Don't give your money to these poor excuses for humans. The "manager" of this bar fired my friend while he was out of town burying his father, and did it like a coward - by voicemail, one hour before the funeral. The owner, whose father had died a few months earlier (RIP), then told him he couldn't compare his loss to hers because "you weren't as close to your dad as I was with mine". F these people, they are poor excuses for human beings, without a single shred of common decency. I hope they end up penniless and freezing, homeless in the street. read more

There was no effort to explain the policy respectfully--just a dismissive "no" and an unpleasant attitude that made us feel unwelcome. I understand checking IDs and following the law, but customer service costs nothing. If your staff can't treat paying customers with basic respect, maybe they shouldn't be working in hospitality.
