Once again: UPS is sadly not organized. Poor service. I stood for 15 minutes with my arms full of packages and not one customer was called after I came through the door. Two associates were working on boxing something in the back. Another lady had an extenuating packaging issue with one associate. And the fourth associate had a lady who had a bottomless package carrier. That kept going on and on and on. They need a team leader who will redirect the two people in the back to come forward and work in the front and to teach their associates how to be more efficient and organized in dealing with large amounts of packages. I am , in the future,, going to Staples to do my Amazon returns. Further for me, but hopefully faster. read more

I believe the manager on duty came in later in the evening during last week, around 6:40 PM--an older gentleman. We typically have a great experience during the earlier hours; the younger staff are consistently kind and happy to help. However, this particular gentleman was rude, showed no customer service, and rushed us even though we had multiple packages. At one point, he even smacked the screen on my phone when it went dark while he was trying to scan a code. If that had damaged my screen, I would have been extremely upset. I came in to this location to have a document notarized with two witnesses. The notary knew exactly what to do and requested the assistance for signatures from her two co workers. They were not only professional, but also courteous, thorough, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend this location for any of the services listed with UPS. read more

So only came here for an Amazon return. Luckily there was a sign for Amazon returns but it still wasn't super clear as the attendant was taking people from the normal line too. The convenience was definitely there, you didn't have to pack or print anything, just have your QR code ready. There was a huge line for all the other services though. I love the ease that Amazon provides with making returns. All I needed to do was print a label and drop it off at one of their UPS locations. This UPS Store is located in a strip mall that is anchored by a Publix. The store is clean and stocked with everything needed to provide all of your packing and shipping needs. I was extremely impressed with the fact that in under an hour after I dropped of my package I was notified by Amazon that my return was validated. My refund was immediate. This means that the UPS Store employees did exactly what I needed and without delay. I was especially pleased by the speed and efficiency because when I entered the store I was not greeted. I walked up to the counter and as soon as a girl approached I made my request to have my package mailed. The only response that I received was that she was printing me a receipt. No eye contact. No greeting. No Thank you. No pleasantries in the slightest. I was not made to feel welcome or my business appreciated but they did their job and this made me very happy. read more

I often stop at this UPS store merely out of convenience - I have Amazon returns from time to time that can only be sent back via UPS, and this store is on my way to work. I dread these visits because there's usually an older gentleman working there who is gruff and unfriendly. I always sort of feel like I am annoying him, even though my presence could not be easier... I am usually just dropping off a labeled package and asking for a receipt. Additionally, stopping here is usually not an efficient experience - if there is even just one person in front of me, I feel like I am waiting a good ten minutes just to drop off a package. Last, I just read the store's response to some complaints and I'm kind of appalled at the way they speak to customers. It's one thing to professionally defend your decisions - but the attitude in some of these replies makes me feel like I'm reading a texting-war between teenagers. Wow. I'm wavering between two and three stars, and will generously go with three since I've never had any issues with my shipping. But generally speaking, I dread going here. read more

This place cannot do a print job in a timely manner. Twice I have sent over a simple print order for black and white or color prints, coming in several days later than the turnaround time given, only to find my order had not yet been completed. The owner is a Qanon clown who is more interested in carrying on political rants than in serving those waiting. I had to wait for him to finish this unprofessional behavior before even finding out that my print order wasn't done and I'd have to come back tomorrow. Excuses given instead of service. I had an uncomfortable experience here this past weekend. I went to mail a package and was helped by an older, large, balding man. The beginning of the transaction was fine - he helped me pick the correct box and set up the correct pricing - but it all went downhill when he saw it was addressed to someone in California. Unprompted, he began to go on a rant about how everyone in California is a moron or stupid person. He then continued ranting about how "kids these days aren't taught history about Russia and socialism" and other more extreme right-wing views. I am all for free speech but when I go to a business to use a service I just want help with that service. I do not want to get a lecture or hear someone's personal opinions. This was an extremely unprofessional experience. I left very confused and concerned for this employee. I will not be using this UPS location again and would encourage the manager of this store to have a discussion with their employees about what is and what isn't appropriate to discuss when helping customers- especially if that customer is simply asking for help with mailing something. The top of the list should be: politics, religion, and gender issues. **UPDATE** The person in this exchange was Nathan, the store owner. He left a nasty response to my review which it seems has since been deleted. It appears he treats several customers this way. (I just needed one of the UPS provided forms to stick it to the box that was already packed and ready to go). Silly and pointless. Not the worst experience ever, but I walked in with a pre-metered package so I don't know if it could have been different. What I do know is that the owner was leaning against the front counter and seemed to begrudgingly help me. I don't know if that's absolutely true, but that's how it seemed. Probably good that my package was two textbooks and nothing fragile because it got thrown on top of some others. There weren't any greetings, just a gruff point and "over here" to the register, an impatient motion to weigh the packageand no closing greeting. Just folded the receipt and kind of shoved it at me. So... I guess in terms of a "get it done" kind of place, it worked for me. In terms of "greatest guest/customer service ever", could stand with some improving. Edit: the fact that the owner needs to respond to a review to "explain" his lack of customer service is a laugh. Let's be honest here: there were two customers in your store. You were leaning on your counter and didn't care about the people coming in. Your body language and attitude showed it clearly. Your rude manner is palpable in your mannerisms and the way you just chose to explain your service away with excuses instead of a "we can make this right for you." I tried to give you a noncommittal review and your response has sealed the deal and changed it from three stars and "I could go back" to one star and "I refuse to go back". Once again my choice to not use UPS whenever possible was validated this morning when I visited this particular UPS location . I went there because that was apparently the ONLY place AMAZON would allowme to go to return an item . In addition, I had a few other things I figured I'd do while there ; make two copies of a document , fax a 3 page document and email a 1page document to be printed out - the total charge was $10.85. When I checked the receipt , I noticed two charges that were questionable #1- why was I charged $3.75 fir a FAX COVER SHEET ( I've never been charged anything anywhere for a cover sheet ) and #2-why was I charged $2.75 for " store assistance Email "( in addition to being charged for the copy made from that email ? I first tried to talk to the employee that had waited on me , but she advised that the owner would be better person to explain . Well , that did not turn out well to say the least . I asked my questions and was told " we always charge for cover page "- ok - so no budging there , though I told him that his staff should have apprised me of this first as I would not have sent the cover sheet hAd I known . Then he "explains " that the charge of $2.75 was for " the time and work done by his staff to LOCATE the email I sent ( to be printed ) ". He said I had an option to " do it myself " which would have been less but no chose not to . That is simply not the case , I explained ; the staff member handed me the store's business card and simply told me to forward my email there and was able to " located it " within seconds . Never did she give me any other , more cost effective way to do this and, in fact , I'm the one that did the so called work to locate the particular email and forward it to store's computer . The only reason , I am even going to the trouble of writing this review is because of the owner's responses to my questions ; at one point he told me that it wasn't THEIR responsibility to tell me the charges - it was mine ; he also "asked " me if I thought it was right to get a refund that would ( somehow ??) I cause " financial hardship to his employees and their families ". I mean , seriously ? The regular d in question was a few dollars at best ? THAT was going to cause his EMPLOYEES financial distress ? Give me a break . He also said the debit transaction had already gone through and it was too much work to go through the trouble of refunding me - again , come on ! It takes even less time to refund than to charge on a debit card . The kicker was when I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me - in my mind- always always a sign that they KNIW they acted inappropriately and are "" guilty " and think that's how they will control the narrative . He told me to refer to him as "BUSINESS OWNER "... oh my ! Not only am l writing this here , but I will inform AMAZON , of the situation - and tell them I will not purchase anything that MUST be returned to a UPS store again. They are consistently much more expensive than Staples or Office Depot and always seem to be rude and lacking in anything resembling customer service . So , as they say , buyer beware, if you must use this UPS store - according to the " MR. BUSINESS OWNER "- YOU are responsible for knowing , in advance , all the pricing and options that are possible . The staff was very nice to me especially on one occasion when I was having trouble getting the label from my email. A very nice lady invited me to log on to her computer and she printed my label out. Prior to that I had been very stressed out about this label. Then she told me just to have UPS send me the scan code in my email in the future and that would be much easier which of course it is. UPS store I Publix plaza on 50 (13750 West colonial Dr). I paid $78.17 for overnight delivery of my brother's phone, due yesterday at 10:30 am. When I tracked the package, it was not delivered and due today at 10:30 instead. I call the store to get a refund and was told no, that UPS had to mail a refund. I went to the store in person, where I was treated horribly and spoke to in a most condescending manner. When I got UPS on the line, they informed me that the store indeed was to return my money. He refused again, saying he would not do that until after the package was delivered today. UPS said he had that right. Imagine my surprise when I returned home and UPS corporate called to inform me that the store owner had refused to refund my money after all and that I would have to wait 10 days for a check. This morning I go to track the package to find out that the package was now flagged as a HAZMAT danger and would be returned to me..information that UPS says came from the store yesterday evening. So to recap..my package wasn't delivered, store refused to refund the money, even after being instructed to do so, then caused UPS to prevent the package from being delivered at all. read more

I have an online business so I am constantly going to UPS to drive off my orders with prepaid labels for USPS to pick up (I've done it over 300 times!) every time I go to this UPS store location they are always very rude and not happy to help , as opposed to the locations on Apopka Vineland and in Winter Park (Fairbanks) where the employees are amazing and so helpful and kind. Every time I've come to this location everyone is super rude and today something happened that didn't seem right to me and has never happened to me before. I dropped off around 10 prepaid packages as I always do for USPS to come pick up. An older white man (working on October 22nd at 10am - just so the store knows who it was) was extremely rude and said "there's a charge for this" which I know isn't allowed or true because I've gone to 10+ UPS locations over the year and done this hundreds of times and that is not true. He was extremely rude and said after 2 packages he is going to charge me $1.10 every additional package I drop off ?? This can't be allowed and seemed like something he himself made up. After this I talked to two other UPS locations and said that this was extremely strange and is not a rule. I don't know what he was trying to do or why he thought he could charge me for this but he should be reported . Very rude middle aged man working at 10am Oct 22nd . This location always causes problems and always has a bad attitude . But this situation specifically needs to be looked into! Bought a package stuffed it and gave it to them to ship. A week has gone by and it was not received so I called to track and the guy was rude saying its shipped usps and he won't help me bc they do it for s free service. What????? I was never given an option as to who was shipping even though it's a ups store. Now my package is missing and apparently ups did me a huge favor just by shipping it for the price I paid and now they're done and has nothing to do with them?
