After 2 days in Brooklyn, it is nice to sit in a quiet diner.the waitress on Wed. July 27 seemed surprised or at least gracious for an 8 dollar tip on a 12 dollar breakfast, but with a your welcome for every thank you, quiet, quick service, a full coffee and water the whole time, and a cup o joe to go, it was worth the measly 8 bucks. California will hear about you, kid. Oh, the breakfast Special was great as well.

First time into this cute downturn " locals know about it" kinda place. I'll get a picture of the plates next visit, but it was excellent! Food was hot n fast, waitress was quick and super friendly! Where do You find breakfast for 2 under $11???

Cheap and tasty breakfast food with good service. I visit here often because it's located near my apartment and they never fail to surprise me with their fresh, warm and delicious food. I always get one french toast with an egg and sausage, and they go so good with hot sauce. I've also tried ham instead of sausage but it was little to salty for me and couldn't finish it. The only thing that bothers me from this place is that they provide margarin instead of butter for the toast, but I'm still giving them 5 stars because of their amazing food. Easily my favorite breakfast place in Binghamton.

Just finished mopping up my plate with a piece of toast and figured I ought to leave a review. Used to skip school and come here for breakfast. (Sorry mom) I've been getting the gyro omelette with crispy home fries and rye toast for years. Probably my favorite breakfast spot to go to with friends or alone. You can sit up at the counter and watch your food being cooked or grab a booth. I try to avoid coming in when BU is in session since it gets a little packed on occasion. Very nice staff and owners. I don't think I've ever looked at the menu but included a picture of it anyhow so you can see $5 goes a long way. Oh, it's cash only.

Great greasy spoon diner in downtown Binghamton. Perfect cure for a Sunday morning hangover. Food was good, service was great, our waitress being particularly nice. Went to Binghamton back in the 90s, good to see the downtown area revitalizing and this breakfast joint enjoying that uptick; place was packed with a healthy mix of locals & SUNY

Cash only! A little old school place in the Binghamton downtown area. The setup inside is that of a typical diner. Some booths and counter seating area. It also appears to have the original old school sign outside...which is, admit it, kinda cool. The service was really good. We went here during the Spiedie fest and had breakfast. There was only one waitress on working the entire place...and she owned it like a boss. The food was good diner type food. The pancakes were fat and fluffy (like my husband), coffee was hot and fresh, bacon was cooked just like I like it! But most importantly the prices are cheap! Whether you are in town for an event or there for college give this place a try!

Old school diner plain and simple. I stopped by for breakfast and thought I went back in time 40 years when I walked through the door. I was promptly greeted and seated at the counter since I was eating solo. The place was packed at the tables. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 scrambled eggs. Bill came to $3.75. $3.75 are kidding me? Food was good and the price was amazingly low. I can see this being a go to place for BU students living downtown on a Saturday or Sunday morning after a night of fun. If you're downtown run, don't walk to eat at Rolando's.

    Good old diner b-fast !

This place is the real deal. Serious old-fashioned downtown cafe. Great food, great prices. An institution.
