He stole thousands from me, did half of the work and blew me off after that. I had him do some body work on my WS6 trans am firebird. The paint started chipping a month later! Not the mention there were bits of gravel all over and it was far from professional or smooth. I had to have the whole car re-done!! He will say he needs the money up front to order parts ect. However they never get ordered and I wait 4 months for these "parts" that were on backorder, just to have him stop answering my calls and emails. I even wrote and left a voicemail saying that I understand things come up and events in life can happen and I am willing to understand as long as he communicated with me. Still NO answer or refund! A coward and discusting excuse for a professional or moral human. I hope this saves someone from making the same mistake I did. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake.
