Mike worked solo and handled the entire project--including all the baseboards, trim, and door frames--with incredible precision and a meticulous eye for detail. Beyond being a phenomenal painter, Mike is a highly skilled and versatile handyman. He went above and beyond by shaving down doors that weren't fitting correctly and even handled our alarm installations. He is a tireless worker who completed the job quickly without ever sacrificing the high-quality, professional finish we were looking for. What truly sets Mike apart is both his character and his value. He is a genuinely good person who maintained a positive, professional spirit throughout his time in our home. On top of that, his pricing was so reasonable that it was truly unbelievable for the level of skill he provides. It is rare to find someone who balances such technical talent with such a great work ethic and fair rates. We cannot recommend Mike highly enough!

Roman kept us updated every step of the way; his arrival, photos from Home Depot to confirm our choices, and even shared before-during-after photos of the job. Our situation was a bit urgent--a high ceiling wired smoke alarm needed replacement, requiring an extra-tall ladder. He scheduled us in that day, came prepared, set it up safely (even placing a red cloth at the bottom for safety), and advised us on the best location for the new alarm--not just a random spot. He invoiced honestly without marking up supplies. This is our rental property, and we couldn't be there, but he earned our complete trust and our tenant was very pleased. I had 2 doors in my house that needed repair and repainting; the stucco around my first door had started cracking and crumbling and while the paint around my second door had started cracking and peeling off. From beginning to end, Roman was very professional and communicative. He picked up all the matching paint colors that were needed and even helped me color match the colors that had been discontinued. He was meticulous in making sure that all the surrounding areas and windows were protected from paint residue. Both of my doors looked amazing afterwards! I will definitely be using Roman again for any future issues or projects!

For me, little…read morehome projects can be a problem- I enjoy doing them and learning things on my own, but sometimes, I just simply don't have the time. I needed to get the vanity in one of my bathrooms replaced as well as the sink and faucet. I had been wanting to work on it but simply did not have the time. I have to admit, when I went on Yelp to try to find someone to do the work, I was a little apprehensive. I wasn't sure what I was going to get. Brian quoted me a good price and was very communicative during the process which helped put me at ease. We set a date and a time and off we went. The day of the project, Brian showed up on time and was more than prepared with all the right material and tools necessary. Sometimes with these projects, you don't know what you're going to get once you start tearing into stuff. Despite some interesting discoveries, Brian did a great job of removing the old vanity and working around some issues with the tile that the previous homeowners had placed. He even pointed out some areas that I needed to be careful with and gave me some recommendations. Unfortunately, due to my own fault, I had purchased a vanity that couldn't accommodate the piping and still have the functionality that it was designed to have. Brian did not complain at all and even offered to take it to the store for me to get me the refund. Talk about customer service! Also, he wouldn't even let me pay him until the job was done. I'm currently in the process of purchasing a new vanity, and will have him install it. Needless to say, Brian has already won me over with his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. In addition to that, Brian is just genuinely a great guy as I got to talk to him a bit and know more about him. I definitely look forward to finishing up the project, but as it stands, I already know that I will plan on using Brian in the future for any projects that I need to have done in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to get work done in their home. You will get excellent work at a reasonable price from someone you can trust.
