It should be called the Amazon return center instead. Always long lines. No since of rush or anything.

This store is the worst! I have used them several times and this time is the last straw. The staff is incredibly rude and never wants to help. This time we shipped several boxes to my husbands new job in New Hampshire. The completely repacked the boxes and stole one of his collectibles. The box pictured was delivered in this condition and several books were damaged. He called to file a claim and was told to call this store today for a resolution to the claim. They hung up saying they were too busy to talk. Then called back a couple hours later saying it could take 3 weeks to investigate. The claim isn't even very large. Don't trust these criminals with your stuff if you ever want to see it again. They are thieves and rude as hell! read more

The UPS Store - Repacked our box stole an item and damaged several books! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Winter Garden, Florida

There were two employees working the counter when I entered. They both worked quickly and efficiently. The line of customers took some time to get through and once it was my turn I received excellent service. read more

I've had to visit this location numerous times to return Amazon packages - something I had never done before visiting this store- and they make it super quick, easy, and efficient! I've never had to wait more than a minute and they are super nice. I've also pre-purchased UPS shipping online and shipped out from here, same thing - super quick drop off, no issues. read more

Very happy with the level of customer service provided. I popped in to print out a resume for an interview and they had me in and out in no time! Helped me throughout every aspect, even told me good luck. Would recommend! read more

What a joke of a business. Long lines literally OUT the front door and slow moving employees who couldn't care less about getting your needs addressed. This was my third and final visit. Amazon returns are a hassle and they'll require purchasing containers to ship even if the return doesn't require it. Don't waste your time or money here. You'll thank me later. read more

I frequent this location many times as I have a P.O. Box and return my Amazon packages there. Note that there was a limit of two outgoing USPS packages that must be fairly small. Not sure if this is still the case but it was something that USPS requested as there must have been a high volume of USPS picked up here. The closest post office is on the other side of town so I totally get this. However, I have never had an issue most of the times I've gone with staff or with the packages. I'd say that there are days where staff may be having a bad day or extremely busy with the influx of people that they see day in and day out but this doesn't affect them from grabbing my packages, processing my Amazon returns, shipping any packages or answering any questions. The place seems to be kept clean and organized. Overall, this is a solid UPS Store location with good people working the counters. read more

I've gone to this location randomly through the last couple of years. There's one older gentleman there that is never in a good mood. They need to get him out of a customer facing role. Store takes their time even when the line extends out the door, which points to poor leadership. I'll try to avoid this place during Christmas, as I'm sure it will be a real shit show. read more

UPS DON'T USE - UPS IN HAMLIN First off I would like to say this is the first review I have done. RUDE RUDE and UNCARING. Obvious they don't like their job/ business. Took a package to them to have SHIPPED to California. They lost it. Blamed the mail carrier, who I called and mail service did not ever receive a package with that tracking number. UPS Owner had NO apology, didn't even follow through to call me back about the issue. Just really not important to him. So I paid for the package, lost all the contents and they didn't even say I'm sorry or can I refund your shipping fees. I will never go there again. FYI contents was a hand made gift for a sick friend, using fabrics from her daughter who passed on.....and some new facemasks since she is ill. No replacing that. read more

The only person I've had the displeasure of interacting with is a portly older fellow. I've been in around 12 times for various reasons and every time I've had to deal with him. He is one of the most unpleasant people I've encountered in this life. Your lucky if you get a single word out of him but his facial expressions say it all, your inconveniencing him by being there. I try to get in and out and dread if I have to ask him a question, you'll get some mumbled response and lord be with you if you ask him to repeat himself. Sad because this location is very convenient. There is a lady working there who seems wonderful, she's very attentive to the people I've seen her dealing with, maybe one day I can have her assist me. read more

Can I give it a negative star????? Customer service HORRIBLE, RUDE, GRUMPY. The most unpleasant people here. The only reason I come here is because of the location. I can see why people go out of their way to find another UPS. Don't go here. Go out of your way to go somewhere else. read more

I generally don't complain but this store on several occasions I've been there has one man that is either having a bad day or hates life and people. The only way to describe my experience with this man when he's there is that I'm a pain for even walking in the store! He's gray haired/balder man and I have yet to get thanks for coming or Have a Great Day. Not sure if he Mr Grumpy owns franchise. Why do I feel bad for dropping off my packages? I even repackage the item. According to Amazon I don't have to do any of that except take out my iPhone and show you the scan. I package the items and trust this store to scan the items and simply drop them off to avoid long lines. I've never Never had an issue. But dang , Mr Grumpy makes me feel I'm being a pain. Please note we are not here to make your day worse. Mr Grumpy, please don't make your customers feel bad! read more

This location is pretty terrible. Staff is rude and not helpful. Great location if you live in the Hamlin area, however I would take the detour to avoid dealing with the staff. When asking simple questions the staff all had sarcastic and rude responses to each of the customers waiting in line. read more

This store is conveniently located in my area, however, every time I go customer service is rude and unprofessional. It seems like I'm not the only one that has experienced this from the looks of the comments. I cringe each time I go because it's always an uncomfortable experience. Also, the staff shouldn't comment on your Amazon returns, or make unsolicited remarks or rude jokes about them. read more

Every time I go into this UPS store the staff are welcoming and doing their best to serve all their customers. Their job is not easy! They stand on their feet all day, problem solve, sometimes have customers with diverse personalities, and sometimes understaffed. Thank you so much for always serving our community! Your job is not easy and you are appreciated! read more

This location has terrible customer service. Staff is rude, always mad and not helpful. Great location if you live in the Hamlin area, however I would rather go any where but here, to avoid dealing with the staff. If they are the owners, they should address this situation ASAP. When asking simple questions the staff always have sarcastic and rude responses to each of the customers waiting in line. Its been like this forever. Not a good day or a smile or a simple welcome, from these people when offering customers a service. read more

Covid does stink! But I feel like this group of UPS Hamlin workers certainly do their very best to help make the situation better. With their positive attitudes and personalized helpfulness, I feel they are quite capable to get my packages delivered the best possible way! And they do it with a smile, every time. read more

On 11/24/20 I brought in a package I had received by mistake. The business I bought it from asked me to please return it and all I needed to do was simply write "return to sender" on the outside and they would issue me a refund when they received the item back. I went to this location and was told by a short blond haired older woman that "we dont do that here". I asked "You dont send UPS packages here?" I was told "you need to contact your driver directly and go through them" I asked how many people know their UPS drivers name or contact information. I was handed a card with UPS contact information. I explained to her that I had contacted the business and the told me to simply write return to sender on it and it would be returned through UPS. She finally said "fine, go for it", and handed me a sharpie to write "return to sender on the package" and proceeded to bring it to the back. Honestly I dont have a problem with the policy if that is in fact their procedure, what I absolutely do have a problem with is her condescending tone and lousy attitude. If she would have explained things to me in a polite professional manner, it wouldn't have been an issue. Instead she talked down to me and was extremely condescending, impolite and rude. I understand this is a family run business and one less customer wont shut their doors, but how much time and effort does it take to be polite or at least civil to a customer who's gone to this place of business constantly for over 10 years. read more

I was not welcomed in any kind of way and when I tried to explain my Amazon the return the man at the counter was very responsive in a nasty tone like he was annoyed by my very presence. Other person took my return but his overall unprofessional attitude ruined the entire experience. Learn every one is your customer! read more

The best! Theses guys are friendly, funny and the best part of my working day! It's a crappy job especially when people drag in unpackaged Amazon garbage and slow up the process with bad attitudes because THEY bought cheap garbage and want to return it. Even with the COVID scare people bring in trinkets risking lives to get their refund these employees persevere. Get over yourselves, put a smile on your face or stay home. Leave these guys alone as they deal with the Amazon returns, COVID and your miserable attitude far better than I would. read more

It is hard to give a UPS store a bad rating since there isn't much to it other than they take your shipment and give you your receipt. But, the girl that works at this store is so rude and shouldn't be receiving customers. No, she didn't disrespect me but her attitude is terrible. She always seems like she is mad and has no manners. Doesn't say please and will never ever respond with a simple "you're welcome" after you tell her thank you. it doesn't matter the time of day, she is just always with a long face. There is an older man there who is much nicer and always cracks his jokes, he is the only reason I have it 3 stars and not 1. read more

It seems a disproportionate people review because of a bad experience vs the number of people that actually come here. I've used this several times as a Amazon drop off location and have never had any issues. I was always in and out quickly. Also if you need to drop off USPS mail, there is a drop off box here as well. read more

Probably the worst UPS Store location I've visited. Arrived to the store 45 minutes before closing and tried to print out a .PDF and was told they didn't have time. He tells me "Print it yourself" So I proceed to print out the document myself and asked if card stock was available, and it seemed like a task that would end his life if he had to grab the paper. The two older men that work there (including Chuck) are always condescending towards all their customers. I'll drive miles out of the way so I don't have to deal with this location. read more

Created yelp account just to rate how horrible the manager of this store is. Customer service was great until the employee could not help me figure out where my package was on hold and needed assistance, the manager was utterly rude and doesn't want to do his job. He verbatim told me "I would just have to call the same customer service number you did" and refused to help me. read more

Emailed them a black and white shipping label to print out straight to their email which literally took couple minutes and they charged over 3.00 just to print that one sheet out. A+ for our new UPS store. They are very friendly, and helped me get very creative to fit an overnight package in the most cost effective way. Conveniently located in the new Publix center in Hamlin. I'll definitely make them my go to store for shipping. read more

Wish it was possible to provide a negative star review... I've used this particular UPS Store on five separate occasions and each time, have walked out of the store promising myself I would never go back. I've given them 5 chances to show me they have a clue what customer service is; haven't seen it yet and at this point, could care less if they ever do; today was the last day I will ever step foot in that place. read more

Mailed a couple boxes from this location. Great service! Helpful staff! Conveniently located!

If I could give this store a 0, I would. This is my first Yelp review ever if that gives any indication of the horrendous nature of my recent interaction. I tried submitting an order online and their system was down. I called the store and was given an email to send my presentations to for printing. When I went in the next day before a business meeting, the presentations were nowhere to be found. When I questioned the gentleman (using that term loosely) behind the counter where they were, he told he can't find them. When I asked for a manager's name, he started steaming at me 'I ain't going to get into this with you' and refused to provide the name of the owner. As a new 'business' they sure found a way to turn off customers quickly. Yelling at a customer when you failed to deliver a service is never appropriate - and even less so when the customer was willing to speak to the manager as opposed to holding up the line. Feeling harassed and shamed is no way for a customer to feel walking out of a business. read more
