I was glad I did, the repair turned PERFECT! They were able to get me in right away, they matched the stock paint and even the texture perfectly, and everyone I dealt with at the shop- Brandon & his mgr, they were both awesome. They made it easy to get a hold of them, and they kept me up to date on where my truck was in the process of being done. Hopefully I never need to get my truck repaired again, but life happens. If I do, I'll be happy to bring it back to Caliber Elgin.

They claimed they had nothing to do with it since they didn't touch anything A/C related, but in the invoice I received from them, it clearly said they replaced some parts and refilled the freon from the A/C. Bad customer service overall since they don't know how to own up to their mistakes.

We turned over our truck on April 22, 2021 for some major repairs. Tony assured us they could do the repairs and he said it would take 2-3 weeks. We finally retrieved our truck on July 23, 2021 after 13 weeks and 1 day of being in their shop. The work done was not up to our expectations. Villafranca's initially turned our truck over to us on June 25, 2021 but there were so many things wrong with it we returned to their shop and talked to Tony. He promised to fix everything on our list and it would be done in a few days, a week at the most - well, that turned into 4 weeks! I honestly think they took on a job that was too big for them but instead of being honest with us and telling us in the beginning; they took our $7,000.00 and proceeded to try and fix it themselves. Each deadline turned into another week and another and another... My husband and I finally went and picked up our truck which was still parked in their shop, neither Tony nor Joe were around that day. Our truck still needs much needed repairs and now we have to go elsewhere and spend even more money to fix what they could not. I gave them 1 star because they are a great towing company and their receptionist is awesome, but as far as paint and body I would advise you take your vehicle anywhere else.

They nickel and dime the insurance company. Replaced a tire that had a "bulge" in it. From damage of a small deer that dented the fender. The work was very good, but not enough to cost the $950 I had to spend on the extra weeks they had the car. So in all, waving half the $1,000 deductible and paying the extra $950 for the rental. The exchange cost me $1,450. Such a deal.
