I tried a lot of the at home on-demand mat pilates classes and didn't find them challenging enough, so I started looking into pilates reformer classes nearby. I decided to try an introductory class at the Body Lab and it was everything I was hoping it would be! The class worked all of my core muscles and leg muscles to an extent that my muscles were quivering with fatigue. The instructor, Suzi, did a great job of introducing me to the megaformer machines and correcting my form during the class.

I appreciated the smaller class size--it felt private and comfortable, with about seven people in the room. The instructor was fantastic, giving clear guidance and keeping the workout engaging and challenging. Overall, it was an amazing workout and a great experience. I'd definitely come back!

I finally got to take queen Kristina's class and she's so good about making sure to break down choreography slowly at first to help you pick it up. As she would say, practice makes perfect. Don't be discouraged if you don't get all the armography with the quick footwork on your first try. I've been cycling for years and even then I felt like I was constantly botching the choreography in this class, but I was grateful for the challenge. Nice and clean facilitates with water stations, lockers and towels.

At first I was incredibly intimated looking at all the very fit people in attendance and I was worried. But Cassidy is very intentional with the way she lays out her class and takes time to cue your breathing and core engagement. Her instructions completely changed the way I was able to connect with the workout. I wanted to cry after class because I could actually keep up! I could have closed my eyes and followed the instructor's directions, she was that specific. Her experience as a PT and presence alone is very transformative. Also she offers modifications. 100/10 would take her class again.

I started more than 75 lbs overweight -- my trainer suggested we try Pilates and we picked Remedy because it was close to home. After a few group classes I realized I needed more one-on-one attention, so I started training with Jess Pate. Over the next year I lost 45 lbs and got hooked. When Jess's schedule filled up, she connected me with Peyton Kirke, who has been amazing working around my ankle and shoulder issues since she's dealt with similar limitations herself before she began Pilates. I'm a pretty confident person, but Pilates humbled me fast (I fell in well during my very first class -- if you know, you know!). Thanks to Jess, Peyton, and the whole team, I can now keep up with everyone in class. Kelly Snailum has built such a warm, welcoming studio here. Every instructor is great -- Steve, Erika, Alexis, and Jacque, just to name a few. Remedy doesn't just feel like a workout, it feels like a community that supports you through the highs and lows. If you're on the fence, just try it. You will not be sorry.

This studio is all about Lagree, and you can feel the focus and intention the moment you walk in. The space has a swanky, upscale vibe that adds to the whole experience. What really stood out was how attentive she was during class -- quickly spotting when you're out of form and offering guidance to help you stay aligned and get the most out of each move. It's a challenging class (in the best way), and you definitely feel the results right after. The outdoor class wasn't purely yoga and it was more like a HIIT class, and it was good to switch up my routine. I enjoyed that outdoor class and as a complimentary offer, they gave everyone a 1 week free pass to their studio. I don't often pass up free passes, so today I figured I would come in and check out their sculpt class. I have taken plenty of yoga classes, but just never a sculpt class, so that was fun to try something new. The studio and reception area are all in one big room and when I stepped in a little before 5pm, I was greeted by very loud thumping music as the class before was still going on and it's interesting that this place does not have some kind of sound divider between where the class is taught and where you check in/lounge area. So that felt a bit awkward for me, but not a big deal. Staff here are nice and helpful. There is one bathroom and I was able to change there before class. Storage area is small, but still very manageable. The studio does provide mats for you, but I didn't know that and had already brought my own, which the staff allowed me to use during class. It's recommended to start with 2 lb weights for sculpt class, which worked out fine for me. Blocks, mats, weights are all provided for you and a water station also available. The class was well taught and I definitely got a great, sweaty workout and I did enjoy the high tempo pop music that accompanied the class. Only issue was that the instructor's microphone did get a bit staticky during class. I also really like that this studio has mirrors on two sides of their wall and with ballet bars. Having mirrors in class really helps you to realign yourself properly. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will sign up for a few more classes and check out some other styles. If you like a high energy workout with good instruction and don't mind a one room experience, this could "work out" for you (no pun intended), as it did for me!
