheers to Three 9! P.S. the options for mock-tails for Dry January have been delightful!

I'd seen that this new Tiki Bar was open in West Seattle and I hadn't had an opportunity to stop in until now. I have to say that I've been to a lot of bars in the are and am SUPER impressed with the Three 9 Lounge. It's a surprising refreshing change for West Seattle, we totally needed a tiki lounge. Even though it's 40 degrees and overcast outside, I can feel a little if that feeling come back from my tropical vacations. The service is really great, almost like a resort where they make sure you have a drink and are having a good time. I didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but planning on coming back as there were some great things on the menu, particularly the chicken lumpia! The bar had some comfortable stools and there are some nice 2-person booths, if I ever get a date to go with me. Music choices were great the night I'm here, a real great way to end the weekend.

This tiki bar is so fun! We came in on a Monday night as a party of 3 at about 9:30 PM. I ordered the "Troubled Waters" and this drink is the most fabulous and dramatic one I have had in 2023! My drink came in a fish bowl, with a glowy ice cube, plastic mermaid, SHARK GUMMIES, mint leaves and a pineapple slice. This tequila Prosecco drink was magical both visually and how it tasted. I out tiki-ed my company, and it was wonderful. I felt like the belle of the ball (well the bar) with this drink!

The bartender and server were great I have zero complaints about the service. The ambiance was good, it was almost closing time and they waited without rushing us. Food and drinks were ok.

Parking can be a wee bit tricky so waking, ride share, or public transit will be your best options. But if you have to drive we found a paid lot a few blocks away While this wasn't the best tiki bar we've ever been to, it did stand out for the presentation of drinks, the cool (and massive) octopus, the immersion, and overall vibe is nice and atmospheric They have four non-alcoholic options which I really appreciated as the one driving for the night! They also have standard as well as unique takes on tiki drinks. We were surprised to find so many options with vodka and tequila which isn't common in a more traditional tiki bar We had the: - "Kiki Premier Mai Tai" which wasn't as rum forward as we would have thought, especially given how many rums it had in it; but overall it was a classic style Mai Tai and tasty with quality rums - "One Eyed Willy" which has a fun presentation in a chest with smoking dry ice. This one you could taste the rum more and overall it was a really enjoyable drink and experience - "See A Light" which is a non-alcoholic option and the taste was just as good as the presentation. Came in a lovely angler fish tiki mug with the light and everything! The taste was complex and something that thought went into creating - "Four Boys" another non-alcoholic option that was the coolest visual as it came in a "steaming" crock pot. The taste was very unexpected, in a good way, and is a drink I would get again Overall the drinks were about a 4/5 but with the charming atmosphere and whimsical presentation it's a 5 star experience that is just fun

First and foremost, you need to make a reservation. I did end up needing to move my reservation up because of scheduling but it worked out and the staff were really nice about helping me. This is a speakeasy inside Rumba, I did not know that going in. It's incredibly cool to walk into the bar. The decor is amazing. It's super small though with a few tables and bar seating. It was kinda loud when I was there since most tables were filled. My server was nice as well and was able to answer all my questions. Ambiance was exceptional and is such a cool place to visit. Most of the cocktails came with fancy show of some sort and were extravagant - and equally delicious. I got The Inside Passage, but there were at least three others I was trying to chose from. There was a lot of thought that went into the presentation of each of the drinks and I love that attention to detail. Since it was around dinner time I did want to order food and drink. They did not have the Kikisoba (they ran out) and that made me sad, but I was able to order the Rumba sliders and a basket of fries. I'm not a huge sliders fan, and I did order the caramelized pineapple on the side. The sliders were incredibly flavorful and the perfect size. For anyone wanting to visit Seattle, I do highly recommend this place. It's a really cool vibe and the food is really good too.

The Long Beans were some of the best we've ever had, flavorful, not too soft nor too hard, and I would come back for them! The Dumplings were good but they weren't unique or special. Both Chow Fun and Chow Mein were made well, delicious, and flavorful. Overall, the dishes were good and made well. I wanted the portions to be a bit larger for the prices. We also got the Crimson Tiger Margarita and it was sweet, refreshing, and a good balance to the meal. It was a little bit confusing when we walked in because there was no one in the front dining area. We walked to the back and that's where everyone was. Our waitress and host were very nice and so accommodating! They answered our questions and gave recommendations for what we asked for. Overall, service was phenomenal. Good for small groups, a casual dinner, good drinks, and good food! It was a fun experience and very picture aesthetic.

On the weekends the song queues can get LONG but you're able to manually check where you're at in line via the tablets. If you wanna leave before 12am, get there and put your song in no later than 8pm. Expect a $5 cover on weekends, too, though sometimes it's $10. Which is crazy. And yet, I still pay it... People are super nice and if you aren't bringing a posse out with you, a lot of folks don't mind you sitting with them at their tables if it's busy and they have an extra seat open. A lot of times people will get down by the stage and dance to songs people are performing, which is just the best when it happens. It's not terrible but for the price it's not really worth it, even at happy hour prices. Examples: meat is super dried out and flavorless, deviled eggs are $4 for one USDA medium (or maybe small?) egg. I think the only reason to go here would be for the convenience (proximity to the convention center, etc) or the cocktails if you like that type of drink. Or maybe for a work happy hour if the boss is paying! Staff were friendly and service worked like a well-oiled machine. Pretty small space overall, seating for maybe 20 parties plus a bar (unless there's a back room somewhere that I didn't see). There's a outdoor bar/counter; not sure if it's available during the warmer months or if it's now a relic of early COVID outdoor dining. They do take reservations. This is an automatic 20% service charge place, which is fine as they're very clear and upfront about it. The awkward part is the credit card reader then also asks you to add a 2%, 4%, or 6% tip and it's set up such that the user interface makes it more difficult to add 0 tip than to add an additional tip. Besides which, the wait person is staring at you (and the screen) the whole time. From a monetary perspective, I don't mind tipping an extra ~5% on top of the service fee, as I would have tipped around 25% regardless, but I hate coercive UX/UI design choices like this on principle because it's skeezy. I hope the 20% is at least going to the staff and not leaving them to tip out off of people's 2% tips because that would be rough....!

Being that the restaurant was kind of empty, it took a while for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the chowder was tepid at best and quiche was ice cold. I flagged the waiter down and as he took away our plates, he made a comment about the oven not being set correctly, which I thought was a bit odd. To me, it seemed as if our food may have been waiting a while to get picked up. Nevertheless, our food returned shortly thereafter piping hot. I found the quiche to be lacking in flavor and then noticed that there were no salt or pepper shakers on any of the tables, which I also thought was a bit odd. After we had finished eating, the waiter asked my friend if she wanted a box for her quiche. When he returned with the box, he did not clear our dishes or ask if we were ready for our check. I had to flag him down to ask for it. I noticed they added a $3 service fee to the bill, not quite sure what that was about, as the food was already a bit pricier than other restaurants in the area and there were issues with our food.
