Friday 3/13/26 @ 715pm : I came by for a Door Dash order, a simple 1 item mini speaker. I looked in every location that it would possibly be. I finally asked an employee (after not being helped for almost 20 mins) and his response "Maybe there?" So thank you older gentleman with ponytail and glasses, MICH help there. I looked again, nothing. I ask the guy working the "customer service" desk and his response "probably electronics" wow no kidding! Huh ‍ so after that I take one final look around, customer service guy is on his phone back to counter and a customer in line, good job there buddy. The other guy is nowhere to be seen. I I left. Amazon return line had about 18 people in it. Not sure why they couldn't put more than one employee on it when there were 3 people at the print and copy area with 1 customer max at a time. Need to get a better system down to get customers in and out of there like set up the packages to be taped up after or something. Waited in line for over 30 minutes. read more

Staples / Fall River mass /entered the store to have 3 copies made waited in line to get serviced 10 minutes wait .employee tried to sell me a card to load payment to use a copying machine .she told me they would show me how to use the machine .I told her I was a customer who had no attention of doing her work . I expected service as a customer.I was not on the payroll . was told I could leave the papers and come back in 2 and one half hours.told her to pound tar . I was just at Staples to return many items to Amazon. I was fourth in line and there was one employee working both the Amazon returns and the Staples checkout line which had at least four There were four other employees standing behind the print counter with no customers. the employee at the Check out needed assistance and a manager came up to her to help with the one thing, then promptly left leaving at least now 10 store customers and Amazon returns customers waiting while the one employee at the checkout serviced both. I was told that Staples customers come before Amazon returns. and yet not one other Employee came to assist the poor girl. I have gone to this Staples a few times and there is always good service, the people are very helpful. I would have given them five stars except for the fact that they no longer do photos. I had called about doing a photo and they said to come in but when I got there they told me that it's only color photocopies they are not actually photos. Other than that I recently had an order that I needed quickly. It was for printer ink. had run out of ink and I needed to print some thing quickly and I didn't want to waste any time looking in the store for it. So I ordered it online along with a second item so I would get a discount. When I checked out I wanted to pick it up in the store and the only thing available was the ink. Picking it up in the store was very fast and very convenient because it was prepaid. The other item was delivered to me for free the very next day so I was extremely happy. I plan on supporting local businesses like this for items that they carry even if they are a few dollars more expensive than ordering from the big retailer that starts with an A. read more

I'm an older lady, I'm good at many things but phone technology isn't one. I needed an enlargement made and asked for assistance in the printing area. It wasn't busy. I was handed a card with instructions, with a glare and she went back to her work. I got thru a bit of the card instructions but it was very clear there would be no more assistance given to me and this was more than I could do without a little more assistance so I left. Printed an order earlier this morning, arrived 3 hours after placing order, waited 20 minutes in a line because there's an Amazon drop off line that goes in front of counter and it's confusing if you have to wait in that line or can go directly to print center (you can skip that line for print center) Front desk person said order isn't ready, and I was 4th in queue but it might not be ready until 8:30, (8 hours later), said I can wait but they can't rush it and was rude. read more

We had a really good experience with this location. Pursuant to finding a new computer chair we visited and were able to sit on many chairs they had in store to test. Do not buy a chair without sitting in it. They all feel super different. After wanting to order a chair the manager Joe was able to get it from a different location and we picked it up in a week. They were unable to ship it so that's the only downfall, but overall bc we were happy with the service. read more

I was quickly approached by an associate who went looking for my items. She verified it was me by asking for both the email and my ID. Before I left, she offered to open up the box for me so we could verify that the correct items were inside. To me, it's the little things that can make someone's day, and by her taking the extra time to do that extra step insured that I had actually gotten what I had ordered. read more

This visit I had a question I had to work with a manager on. Initially I dealt with Lily, who provided me with information & a recommendation to talk with a manager. The store manager, Luis, confirmed the information, and went a step further to see if there were any additional options. I normally would not write a review on Staples. They all seem to be so much alike and I only shop at these stores for computer ink. The expense always leaves me feeling taken advantage of because I will never understand why it's so costly. Two trips to purchase ink and it covers the cost of my printer. All of that aside Staples always has what I need in supply. The signage makes it really easy to walk in and find what you are looking for and the store is super clean and organized. The reason for writing this review is to compliment the staff. I have never shopped anywhere where every single employee makes eye contact and offers a greeting. It is very pleasant shopping in this helpful and cheerful atmosphere. I am grateful for the offer of assistance and the ability to shop quickly. read more

Staples is always inadequately staffed. The hey have too many GenZ's working here who have not explored the concept of multitasking. It's so nerve racking. Amazon, UPS and the post office partnering with Staples is an even bigger mistake. Mind you Staples sells shipping supplies but they receive UPS and USPS shipping supplies from the each company. To the general public, supplies from the post office and UPS are free to use. Just like will all of corporate America, these business have found ways to conveyance yet inconvenience you or raid your wallet during the process of doing business. I came in with a pre-paid UPS label and needed a UPS. The cashier said he couldn't give me one. I asked why and he stated corporate policy. I explained I least have my label I just need a UPS label, he still denied. I asked for a manager. She came over same response. She suggested I go buy and envelope off the shelf. I told her that's just silly because I'm mailing through UPS, you have a UPS label right there. It's not like I'm asking her to open a pack of envelopes for sale by staples. I'm asking her for one of the many free supplies they receive from UPS. She also suggested I use the post office envelope I came in with and out the UPS label on it. That's more dumb than me buying an envelope that is free to Staples and me. I'm guess because they are a store that sells shipping supplies her giving me a UPS envelope will some how make them miss a sale. It actually did more than that. I will always make sure to use the conveyance of them being a UPS drop off center but will never use their services for UPS again nor will I ever buy shipping products from them. That's crazy to not just give me a courtesy one! I could see if I had a shipping business and are constantly coming there using their supplies! Terrible use of a manager for her to not make a one time exception! I did a MacGyver move and turned post office inside out so there were not any post office markings and placed the label on that. She did allow me to use their tape. I'm surprised I didn't have to buy it. read more

I was in need of printing services having created a funeral program for my father's upcoming funeral, and wasn't sure where to go for printing assistance. I decided to give Staples a shot as they were somewhat close to our home. I visited the store on Friday, March 15 and was greeted by Jess in printing services. I showed her a sample of what I had created and we talked about my different options. Jess printed a sample for me which was fantastic and I was able to take it home for my mother to preview free of charge. We decided to move forward with the printing so I returned to Staples on Saturday. Jess wasn't working but I was greeted by 'Sav' (short for Savanna) and I brought her up to speed on where we were. She immediately started by printing another sample (because I found an error in my original sample). She worked meticulously to align everything so it would print and fold perfectly. I had not even thought of using Staples at first, but I would highly recommend them and definitely Staples in Fowlers Grove, Winter Garden. I feel so very lucky to have connected with both Jess and Sav. They were so personable and conscientious and they did everything to service me quickly and professionally. I believe I spent a total of maybe 25 minutes combined with my Friday and Saturday visit and I walked out with funeral programs in hand. These two women get 5 stars from me and I will forever take any printing needs I have to them. I was really surprised to see what other services they offer, so I do recommend that if you have any printing or laminating needs - you try them out. read more

Printing services here are terrible. My high resolution (4800dpi) color items printed directly from the digital file came out looking like something printed on a home printer from the late 1990s (Speckles, blurry, inconsistent color, etc). My project also had a even border all the way around, but they inconsistently trimmed part or all of the boarder off from 1, 2, 3, or all 4 sides, many also being cut on an uneven angle. If I had the confidence that they could fix it, I would have asked for them to try again... but it was obvious they were sloppy/lazy and didn't care or just not capable. read more

Avoid this place. Slow customer service, lack of employees when there are lines for printing, shipping, ect. There seems to be no lack of urgency to help anyone. Recommend using Amazon for purchasing or other nearby businesses for office needs instead. read more

Everytime I have gone into this particular store the registers are slow, hard to find someone avialable to ask a question if you need to and just not on par for the shopping center it is in or for Staples in general. This is the only office supplies store in my immediate area. The next closest store is about 10 miles. The store was a little bit hard to find, as the location was not correct on the Yelp map. It is located in the Winter Garden Village, all the way down the main road, next to Havertys. The store itself is very clean and well marked. They have a lot of really cool products that I would love to buy if I had a home office. There is also a great printing department, if you need to print anything off. The service was okay. I wanted to ask a couple of questions when I first walked in, but couldn't find anyone and didn't want to stand in line just to ask. It's an annual tradition to buy my dad a weekly/monthly planner. When I walked down the aisle, I was appalled at the prices. The cheapest planner, which was a very thin, basic monthly planner was $20. The prices continued up to above $40! What?? Needless to say, I didn't buy any of them. I will be running to Target or ordering online. read more

Copy and print center employee shouldn't be fired but sent back for training. She straight up lied to be to say they were backlogged and so noticing there was nothing going on while shopping I asked the manager and he radioed her to confirm she has no work that she was cleaning/side work. I hope to never return to this location for print work again She has no concept of customer service She has no concept of how to do her job She has no concept of being helpful She has no concept to use the printme feature that I tired to use but she sent me to a computer where I was charged for nothing. After talking with the manager again he was nice enough to let me email him my 3 page file and print it. I will gladly update my 1 star to 5 if you can confirm she goes to some classes on how to be a better employee. read more

Over the top incredible customer service! I have been impressed in the past with their customer service but today they outdid themselves. When shopping last night our daughter left behind a very small pink bunny. Of all the ones she could have lost of course it was the HANDMADE bunny from a precious family member! (Lesson learned, no stuffies come out of the car) I called this morning and they kindly looked for it with no luck. We came in and tried to find it ourselves with no luck. Tammy at the register was very understanding and sympathetic and took my number and promised to call if they found it. The employees went out of their way to search the store and found it! Tammy called me personally and was so encouraging to my daughter when we came to get it. Just had the worst experience ever at this store buying a printer. My husband saw a printer on sale today and we had not gone with the intention to make a large purchase. We didn't have our Staples business card and they couldn't look it up. The cashier is talking to the manager across the aisle in a microphone and she answers out loud but never acknowledged us standing there. Our alternative card would not swipe in their equipment and couldn't be typed in manually. Then, we pay with cash and the cashier tells the manager that we are paying with cash and the manager proceeds to tell him that he has to scan every bill. All of this and the manager walked away. She never once acknowledged us. I felt very insulted and appalled at the behavior of this location in which we frequently shop and spend hundreds of dollars. Purchased printer cartridge using $24 rewards certificate I had accrued. When I got home, I realised I bought the wrong ones so returned to store to switch for replacement. They refunded back my money but wouldn't apply the rewards to the replacement cartridges I purchased. read more

Wow. Do I ever wish that there was a "no star" rating! Don't waste your time coming here if you need something printed. I came at noon on a Thursday. No one in store, no one at print counter. I needed a single print. One. Just one. I was told that it would be thirty minutes. For one print. Cashier was totally annoyed that I even asked to wait for it, like a customer was a total inconvenience for her to "deal with". Staples, I realize the print counter is only a small portion of your business but I spend thousands of dollars a year on prints and the business that could have been very loyally yours will now go elsewhere. I've even referred my customers around the country to go to staples. I'm shocked at the rudeness and total lack of customer service. If you need prints, go to Office Depot!!!! I have never had to wait for prints like that, especially at this time of day. read more

Customer service is not the greatest at this location. I submitted an order for 3 color copies on white stock board to be printed from their website. I overlooked the default date set for pick up, which was my fault, but we were seriously getting three pages printed, nothing bound, stapled, etc. I asked the employee working in the copy department if they would be able to just print it since I was already there and it was such a small task. I was informed she was doing two other jobs and that it would be awhile before she could get to it. If it was a large job I wouldnt complain but seriously THREE pages! And I had to drive 15 minutes back the next day for something that takes less than 5 minutes. read more
