The service I requested was to repair the rotted fascia board at corner of the exterior gutter. Naran provided the quote within 10 minutes and clarified all the questions I have. 3. The value and quality speak for itself. Naran sent his team Slav to repair the rotted fascia board. When Slav came, he did an initial inspection and provided recommendations as well as how he will repair and how long it will take. In short, he completed the job much beyond our expectation. The technician (I'm sorry, I missed his name) was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% prepared with the appropriate parts and tools. Although the price was higher than I expected, the service was faultless! He installed new, stainless-steel rollers in place of the old, broken plastic ones and replaced rusted, broken screws on the frame. He also aligned the door, cleaned the track, and showed me the proper lubricant to keep things moving. He was also great with our two dear dogs, and they liked him just fine. The end result is a door that moves with a two finger glide instead of two-armed shoving. Tigerdog sez: slide 'em!
