A scheduled an appointment for a week later. The lady on the phone explained there would be an extra $20 fee for pet hair. I told her that's fine and that I also work in customer service and half to deal with Groupon users and promised not to freak out about extra charges. Anyways, day of, guy stopped by my work and grabbed my keys. I was expecting a short one to two hour wipe-down. I went out there after a hour and explained what I was most concerned about. I spent two years refueling airplanes so my car has plenty of fuel and grease residue in the leather. They guy said he'd do his best. After five hours of working in the hot sun (I should've parked in the shade) the guy was done and my car looked almost as good as it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. I won't let food or drink in my car now. It's just so pretty. I was so impressed that I gave the guy a $30 tip, and I have never tipped anyone that much for anything. I'm against people writing reviews after just one experience, but these guys would have to completely screw me over next time in order to change my mind about them.

Drove and saw him for a free estimate which he got to me that evening. I asked him when I was at his shop doing the estimate about how long he thought it would take. He said a week or less. I told him I wanted to be in San Antonio on the following Wednesday. He informed me he would have space for me the next day, Thursday. I checked the estimate and brought the car back to him on Thursday after work. Matt was waiting for me. He was communicative, prompt, affable, funny and smart. I could tell from the minute I started talking with him I liked him. On his day off, Sunday, he called me and told me that he thought he could definitely make that happen and he did. Mind you he just had a baby girl so sleep was abviously an issue. He delivered and he delivered more than what he assured me that he would do and promised that he would do. The work that I received coupled with the transparency and honesty that he gave me regarding what I thought was possibly a bent axle or hub which was actually only a control arm which he diagnosed replaced and fixed when he could have told me it was more. Fixing the wheel and then color matching my very detailed Pearl paint. Wow! When I was picking up my car, I walked into his office and told him it looked better than when I bought it. Matt told me he does things like he would do them for himself. I'm the same way and respected the hell out of that. I went to fill up my car and realized he had not cut any corners when I noticed the inside of my fuel well door had been painted with the same care as the visible parts.
