I mainly came here during the weekends and it could get so crowded during peak weekends and times where there would be a big line outside. Hopefully they have heaters now when it's cold outside. Apparently government-issued documentation isn't good enough for this place. What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender came across as rude and power-tripping. There was no effort to explain the policy respectfully--just a dismissive "no" and an unpleasant attitude that made us feel unwelcome. I understand checking IDs and following the law, but customer service costs nothing. If your staff can't treat paying customers with basic respect, maybe they shouldn't be working in hospitality. We left frustrated and took our business elsewhere. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out.
