Great place! Staff was receptive and friendly. There was 6 of us for lunch and they can accommodate larger parties. We started with 40 chicken wings and 2 orders of onion rings. The wings were extremely good. Wings had a crisp outer and a tender succulent inside. The wings were tossed in hot suace and a garlic sauce, it was very tasty. Onion rings were battered to perfection and fried to a golden goodness! Rings were above average size with a few stragglers that were under size. The taste was above average. I ordered a chicken Philly. This was my first time eating here and it was recommended from someone in my group that eats here often. The chicken Philly was a good size. The chicken was cooked, trimmed, and fried to exceed my expectations. It was topped with cheese, mushrooms, and peppers. It was so mouth watering that I ate it in about 30 seconds. This is an excellent sub. I would definitely recommend the food to anyone.

Wings and beer for the hubby, on a trip down Bingo memory lane.

We were rolling through Bingo'land on a weekend roadtrip down Memory Lane from when we used to live in the area, and a stop off for a cold one at Thirsty's made the itinerary. The hubbs had three draft beers, I had one vodka mixed drink, and the hubbs had an order of chicken wings. All in, the bill was just under $28. Not bad in this day and age for four libations and an order of decent wings! It was Saturday night when we stopped in, and the bar was dead, dead, dead, but the friendly bartenders kept us company. We remember coming to Thirsty's from time to time to watch sports when we lived in the area 10+ years ago, and the place has not changed a bit. Your typical, comfortable sports bar with friendly service and reasonable prices. Thanks Thirsty's for the nice visit recently; let's do it again, sometime sooner than 10+ years! :-D

Stopped in to Thirsty's for lunch the day after Christmas. There were four of us. The waitress was dealing with probably 4 or 5 other tables, one of which was a table of about 6 or 7. She came up to us all frazzled talking about how "busy" it was. It was not that busy. And I just hate when servers start with that. Are you saying that upfront to warn us that your service is going to be bad? Overall, the service ended up being fine. She wasn't the most attentive, but she also wasn't the least attentive server I've ever had. It was pretty cold in the restaurant the day that we were there - like leave your jacket on at the table cold. They could definitely have turned up the heat for the customers. Anyways, all four of us got burgers. The burgers here are absolutely awesome. You can tell that they are not frozen patties and have tons of flavor. The fries are a strange hybrid of crinkle cut/steak fry/seasoned fry. They were actually pretty awesome and cooked perfectly! Also, they have Quickdraw if you like to play while you're enjoying a drink and/or food!

I really enjoy Thirsty's whenever I go. Maybe I'm a little biased because my band plays there (shameless plug - Rhythm & Brews - http://www.myspace.com/rhythmnbrews) but it seems like there's a little something for everyone at Thirsty's. They feature live bands on most Friday and Saturday nights complete with a stage nestled in the corner of the bar. For the sports fanatics, Thirsty's has plenty of flat-screen HD TVs all over the place. They also have a full food menu and about 10 tasty beers on tap. I've only had their food once and it was very tasty. Thirsty's also has a pool table and a digital jukebox. It's a great place to go with a big group of friends or just to grab a quick meal and a pint.

It's your basic sports bar definitely more than enough TV's to cover whatever sport you'd want to watch. We ordered pretzel bites with beer cheese the pretzels were very salty but warm and in my opinion better without the cheese it definitely is more like nacho cheese rather than beer cheese but it's not bad just nothing to write home about. I got the Caprese Fried Chicken sandwich and it was pretty good and the fries in my opinion are the real show stopper crispy but not burnt the perfect fry homemade I believe too. My girlfriend got the Chicken Philly in a wrap and she enjoyed it. We had a new server training with Julianna and he was great very attentive asked if I wanted a refill when my drink was gone. Which as a customer tells me you care and you're paying attention. We were in and hour in a little over an hour. I would definitely return if in the downtown area!

You have to open a secret door when you walk inside the lighting the decor is all phenomenal. We did have to have a reservation as the place is completely booked on a Friday night, even the bar was too capacity. We were seated right away as we had reservations, the nice part about the reservations as well as you could text them to get those reservations. We had dinner prior to our reservations, so we didn't get a chance to try the food although the menu that was in a folded binder was lit when it opened a very cool little feature. The drink menu could've been a little bit more extensive for their specialty drinks, however, they had what seemed like hundreds of liquor options for you to make your own or to choose something on the rocks. Our server Nate was excellent, he suggested and recommended different drinks for us, he also brought over a little cheesecake because it was Amanda's birthday this week. Just an outstanding location vibe service experience. All of that. We would highly recommend it and if we're back in Binghamton, we would definitely go. If I lived in Binghamton. This lovely lounge did not disappoint. When I walked through the old doors, I entered a unique atmosphere with a mix of old timey and retro punk vibes. Since I was on my own, I asked for a table for one, fully aware that my heart was set on a bar stool. The bar spot turned out to be perfect for people-watching and a Yuzo Peach Collins. Served in the perfect glass, the Collins was definitely a balance of flavors. Since the vodka rigatoni is what peaked my curiosity, that is what I ordered. It was phenomenal. I decided to go with the "old-school" version at the encouragement of my server, which included Cayenne pepper. It came out perfectly spiced and piping hot. I also decided to start with a Caesar salad. The lettuce was super cold and crisp, and the dressing was served on the side so I could moderate it for myself. We came towards the end of the lunch rush (1-2PM?) and were seated immediately. The ambiance is hip and buzzy, with lots of colorful decor. The menu had some very tempting options, even for vegetarians. We started with the buffalo brussel sprouts, a stroke of genius. I'd never thought about dousing this tasty veggie in hot sauce and blue cheese, but it makes sense. This was a very tasty app, and the sprouts were roasted perfectly with crispy outer skins which provided the crunch needed for a good buffalo dish. The special that day was some kind of french dip sandwich which one of my dining companions got. Another one got a cajun catfish sandwich and graciously offered me a bite. It was flavorful. For my main, I got the spring roll bowl and decided to add tofu. It had noodles, peanuts, a sweet thai chili sauce, and lots of veggies. It was MASSIVE. Prices are a little high but the portions definitely made it worth it. I could have taken half home as leftovers if I'd wanted. The restaurant also has a coffee bar which we decided last minute to partake in instead of venturing out into the rain to find a different cafe. This was such a convenient option because we didn't have to fight to find parking or brave the weather to go to a second location. I did a pistachio latte. Someone else at my table got a Mexican hot chocolate. I treated myself to the homemade whipped cream. The coffee hit the spot. Throughout the whole experience the staff was wonderful. Our food came out quickly, and the servers were very friendly and joking with us. I'd come back if I was in the area.
