Worst experience ever when dealing with 3rd party services. Smug, SLOW, unwilling to explain anything... and oh, did I say smug and slow! Selling a vehicle, went to the MVD in Apache Junction and they gave me a Title Transfer Form. They were very helpful and explained what I needed to do to complete the sale, even filled out the form for me. Said it had to be notarized so he said to sign where it said "Seller" and he'd witness it. Later in the day the buyer came to complete the sale and then went to 3rd Party MVS to register the sale. They called and said I signed the form wrong and had to come down and do it again. I show up, they won't tell me what is wrong, just "sign the new form and give me $20". What? A form the MVD supplies to you FREE or you can print online FREE... and you want $20? Why?? "because that is what we do here" with that same smug, sarcastic attitude. Finally demanded an explanation for having to do a new form. She says "you signed on the wrong line". The MVD showed me where to sign, witnessed it and she refused to accept it. So I took the form and signed in the "correct" spot and she then laughs and says "now you HAVE to pay me the $20 since you just voided this form" I just voided the form she told me was not any good because it was signed on the wrong line, made me drive 40 minutes to sign a new form. I went here to get my license reinstated and it was very fast. I got there around 5:30pm on a Friday and it was quite dead. I was seen right away and as long as you have all of your documents it goes by quick. I ran into nothing but nice representatives. I was in and out within 30mins only because I needed to take a picture and have my insurance fax over something. Only negative is the extra fees but it beats the actual MVD. read more

I was not impressed with this Third Party MVS. The manager was very unprofessional and was setting a bad example for his employees. I purposely try to go to any other location except for MVD where you can wait for hours. I arrived and there was one person ahead of me. They looked to only have 3 employees at the windows but several employees walking around in back. I expected to wait a little bit, but did not expect to be there for 45 minutes. I watched as the one employee decided to check his phone about 5 times, he was talking with the other employees, and doing pretty much everything but his job. Turns out he was the manager. When he decided I had waited long enough, he decided to call me up. He was very rude to say the least. I would not go here. Find another place. I would rather wait at the MVD because those employees are at least doing their job. read more

My sister and I were in and out in about 15 minutes with our new licenses with new pictures. Thankfully they were also open on a Saturday. It was a bit expensive; around $30 for a duplicate identification card but it was very convenient and would go back. Worth every penny to not have to sit at the DMV. read more

This was a faster and more pleasant experience that our last trip to the DMV. You take a number when you first walk in and are personally helped when your number is called. Staff could be a little friendlier, both people we dealt with were fairly gruff and condescending, and the atmosphere is pretty dumpy. Still, a step up from the DMV. read more

I was at this location to renewal my DL. A young man name Juan M. was helping me for this service without looked at my update address after asking me to filled out the form. I went back in asked him to fix it and told him pay attention next time on his job. Why would he ask to filled out the form and not look at it. He got bad attitude when I told him that not good service at all I would give a BIG 0 star if I could .Never come back here. Get your job done right Juan M. My husband and I came here to do a title transfer on our car, and we got our registration done for the next 2 years while we were at it. There was no wait, and we were in and out in 20min. We paid about $10 extra dollars than if we had went to the DMV ourselves. No line or wait to deal with? Big spacious office? Best $10 spent, ever. I highly recommend this place! Came on a Sunday for a quick title notary. The fact that they are open on a Sunday is great. I drove past it twice, since coming in from the south, the pop-out of the building obscures the name. It is kind of a cruddy little open space with several service windows. There are a few folding chairs and several unruly children normally running about. But the service is quick and no-nonsense. Paid a $25 "convenience fee" to have the lady send me home for a document (my fault) and then once I arrived back she informed me of 2 other documents I needed and didn't have that she forgot to tell me about. "I didn't read your application" she says. Um... why not? Should I read it to you?? The girl that took my picture decided I should look like a goat today, and when I asked to have a re taken she said no, then we would have to start all over. I came in to transfer my title into the name of my trust. Michael handled this transaction wonderfully and noticed that another of my vehicles had the trust name wrong (thanks Berge Ford) which would have made things difficult when it came time to sell the vehicle. We went to register a Jet ski trailer coming from out of state in my name. The staff spent an hour trying to search for the type of trailer this was. Even printing photos from the internet showing boats after telling them OVER AND OVER this was a shorelander jetski trailer. As is also noted on the VALID registration. We had a valid registration and VIN. They still could not manage this. We were told they needed to inspect the trailer after an hour there. Even though they are not an inspection station. We took our papers and left. We went across the street to the actual DMV. 15 min from start to finish. Trailer registered. Not only did the staff at this 3rd party site have no idea how to do her job, if she had managed to do it she was also going to overcharge us by $30. Go to the DMV. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Been here a few times and the service is hit or miss. When they were in the smaller location a few suites down they were awesome.. in-&-out in 10 minutes tops, way faster than the MVD, well worth the $25 convenience fee. Now that they have moved to the bigger spot I guess they have started doing driver's licenses as well (according to the lady who helped me). Now that's all fine except now you may be stuck behind someone getting that done and your wait time is greatly increased, also told by the lady that they do take longer. Unless the MVD is swamped this place with it's new/current setup may or may not be faster. I was there a good 30-40 minutes for a simple license plate/title change, paying $25 convenience fee. If the MVD was 45-60, would have been better to save the money and wait IMO. This is taking away the appeal of coming here. Also, I don't know any names but there is a nice lady who sits on the far left, super nice/professional and is great. As another person mentioned, out of probably 10 windows, there are usually 4-6 people in them, but often times 2-3 of them aren't actually working. Maybe they are on break but when the customer can clearly see you at eye level from the waiting room it is unprofessional to just sit and obviously BS when the place has a waiting room full of people. The particular incident I am describing was exactly that, guy and girl sitting near each other while 3 other windows were actively taking customers. I sat and watching these 2 chat it up for a good 15-20 minutes, not "windows closed" sign, just chatting. Then all of a sudden they call the next 2 customers, kind of like, "Hey, I don't know what else to chat about so I guess we should try helping a customer." Now I realize this probably isn't the case but it sure looks/feels that way when you are sitting in an uncomfortable plastic chair just waiting and watching people talk. To give credit where it is due, this place has much more convenient hours that the MVD, so that does make it worth it, especially for weekends or evenings. Other than that, though I have been here probably 4 different times over the years, I will be checking the wait time at the MVD first, and coming here only if it is excessive. read more

I recognize that anything to do with government bureaucracy is going to take time, so I wasn't entirely frustrated waiting 3 hours today for my daughter to get her license. We have used third party MVS several times in the past. The workers there aren't too enthusiastic about their Jobs, but I would be either if I had to deal with the Public that didn't have the correct paper work and didn't understand procedure and are extremely impolite. I'm pleased with the service I received. It was worth the $25 fee to get her license today when she was confident and prepared for the road test, instead of waiting 60 days for an appointment at the DMV. Many thanks!! read more

My review has been long overdue since August, I'm sorry. Michael was extremely helpful with the renewal of my driver's license situation. I had a lot of trouble with ADOT on Valley Auto Dr in Mesa, awful customer service! I moved here from another state and no issues with my driver's or violation. I almost had to go back to where I came from to get my driver's renewed due to it expiring in October. He saved me the money on a plane ticket and relieved a lot of my stress, amazing young man! I can't speak for all employees but the girl I worked with was just horrible. I later found she put a note in the system to make my process for registering my car harder. When I went to another mvs they said she shouldn't have put that in the system and I had no problems. read more

Being a connoisseur of things with wheels this little pit stop is a regular occurrence for me. I chose this place a while back do to location/convenience. They are always super fast and the people working here are friendly and super helpful. Not like the DMV where you want to hang yourself. Do NOT go here! You will pay extra for their screw up! They do not know what they are doing. My mother in law wanted to have her mailing address added on her drivers license instead of her physical address. The women showed her where to check and it was incorrect. Then when we called to tell them they messed up they told us to come down and they would correct it for free. We drove all the way there to get it fixed and then they told us that we checked the box wrong (when the women helping us told us to check that specific box!!) They then wanted us to pay the fees to fix it. We wasted time and money to go to a place that clearly doesn't know what they are doing. My mother in law lives on disability and can't afford to pay for their mistakes. They weren't willing to make it right and that is bad business practices. Go to the MVD across the street and save your money. Their floors haven't been cleaned in days and their restroom smells awful! There was no toilet paper so my mom had to wipe with paper towels. The girl that helped us yesterday was nice despite her telling us the wrong box to check. That was the only positive out of his entire experience. read more
