My friend ordered four pizzas to feed a crowd at his birthday party at Velum. These pizzas were HUGE. It was almost comical in a good way how big they were. We got one cheese, two pepperoni, and one other one that was maybe Mediterranean based on the tomatoes and balsamic glaze. The slices themselves are enormous as well! The pizza was a crowd pleaser and disappeared in less than an hour.

Thank God for Benny's! Such a clutch option for food, especially late at night. No matter how long the line looks, the service always moves surprisingly fast, and the pizza is consistently good. I'm always impressed by the size of the slice! absolutely huge!

My pizza was AMAZING!!!!!!!! crust was so good 5$ a slice for such a big slice! worth it. i will be back

I like the pizza a lot and enjoy how large the slices are. The only complaint I have is that some of the staff members have really bad attitudes and are not kind when you ask for something. It's really awkward.

The pizza is a must try. We were blown away with the crispiness of the pie, and I don't know why people aren't recommending this order to travelers. Some of the best thin crust pizza we've had!

Ah-Mazingggggggggggggg NY style pizzas! Home sweet home! Its the stretchy dough thin, with bomb pizza sauce. Its all in the sauce I tell ya! They're sold by slicles-- HUMONGOUS! My lil one & I ordered the plain cheese, pepperoni & mushroom sausage, and they were all so good! Very affordable. I really cannot sing enough of its praises. You have got to try it for yourself

Good luck fitting this through your front door, or even the back of your car! One of the few pizza places open on a Sunday, which gives it a few extra points in my book. Pizza has a slightly sweet sauce with a doughy and slight airy crust. Bottom of pizza was cooked just about perfect. If a crispy pizza is your cup of tea, this may not be the best place for you. Friendly staff over the phone and pickup made for a great experience.

Let me tell you anytime I go here I'm never not satisfied(even when I order two slices) The pie is good and the size of it is MASSIVE but if you're in town or out near the bars definitely grab a slice

I enjoy coming here for a slice and was happy to promote their business on my socials, but a bit unprofessional to screen grab the photos and use as your own. Lesson learned.

Holy cow what a great find. This pizza was so delicious and one of the biggest slices I've ever had. Cool vibes & employees as well. Can't wait to try again.

One thing to note. Their specialty slices are really just topping on top of their plain slice. Still good but different than what you would probably expect

First time here, saw it on Barstool before. Unassuming space on Carson Street that had a steady stream of customers. The slices are enormous. I took the advice of the person taking my order and selected the cheese steak slice as it was almost gone and wouldn't be back for a while. They had several types of slice to choose from. The price was decent too for how big the slice was. I can eat and I only ordered one and went home satisfied. I want to go back and try some other offerings soon.

i was in the mood for pizza and I was near by Benny Fierro's who had really good reviews overall. The place is directly on carson street. The place has plenty of seating. The staff where all friendly and helpful. I was going to order 2 slices but changed my mid at the last second as i decided to head over for pretzels afterwards. I ordered a pepperoni slice. Holly cow the slice was huge, One slice here is like 2 slices everywhere else. I have to say as far as pizza goes it was just ok nothing special. I probably would not go again.

Even though it was late we were greeted with exceptional customer service and were seated at a table. Our waiter, Remi with an I and not a Y was absolutely fabulous. He made great suggestions and the food did not disappoint. I ordered the 16 inch pepperoni with bacon. My daughter ordered the pepperoni roll and my wife ordered the meatballs and 2 Bianca slices. My wife's name is also Bianca so a double bonus. Our food came out about 15 minutes later and everything was piping hot. To my surprise the pepperoni came with the real bacon strips on top and not your average bacon bits. The sourdough is top notch as well. I ate 6 of the 8 slices while my daughter ate two along with her pepperoni roll. My daughter enjoyed her roll but did wish it had more cheese. My wife enjoyed her meatballs. They give you 4 and are a decent size. She was only able to eat 3. The Bianca slice is a healthy thick slice. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Driftwood. The service was OUTSTANDING (Remi). The food was good. We ended up staying 20 minutes past closing and didn't notice any change in customer service. This place is definitely worth a shot.

I cannot say it is the best pizza I have had because different styles are all amazing. This is a unique style and I love it. The sauce was amazing, the ricotta cheese was so delicious and their meatballs were tremendous. What I loved was the crust - it had some chew and some tug; there was a little bit of char on the outside and the bottom. The meatballs were delicious and that sauce! The vodka sauce was perfect. I would have thought I would have missed the standard cheese on a pizza but the ricotta was super good. I placed my order on their website and it was easy; I was able to pay using my Apple Pay, which was a plus. We arrived and it was ready but we stood talking to the men in the shop and they were so kind. They asked us questions about us when they learned we had, recently, moved here. It's on a dilapidated brick road that you essentially have to drive up at a crawl speed to prevent your car from rattling a part, and there's rarely parking. HOWEVER, somehow, this adds to the charm. The journey makes the reward that much better, I suppose. When you enter the pizzeria, it feels like how a pizzeria should. It's small and noisy, and the smells are overpowering. The staff is too busy for small talk. They're making dough (see what I did there?). I love it. The sauce is sweet, which isn't how I typically want a pizza sauce to taste, but it's also what makes their pizza so unique. You won't find another pizza that tastes like this. We were told there would be a wait, but our pizza was ready right when they said it would be. The staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Parking was a little tricky because of the location, but it was definitely worth it! The standout feature of this pizza for me was the flavor of the cheese (especially when paired with onions) that combination was easily my favorite part. They use a very generous, thick layer of cheese, which creates a rich and indulgent pizza. The cheese is quite oily and can slide off the crust, so personally the amount of cheese and oil was a little heavier than my usual preference. However, the chewy crust holds up well to the toppings, and there was still something really addictive about the overall flavor and texture of that cheese. One thing that surprised me was how good it was the next day when eaten cold. I actually prefer this pizza cold. The cheese and onions complemented each other even more, and the pizza felt a little less oily while allowing the flavors to shine even more. Overall, this is definitely a top-tier pizza place in the area. If you enjoy a flavorful, cheesy pizza with a great chewy crust, I would absolutely recommend giving it a try!
