Turned out to be a tripped breaker that wasn't obvious because of the safety bracket on the breaker. Wanted to convert an outdoor CFL fixture to LED. Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. Really appreciate companies that still do right by their customers instead of looking for every opportunity to upsell. Great communication, honest advice, and quality work. Highly recommend.

While Johnny is more of a classic "contact by phone guy" that I'm becoming along with many friends, Chris was exceptionally friendly, effective, and to the point about proper parts to get. Michael is efficient as well, but I cannot resist talking lobster fishing with Chris. We're undergoing a one year renovation and I'm disabled but serving as general contractor and do source the wrong parts now and then. This team has replaced another company we've used for decades. Case in point, we've had several people try to locate the mystery location of our 30 year old home's doorbell transformer though we insisted 2 places it likely was.
