Very nice folks, and no hesitation in getting to the job. Will be using them for inspections from now on.

These guys were amazing! Super nice and helpful. I was in and out in no time flat for my inspection. I'll be going there every year!

During that time, I and a representative from Caliber Collision had to hunt down parts ourselves. That is NOT the customer's job. It is literally what this shop is paid to do. Their failure to handle basic responsibilities is unacceptable. After dragging their feet for months, they finally installed the parts--only to then "discover" that my truck had frame damage because they couldn't align it. That should have been caught at the very beginning. Any competent shop would have identified that during the initial inspection. The fact that they missed something that serious shows pure negligence and lack of professionalism. Because of their incompetence, my truck is now totaled. Two months wasted. Countless phone calls. Stress. No accountability. No urgency. No proper communication. This could have been avoided if they had done their job correctly from day one. Instead, they delayed, mismanaged the repair, and left me with a totaled vehicle and zero trust in their abilities. If you care about your vehicle, your time, or your sanity, do not bring your car here. This shop is disorganized, irresponsible, and clearly unqualified to handle serious repairs. Worst experience I've ever had with a repair shop.

I heard about M N R Customs by word of mouth while I was at Autozone. I just moved here about a…read moreyear ago. About two months ago I took my car to Firestone because I had an engine light on. It was diagnosed as a catalytic converter issue. Ok. They replaced it and also replaced all 6 plugs. Ok. Try also replaced the O2 sensor and put some engine cleaner in. OK. I got the car back and the second I turn it on there are 2 brand new noises and new cylinder misfire code. Also the odometer readout was dimming to black and then reappearing. So I ask them to check out what they did wrong. They said it was due to buildup on the cylinders and the dealer needed to fix it. NO WAY. This just happened. I also took it to Christian Brothers and they did a sensor test and told me my engine was one of the lemons that Buick put in their Enclaves. So I decided to change the plugs myself and went to Autozone to get the where someone said call Mike at M N R. So I did. He comes out. Roots around in my car for about 10 minutes and then fixes one of the noises immediately and for free. Then he says we have to likely replace a gasket. He gives me a quote for that and a coil and plug replacement. So he comes back out with all the parts based on my vehicle and starts redoing their work and basically retracing their steps. We are doing all this work in my driveway so I can see it happening. He pulls the manifold off and shows me the gasket that was crimped and clearly put on incorrectly. He also said there was buildup under the gasket which he meticulously cleaned off. The one plug he checked looked new and it was AC Delco so we thought we were good with all 6 plugs. He checked the coils and saw that they needed replacing. So he does that. We turn the car back on and it's slightly better but still misfiring. He goes back in and says he wants to check something. He pulls the coil off the Cylinder 1 plug and takes a picture (its nearly impossible to see inside there). He says he sees the problem. The plug was blown and there was porcelain cracked off. This also made it hard to get out of there. He spent about 30 minutes working that plug out of there. He replaced the plug and the car runs perfectly. Between Firestone, who turned my car into junk in the first place, and Christian Brothers who did not diagnose the issue I spent $1600+ I can't say enough about Mike. I'm grateful he took the time to figure this out for me. If I do have an issue again I know I can trust him and his skills.

While in there they directed me to a gentleman named Mike. He offered to come out and take a look. After checking things out, we went on a short drive. He told me what he thought it was and what it might be. Showed me how to fix the problem of it happened again and gave me an estimate if I needed to replace the part. I told he all the work I had done before moving here and he correlated that to why I was having problems. I truly appreciated his help and honesty about everything. He didn't charge me a thing but I wish I could've given him something! In return I'll just call them next time I'm having issues instead of going elsewhere!
