Taking orders and serving a party of 31 is no small task, but everyone had their food within 45 minutes and I don't think there was a single order mistake. We were genuinely impressed. There was plenty of parking, and the outdoor seating area was enjoyable. The picnic tables have definitely seen better days, and one of our umbrellas was broken, but given the unexpected size of our group, we were just grateful to have a place where we could all sit together. The outdoor bar offered a nice selection of drinks as well. As for the food, my chicken fingers were a bit overcooked, and the house-made honey mustard was just okay. A few of the kids mentioned their Shirley Temples didn't taste quite right, and some thought the water had an unusual taste. On the other hand, the salads and tacos looked absolutely picture-perfect and received great feedback. Overall, this was a wonderful experience because of the outstanding customer service. Communication leading up to the event was excellent. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes before our reservation, I received a call that the kitchen had been shut down due to an emergency plumbing issue. I completely understand that emergencies happen and don't fault the restaurant for something outside of their control. We were offered the option to delay our reservation by 30-45 minutes while they waited for an update, but there was no guarantee the kitchen would reopen. After discussing it with the group, we had to scramble to find another location. I appreciate that someone called rather than having us show up and receive the news, but with a party of this size, I wish there had been more proactive communication, the GM thought she had called me but totally understood when dealing with an emergency. The reservation process itself was outstanding and talking with Jessica about options at their other location was great. Hopefully we can try the Factory if we are ever back in town.

Overall, the atmosphere was good,and they have a nice bar, but there was a very strong "sewage" smell in the women's bathroom and they put air fresheners in the floor drain where the smell was coming from, and the food was not great.
