Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

A scheduled an appointment for a week later. The lady on the phone explained there would be an extra $20 fee for pet hair. I told her that's fine and that I also work in customer service and half to deal with Groupon users and promised not to freak out about extra charges. Anyways, day of, guy stopped by my work and grabbed my keys. I was expecting a short one to two hour wipe-down. I went out there after a hour and explained what I was most concerned about. I spent two years refueling airplanes so my car has plenty of fuel and grease residue in the leather. They guy said he'd do his best. After five hours of working in the hot sun (I should've parked in the shade) the guy was done and my car looked almost as good as it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. I won't let food or drink in my car now. It's just so pretty. I was so impressed that I gave the guy a $30 tip, and I have never tipped anyone that much for anything. I'm against people writing reviews after just one experience, but these guys would have to completely screw me over next time in order to change my mind about them.

We have never used a mobile detail service before. I was very pleased. He spent 6 or 7 hours making the truck shine from top to bottom and inside and out. I won't hesitate to use him again.
