Jerome approached us to assist with a significant project distributing furniture to schools in the Inland Empire. He requested special discounted rates, citing plans to use our services for over a month. In good faith, we offered him reduced rates to honor this arrangement, beginning our collaboration at the end of July and continuing through August and part of September. Throughout this period, we upheld our commitments by providing movers, trucks, and equipment as needed, striving to deliver the highest standard of service. However, once the project concluded in September and payment for our services was due, Jerome began refusing to settle the outstanding balance. Despite numerous attempts to reach him--including emails and phone calls--there has been no response from his side to address his overdue payments. It has now been three months, and he still has not paid for 13 contracts, leaving our hardworking movers, who rely on honest labor to support their families, uncompensated.
