I looked again, nothing. I ask the guy working the "customer service" desk and his response "probably electronics" wow no kidding! Huh ‍ so after that I take one final look around, customer service guy is on his phone back to counter and a customer in line, good job there buddy. The other guy is nowhere to be seen. I I left. No wonder this place is going extinct.

I've been here before a long time ago, but don't really frequent this location. I had to go here…read morethis time around because a package had shipped to my old address and the only way I could re-route it was to pick it up at the UPS Customer Center. Sending it to my new address would've cost $14! The company who I ordered from covered the $6 cost to have it sent here. I was given a 4 day window to pick up my package, and unfortunately I was going out of town that week. The tracking information said I could send someone else if they had a valid ID and a tracking number, so I asked my Mom to help me out. The hours online only said 9am-12pm and she was only available to go Wednesday morning, so she woke up early (for her) and went to go get my package. Unfortunately they would not let her get my package, and it was a really bad experience for her. She felt that they were mistreating her. She has a Spanish accent and she felt that they were being prejudice against her. I wasn't there to experience it, but I know my Mom has dealt with prejudice my whole life where I have witnessed it first hand. She was able to get them to extend the pick up date till Monday, so that I would be able to get the package. I went on Monday before they closed at noon. She let me know they were also open 5-8pm, but I didn't want to risk it. I actually still had my old driver's license with my previous address, so I used that for pick up and didn't tell them I don't live there anymore. Otherwise I would've had to provide a previous bill or some proof of residency at that address. I got my package no problem, and the guy who helped me was really nice. There were two other customers there who looked upset and were having a bad experience. The other woman working did not look like she was in a good mood. I can understand that this job is stressful, and with the different communications coming from the company through corporate and the actual in-person business, it must cause a lot of issues for both employees and customers alike. I told the guy what happened to my Mom and showed him the email with the tracking information that made me think she could do the pick up. He explained that the only time someone else can pick up your package is if they live at the address on the package and have proof of residency, or in my Mom's case since she owns the property she could show proof of ownership and grab the package. He said the only time this doesn't apply is when it's a package from Apple. I took some pictures of the signage in the store that has more info along with phone numbers you can call. Overall I can't give this place an entirely good review because of my Mom's experience and the miscommunications that seem to be very common. I hope that this review helps other customers so they don't get caught in a similar situation. Their hours are also attached in my photos for reference.

The sender shipped a replacement package yesterday via overnight air delivery by 10:30 AM. Of course, we did not receive it by 10:30. It is now 2:34 PM and we have not received it. The funny thing is I am not even surprised. I give this Longwood, FL hub props for one thing. They are the masters of hiding their phone number. It is impossible to contact them. Why does everybody not ship via Fed Ex??

The store itself has the warehouse vibe and was clean with easy to navigate aisles and shelves. They have a large clearance area for any bargain hunters out there. They have moved the merch on the far right of the store to be all the party items now, along with balloons and such. It was a bit limited in options but it looked like they were still in progress of getting it all moved around. Overall: B+ Solid location. Clean. Frequent staff.

However, they do have a good selection of balloons and basic party supplies. I was most surprised by their bin win area. It seems to be Amazon returns at a discounted price. I ended up going on a day that everything was only $2. If you have the Amazon app you can scan some of the barcodes and see what the original price is to see if you're getting a good deal. There were some quality items for quite a good price. I even found some boots and shoes. They weren't in my size but I was surprised to see them so cheap.

Today called and a supervisor said they found your package in the system then called brookesville ups hub and they said the package is still lost and they are looking for it. This was marked delivered at 6:08pm on july 25th and still nothing as of today !!! We were outside having a bbq when the "so called" delivery happened. We live on a deeded road and we have never lost a package everyone knows everyone here. No ups truck or any random vehicles came on our street.
