Can't say enough good things about the service! I'm visiting the area and the service was for my…read moremoms car, which had definitely seen better days. I reached out on Monday and by that evening I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after I received information about their Silver Package which included a hand wash exterior service and deep clean detailing interior. The service was scheduled at 8:30am and they arrived at 9am, which doesn't bother me at all as I assumed 8:30am was an estimate. I did receive a message around 8:15am about seeing me soon so I at least knew they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, the male and female team got to work and finished around 12:30pm. I was quoted around $200+ from other business for interior only, so the $179 for exterior and interior (for a 3 Row SUV) was the main driver for me! Well worth it, and was able to use Zelle as my payment method. I was initially apprehensive as I couldn't easily find a social media page on their website (not sure if they have one) but given their prompt responses and the Yelp reviews, I'm happy I went with them. I only have one before photo, so I tried to take the picture at the same angle of the center console for comparison along with the rest of their work. For context on what the before was, an 8 year old is in the car daily and there's been 2 14+ hour road trips in the past month alone.

It was not cheap but I am totally satisfied with the way my car looks. You get more bang for your buck with this company! I highly recommend Sean and his team at Taurus Auto Detailing. He stole thousands from me, did half of the work and blew me off after that. I had him do some body work on my WS6 trans am firebird. The paint started chipping a month later! Not the mention there were bits of gravel all over and it was far from professional or smooth. I had to have the whole car re-done!! He will say he needs the money up front to order parts ect. However they never get ordered and I wait 4 months for these "parts" that were on backorder, just to have him stop answering my calls and emails. I even wrote and left a voicemail saying that I understand things come up and events in life can happen and I am willing to understand as long as he communicated with me. Still NO answer or refund! A coward and discusting excuse for a professional or moral human. I hope this saves someone from making the same mistake I did. If your car is as precious to you as mine is to me you would run as far from this place as possible.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger…read more.. just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.
