Some of the best cider ive ever had. The bottles are beautiful and I love grabbing a few to go to bring to dinner parties instead of wine. They have a few that taste similar to a delicious pet nat if you like natural wines, I highly recommend. I haven't had much food, just a pizza during one visit and it was excellent. The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. We went in with a large group on a busy day and they helped make room for us and moved some tables around. Great spot read more

My company had their holiday party here. We had a private room in the back with tables and chairs set up. It was almost too small for all of us and there was not enough seating but everyone was mingling so this was not a huge issue. The cidery has four pitchers for us to try - a sweet cherry cider, a regular sweet cider, regular dry cider, and a light beer option. I preferred mixing the cherry and dry to cut the sweetness but have some flavor. Otherwise, I ordered the Old Fashioned off of their cocktail menu and it was delicious. There was a cheese and fruit tray and a spinach dip with bread as appetizer options. But the most memorable part of this trip? The roasted apple pizza (actually the pizzas in general)! It was to die for! It was topped with rosemary, cheese, pork, and red onion. We also had the sweet potato, pepperoni, greens, and cheese pizza. The crust was so soft and all of the toppings were so fresh. The cidery allowed us to bring in our own dessert which was nice. They provided us with a tour of the facility where the cider is made. Our waitress was quickly taking drink orders and replenishing good and ciders all evening. They even allowed us to try and connect to their tv to watch the nfl playoffs. I know I will be back, even if it is just for roasted apple pizza! read more

Good Food. Good service. Good ciders. Nice open dining area. Some of the ciders were good, a couple where not my favorite. We split a couple of cedar flights so was able to try about 6 ciders. You can read their description of the ciders on the menu and the waitress can help you select a cedar. For our food, we started with the cheese plate with a nice selection of cheeses and a few slicers of apple. We then had the roasted apple and soppressata pizza. Both were very good. A fun place for a group. Will have to stop back some time when they have an event outside. read more

Really enjoyed my time at Threadbare. I went for a true crime trivia night and it was so much fun. It was organized well and they had a few good options for food. I tried some cider too, which I am not a drinker, and it was delicious. The only negative I had was paying for my meal. There were 4 of us at the table and the cards must gotten mixed up when the bills were taken back to be paid. When I got the slip to sign I realized my card was used for someone else's bill. I brought it to the servers attention, but was told it would be too complicated to fix at this point so was given a few free drink tickets in lieu of the mistake being fixed on my card. It was late and i was tired, so I just took this instead of disputing it further since it was a small amount financially. read more

From their takeout menu last evening, we ordered a wonderful Spinach Artichoke Pizza and Peary Pear Cider combo. The sourdough crust pizza (also gluten-free crust available) had an excellent combo of toppings...artichoke hearts, spinach, preserved lemon, onion, tomato, roasted garlic cream, paprika, and shaved provolone. The preserved lemon really came through and enhanced the other ingredients in this excellent pie. Our friends had the gluten-free crust and had raved about that as well! read more

(This is a copy/paste of what I posted on the Facebook reviews page) This review is LONG overdue, but here we go. Threadbare is fantastic, the cider house owned by wigle whiskey might just be the best cider house in Pittsburgh. Some ciders to note are: Hey Sweetie Yinz got guava (which was draft only at the time, you can get their sweet guava in bottles which is also incredible!) Sweet cherry Spiced Farmhouse And their rosè cider are all incredible. Let's talk food. I've never had a bad experience with food here - they've had some creative creations that have blown me away but my favorite dish was just their simple roasted cauliflower dish. When something so basic could be so incredible it really sets the stage to what their kitchen staff can accomplish. But my absolute favorite product of theirs must be their mead. Threadbare's sign says cider house and meadery, but when they first opened you never would have guessed because they didn't sell any mead. Now they have just a single one they've created, it's called sweet mead, and it's incredible. Heavy, smooth and full of that wonderful honey flavor, I would implore anyone visiting to at least sample this fantastic drink. And lastly, none of what I have just said would mean anything had it not been for threadbare's incredible staff. Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people work here, each and every one of the staff, (even the kitchen staff!!) Are just genuinely nice people who want you to have a great experience. Their bartender, Ben, is always so well informed (and willing to put up with me asking for samples) but just ridiculously intelligent in general, I mean just ask him what his field of study is you won't regret it. The last time we came here was in December 2018. We like to travel to different wineries, breweries, cideries and meaderies. Anything that is a "ries" is us. We scheduled a tour of threadbare. We had 8 people in our party including ourselves. We learned about the history of the building, how they're owned by wigle whisky, which I didn't know about, how they make the cider ( I was even able to help out with how they measure the brix in the cider, based on my limited cider making I do at home ;) ) We learned so much about Johnny Appleseed and how he has influenced this cidery. Overall our tour guide was awesome. I highly recommend doing the tour. Everyone was super nice. Cost us $15 per person which included sample tastings of the different ciders, and finishing up with a pizza in the end. Much worth the $15. In addition we sampled other ciders, drank cider and purchased several bottles to take home. Thank god I work in the city, I can easily hop over and pick some up anytime. read more

I've had Threadbare cider before, but this was my first experience at the Cider House itself - and it was fantastic. We were allowed to sample a few ciders before deciding what to order. The only negative - if you can call it that - is there are too many choices. LOL. Threadbare has a great range of ciders, so even if you think you don't like cider, I bet they can change your mind. The gluten-free pizza we had was delicious and fresh - in full disclosure, it was also free, since they have a generous birthday offer when you sign up for their email list. We went on a Saturday for a later lunch and were lucky to get seats at the bar - all the tables were taken. One CAUTION if you require handicapped entrance - we pulled into the main lot and saw a sign directing us to Voskamp St., which wasn't easy to find. There's not lot at that entrance, and we were lucky to get a spot on the street. read more

What a variety of ciders on tap here! We came in for a cheese making class and stayed for the cider and food! We went to the Halloumi making class where we made Halloumi and biscuits! I couldn't eat the biscuit but my friend and husband both said they were delicious! We had a blast making Halloumi and I bought all the items to make it again. Our class came with a drink and we each tried cider based + whisky cocktails! I was a bit skeptical but they were both delicious. After our class, we hung in the restaurant to grab a polenta pizza which was only four pizza but VERY filling and tasty with another cider. The bartender even brought us over another sample of a cider of our choosing! As a gluten free person, I certainly expect to come back here again, and am very excited that now I feel confident enough to make my own cheese! Ever since my husband had a work Christmas party at Threadbare years ago, I've been dying to try it out. Well, I finally got to check it off my list in March! We were very fortunate that the weather was beautiful and enjoyed sitting outside on a (partly) sunny day. Though we weren't very hungry, we followed the PA COVID rules (which were new to me as I have moved down south to GA) and ordered some apps with our drinks. We selected the spinach and artichoke dip and the pickled platter. Though spinach and artichoke dip never disappoints, the pickled platter was really fun and unique. I'd definitely order it again! Since we didn't have a lot of time to spend at Threadbare with a full day ahead, I made sure to order a flight to try as many things as I could. I went with the build your own option and selected... (if I remember correctly...) the Farmhouse, Bouquet de Rose, Sweet Guava, and Perry the Pear. I enjoyed all four but to be honest, none of them were a standout winner for me. If anything, one of the ciders on my friend's flight -- the Hey Sweetie, maybe? -- stood out as being extremely unique and something I'd get next time. I took the opportunity to peruse the entire Cider House when I headed up the stairs to use the restroom. It's a much larger space than I had judged from the exterior and would definitely be a really fun place to hang out for several hours. I hope to return in the future! read more

Wigle whiskey is one of my favorite spots in town, specifically the Strip District and the tasting room at the William Omni Penn. I received a voucher for a complimentary cider pour to visit Threadbare and I've been looking forward to visiting. Ambiance: I liked the openness of the room. Upon entering there is a bar to the left, several round tables in the center of the room and longer picnic-style community tables along the far wall. Festive lighting and fun cartoons with Johnny Appleseed adorn the walls. *there was an event going on when my sister and I stopped last night. It was quite busy. Food: We shared a margarita pizza and the dip. The pizza had a delicious thin, crispy crust with great flavor. It took 20 minutes to get the pizza which seemed average. The dip was a garlicky spread that was a cool temp and served with buttery toast. It took 40 minutes after ordering plus a reminder to the server before we got the dip. He told us the kitchen was backed up from the party. Service: our server Chris was nice except he fell short when giving us information about how the sampling process worked. He told us we could have a small sample of any ciders we wanted and implied that "tasting was without cost". He failed to mention that every "taste" was actually a 3 oz pour which we were charged $3 a piece for. It took an excessive amount of time to get drinks or samples. Prior to sampling, I asked him how the fight process worked of getting (4)-3 oz pours for $10. He explained that we could mix-n-match, not just get the 4 specified ones on the menu. This was NOT reflected on our final bill. I showed Chris our vouchers at the start of the evening. To my surprise, our bill was $74 which didn't seem to include the voucher discount or flight pricing. When I calculated everything, it should have come to around $52. I showed Chris and explained my confusion about the charges. He said our voucher was used for 2 of the 3 oz pours. Then he said he would get us another sample pour or cash instead of adjusting the bill.It didn't add up. We wanted to leave at this point and were done with the evening. Chris then brought $6 cash to our table as a refund and said flippantly that, "I could always leave that as part of his tip." He also dropped off 2 more samples and said that should cover the difference. Again, it put a sour note into a fun evening. Service was less than par for a place I thought I would really enjoy. Cider: Farmhouse - not as full bodied as the menu claims. Seems lighter in flavor. Dry - this one was the most like actual cider as I know it. Dry Hopped - if you like IPA beer, this is the one for you. Oaked and Wild - very tasty. Reminiscent of a Chardonnay. A lot of oak nose on this cider. Fall Spice - delicious , light and well-balanced flavors for a fall cider. This was one of our favorites. Laphroiag - if you've ever had this scotch, you'll know that the drink tastes like charred campfire wood. Bouquet De Rose - sweet, light, fruity cider. Enjoyed this one very much!! Barreled and Bubbly - interesting flavor and also reminiscent of wine. Northern Spy - the tropical, peachy flavor is very light. I wasn't impressed. Braintrust - hoppy and beer-like. Outcide - light fruity flavor. This was also tasty. Overall, we had a nice visit and I would consider returning to see if another server would be better. read more

Delicious pizza and cider! Location is a little isolated but everything else is really nice! Very clean and seems relatively new. Not a ton of seating so I would imagine it could get pretty busy. We were here when it was pretty cold but they seemed to have a nice outdoor space too. Plenty of parking. Our server was friendly and we did not wait long for our food. Menu is small with a few appetizer boards to share, couple sides and several pizza options. Two different crush options include polenta and original. This is cool interesting place in the ghetto on the North side. They make interesting ciders with apples, pears and even Roses. They also have regular drinks and artisan pizza. The apple cider, szerac and ROSE cider are all good. They have descent thin crust pizza here with interesting combinations. It has a thin cracker crust. Awesome spot for girls night! The tables are nice and long, which makes it easy to fit a group like mine into one place. There's also plenty of space between the other tables, yet it still feels cozy and comfortable. We shared the threadsticks, which were absolutely scrumptious. Flavorful and savory. We finished the whole platter long before our entrees arrived! We each got pizza and no one had any complaints. Mine was a margarita pizza big enough to finish most of it and take a couple slices home as leftovers - in other words, more than enough. I also tried their sweet cider and enjoyed every drop. My friends tried a variety of other ciders. The peach one sounded like everyone's favorite. I don't drink alcohol, so I couldn't say, but they sure seemed to like it! 100% worth the visit and I'd recommend it any day! read more

Cider and pizza are two of my favorite things so needless to say, Threadbare has been top on my list to try. One thing I appreciated right off the bat was the large parking lot. Not a lot of places in the city have (free) ample parking. The entrance might be a little confusing to first comers, so FYI, go up the stairs. I ordered a flight of their ciders and their arugula pizza. I came on a slow day so they let me pick which ciders I wanted to add to my flight. If they're busy, you may have to stick to their preselections. My waitress knew all the ciders well and provided very helpful descriptions for each that I was looking to try. As for the pizza, I liked it. The dough was just a bit too salty for me, though, but the toppings were good. Since I'm a huge fan of ciders, I definitely see myself coming back! read more

We got to Threadbare on a Friday night around 6:15 and were able to grab a table outside. We each did a build-your-own cider flight and were satisfied with the many options to choose from. We also shared a build-your-own pizza which was delicious. I enjoyed getting to sit outside on a beautiful night and sip on cider - you can even get bottles to go once you find your favorite! My only complaint is that the service was very slow. It seemed like they were understaffed and were doing their best, but it took quite a while to get our flights and quite a bit longer to get our pizza. I got hooked on cider when I spent a summer in England, so I had to try this place. So many things to love! We came at 5:00 pm, which was happy hour, so it was $2 off cider. I tried the rose cider first, which was my favorite because it combines my favorite wine with cider. Win win. Then I tried the northern spy, which was a drier cider with citrusy notes. Also delicious! We ordered 2 pizzas-the apple and the margarita. The apple pizza was my favorite-apples, red onion and cheese with a garlic/oil sauce and a thin, crispy crust. We ended with the oatmeal chocolate cookie-soft, warm and gooey with a slight crunch. Our server Ben was awesome! He mentioned he was new, but I wouldn't have known otherwise. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of cider. Threadbare has a nice indoor space with plenty of large tables with bench seating for larger parties, and there's a huge outdoor area-partly uncovered and also a covered tent area. The parking lot is huge, so there's a good chance you'll be able to park here, which is awesome because it's so close to the city. Tours can be scheduled online-both family-friendly and adult only tours. I made sure to book one for next weekend, and I'll definitely be back to try more ciders. Full disclosure, I bleed Arsenal. But hear me out. I went to Imbibe Northside a few weeks ago and sampled one or two Threadbare ciders. They weren't memorable, they were warm, just not very thrilled. So when my LDI cohort hosted a fundraiser at Threadbare to raise money for Leadership Pittsburgh, I tried to bail. I'm glad I didn't! First, super awesome for Threadbare to open up to nonprofits for fundraising efforts. Our group got a percentage of the sales for the night. It is easy, and a great open space. And parking! Now the spirits and grub. I tried the cider sampler. For me they were huge hits or lukewarm misses. The hits- Farmhouse and Dry Hopped. I took a couple of bottles home with me. Great work on those. Farmhouse is sweeter/fruity, Dry Hopped is an odd sounding but delicious combo of cider with a hint of beer? Sounds weird, it's great for a beer lover like me. I wasn't a fan of the dry. Just personal taste. The Perry (pear cider) was solid. I also had the pepperoni pizza. It kind of looks like it will be a chewy cardboard pizza. Do not be deceived! It was awesome. I will definitely be back for the pizza alone. So, will this drive me away from Arsenal? No. But I'll tell you what, the pizza and Dry Hopped will bring me back. read more

I give a lot of places in Pittsburgh 4 stars, but Threadbare earns theirs too. Ask other people have pointed out, Threadbare is the latest extension of everyone behind Wigle Whiskey locally and it's really good. The Girlfriend and i swung by Threadbare for Brunch today (she'd had 1 or 2 of their ciders and i believe one of their pizzas at a work thing sometime last year) after seeing the were simultaneously having a fundraiser/ adoption fair for a few Bunnies from Pittburgh Human Animal Rescue. After being told there'd be a little wait for spots for us--the place was packed today, so i'd suggest maybe go on the earlier side around 11am, for Sunday Brunch--we walked to the conference room area where the bunnies were and said hi. After about 20 minutes or so, it wasn't long at all, hanging out with the bunnies, we were told spots were ready for us. We got to our spaces at one of the communal tables, poured over the menu, eventually settling on each getting a cider flight (The "Traditional flight" of :farmhouse cider, dry cider, dry hopped cider and Oaked & Wild Ciders for me and the "Festive Flight" of : Perry the Pear Cider, Rose (accent above the e) cider, 412 cider and Fall Spice Cider for her) to start. All of the ciders drew praise from us but our favorites (beyond the seasonal Fall Spice) were the Rose, the Oaked & Wild and the Dry Hopped. We also ordered pizzas, the "Threadbare Hash" for her and the "Which Came First?" a.k.a Chicken Pizza for me. For thin crust wood-fired pizza (there's also a gluten free crust option) this is some of the best quality pizza i've had here in Pittsburgh. The flavors on both of our pizzas worked so well together. We wanted more! Service was excellent too. read more

The cider is really good and I would highly recommend that cocktails. My favorite one was the Turmeric tea cider cocktail. The flavors were well balance. The location is a bit out of the way but they have a lots of space for folks and parking. The service was great, fast and friendly. The only thing I would note, is the food is meh. I've been here on a couple different occasions and the most recent one involved a great deal of cider, a little whiskey, and a ton of pizza. The cider here is good. Most of the stuff I've tried is on the dryer side which is fine by me. They have also partnered with Wigle and now have drinks featuring their whiskey. The pizza here was amazing. My favorites were the apple and the sweet potato. Both had an amazing combination of flavors and if I had to choose between the two I'd go with the apple. Overall a very good stop for food and drink. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if you enjoy cider. read more

The first time I stopped over here the place was closed so I was happy to discover they have their own parking lot. It is very difficult to find parking in the Troy Hill neighborhood and although the lot is small it wasn't overly crowded. It sits next to Wiggle whiskey which is the distillery for the Cider house. You enter by climbing a flight of stairs. On various parts of it says "News", "Fresh from Heaven." I came inside and the sign said to sit anywhere. Over to the side is a bar area with a backdrop of Johnny "Appleseed" Chapman on the wallpaper. On the opposite corner was a giant "light bright" electrical board which I would later learn was operable for children to play with. Since I was here for an event that would follow I decided to forgo the food and settle for the coffee. Before ordering that I was served 3 small glasses of their 3 famous ciders, Farmhouse, dry, and wild cider. The place has free Wi Fi and the passcode is on the wall. I liked the Farmhouse and the dry but didn't care for the wild cider. Onto the coffee. I was intrigued by the fact that it was "whiskey" coffee and recently roasted. They did have some available and for $9.00 you are given a "French press" which holds about 3 cups. It was different to say the least but I really enjoyed it. I loved how it came with a small elephant shaped creamer-sorry not for sale. I was told the serve things with animal accessories out of Johnny Appleseed's love for animals. Unfortunately they do not have take out cups so I had to drink as much as I could before they closed before the event. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The gave me a menu to take home with me. I was looking forward to trying the pizzas they have. I had that opportunity later at the event and believe me they did not disappoint. My favorite was the eggplant pizza. They also had a gluten free pizza, and polenta crust to name a few. I saw on the menu they serve brunch on the weekends. Yes you can order your pizza with eggs! I purchased the Farmhouse cider for my son. Ciders sell for about $18.00 and some whiskey coffee beans to make at home. Everyone made me feel so very welcome here. They accept credit cards and restrooms are near the main entrance. The stairs are lit at night which is always a safety issue for me. Located on Spring Garden Ave in Troy Hill the easiest way to get there is to take Chestnut St off the 16th St bridge or if coming from the West exit Rt 279 towards Rt 28 and follow the signs to Chestnut St. From there drive a couple of blocks and make a right onto Spring Garden. This route avoids have to deal with some of the steep hill Troy Hill is known for. Threadbare is a welcome addition to the Pittsburgh neighborhood. They are only open Wed-Sun. Weekdays they open at 5. Weekends daylight hours. They offer tours of their distillery and on Sat mornings family tours are offered. Check online for pricing and availability. read more

What a delight! Wigle Whiskey has a new endeavor to make cider which is in their words "Pennsylvania's Wine". This idea started after finding out that Johnny Chapman or Johnny Appleseed has some ties to the Pennsylvania area. Neat right? So Threadbare Cider is housed in a warehouse that was built around the time of the Civil War. It could have been torn down and a new modified warehouse built but instead the owners wanted to preserve some of the history of the area and just remodeled. And can I say, it is beautiful inside. It is warm and welcoming and fun. There is a large parking lot outside and steps that seem daunting, but for those who cannot do steps there is a way to get inside from the upper street level, which is something I was worried about. The colors and decorations throughout Threadbare are on point. You cannot ask for much else. And the name, it comes from the idea that Johnny Appleseed was often seen in threadbare clothing with no shoes on. Tying it all together!! Threadbare offers tours and you can even go down to the lab to see how the yeast is fermenting and how the different types of cider are being made. Super neat. The lab was my favorite spot. That is where the employees are trying to find the best ways to mix and make the cider that they sell above in the tap house. Neat right! Ciders: Farmhouse Cider. Crisp and refreshing!! I would get this one again! Wild Cider. This one was a bit sour and it was not my cup of tea. But I did give it out to some of the people at my table and they seemed to really enjoy it. Pizza: Classic crust pizzas or polenta crust pizzas for those who are gluten free. Awesome right?? They also offer cashew cheese for those with a dairy allergy. I tried the polenta pizza. It was really good, and the polenta was made in house. The only thing is that the pieces did break down a little easier than what I am normally used to with polenta. Still good, but maybe it could be fried at the bottom a bit so that the polenta keeps it shape. Roasted Eggplant: Roasted eggplant, fennel, cayenne, honey, mozzerella. This one watch out for. It is too good to put down. I loved the tasted of the roasted eggplant and the cayenne really made it hit the spot. I did not tasted the honey so much, but I was not watching out for it. Maybe next time I will be able to tasted it a bit more. Spicy Tomato Brunch Pizza: Carmen peppers, blush onions, sunny side up egg, cilantro. Good, but the egg kinda threw me for a loop. I liked it but I don't know if I would order it again. I think the crust has to be more in order to dip the yolk. If not it is just a lot of wasted yolk! Broccoli Pizza: Preserved lemon, truffled pecorino, brie, mozzerella, sun dried tomatoes. Ok, this was one of my favorite. The lemon was a powerful and interesting choice for the pizza and it can be really tasted. The sun dried tomatoes are always a favorite of mine, and broccoli! YUMMY!! I liked this place and I think that it fits in with the changing scene around Pittsburgh. Another cool place to hang out with some friends. Get a tour, drink some cider, and eat some pizza! This place exceeded my expectations! I knew this place was a cider distillery, but I appreciated their food as well. Threadbare Cider House suddenly pops up in the middle of a random road, a big sign leading you to slow down and stop in their spacious parking lot. Once you get there, you can see the lights welcoming you from the top of a staircase located at the back of the lot. Their space is split between a store-like area where they have a bunch of their cider bottles displayed, a bar with seating, some tables, and some communal picnic tables. The server told us to just pick a seat, and we started looking over the menus. Me and my friend ended up picking the Farmhouse Cider and the Dry Hopped Cider as our drinks, and for food got The Curd (a cheese plate) and built our own pizzas with the classic crust. First the drinks arrived, and after trying a sip of each I was already happy that I decided to come here. The Farmhouse tasted like what I imagine a fresh cider would taste like but better, and the Dry Hopped one had a more distinct scent and lingering aftertaste which my friend really enjoyed. I really wish I had gotten the flight to compare between 4 ciders, because the difference between the two was a lot more than what I had expected and made me curious about the others. As a cheese-lover I thought the cheese plate was amazing! I enjoyed how they picked cheeses that were delicious with the thin apple slices that it comes with. I would order it again! When I saw the pictures of the pizzas on Yelp, I didn't expect much from them. Even when the pizzas came to the table, I still didn't think it looked like a pizza I would like. But after I took a bite, I was ashamed that I had judged it based on its looks. Although it's a thin-crust, it's still a very substantial crust with both crispiness and chewiness. And even though I thought the ingredients looked small, they definitely packed a punch in terms of flavor. I loved it! Came here for brunch with a group of girls and had a great time! We all did the Mimosas $5 special they were offering when you got a brunch pizza. I've never had mimosas with cider but they were really tasty and I thought better than champagne mimosas. Highly recommend the Roasted Apple brunch pizza. It is surprisingly good and tastes great paired with the mimosas! Our friends for the Margherita pizza which was just ok. Great spot for hanging out in groups or day dates to try the cider! Such a fun and casual atmosphere! There are large farmhouse style tables and benches as well as a small bar for seating. A few of my favorite things about the room were the fun murals on the wall (including the bathroom wall) and the giant light bright in the corner. I may technically be an adult, but I will never be too old to play with a light bright! We tried the Cider flight to start. It was nice to try their 3 ciders as well as a beer from their beer list before deciding on one to stick with. My favorite cider was the dry cider, but the others were tasty too! I tried the Good News cocktail because it had the dry cider in it as well. The waitress was really nice and warned me about the taste of absinthe in the drink before I ordered. The cocktail was good and had a very herbal taste to it, but I think I prefer the dry cider alone. I think this place would be an awesome place to meet up with friends for drinks day or night! read more

I heard about this place because I had done a spirits tasting a few weeks prior at Wiggle (their sister company) admittedly, this isnt in the nicest part of town, but the interior looks incredibly welcoming, well kept, and clean. You can see the metal mash tons through a huge windowed wall on one side of the room. Sit at the bar, tables, or more lounge-esque chairs. I was fortunate enough to sit next to the manager and we spoke about the cider, its creation process, seasonality, and flavor profiles. Every cider I tried was delicious, as was the cocktail I got on happy hour (of course using Wigle Ginever). Came here recently with some family and friends for brunch and we left stuffed. We booked way in advance and got seated right by the glass door where we could watch the Cider tours. Our party ordered the cheese, meat plates and the sourdough french toast for appetizers. We cheese was so fresh and they had a great selection of meats. The french toast is a much order if you want something sweet. As for the pizzas, we ordered the hash, roasted apple, zucchini, margherita, and pepperoni. We all fought for the hash and the apple. They have a nice combination of savory pizzas. The flights provided a nice addition to meal. I'd definitely get the Experimental and down the bourbon barrel. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal here. Service was great and the ingredients in all of the dishes were so fresh. The cheese here is just on another level. Highly recommend this spot for brunch and large groups. read more
