There were several in our area, but this was the closest. Because of the location, we had never seen it before but we were glad to have found it. Our return shipment was a warranty issue but we were under the impression that we had to pay for shipping. We felt the staff went above & beyond because they called to verify and we did not have to pay shipping. This was a significant savings. Soooo many items were damaged. They used no pads, no wrap. They said it doesn't help and we are pros trust us.. they made a sacrificial hand out to cover the damages we knew of. However we are finding so much more damage as we go through arranging our home in the weeks since we've moved. Our bed, our rocker, t.v's. It's unbelievable the amount of items they damaged. Now we are talking with our lawyer to possibly bring a lawsuit against this place. We set the date of August 4th for the move at 9am. I advised Joe that the furniture was downstairs. There was a bed, a dresser, and 2 nightstands and various bags. The 2 man crew showed up as scheduled. Than I get a call from Joe. He says you advised the stuff was downstairs but I did not think we had to bring it upstairs (dah). Do to the situation I would have to increase the price to 550.00. I said what about the price quoted. He had no logical answer and it was $550.00 I said than you should have looked at the job. He said I do not come out for a small job.(450.00 to me is not small for a 8.9 mile move and amount of furniture involved.) NeedlesslyI DO NOT PLAY BAIT AND SWITCH. They were asked to leave. He re-trained staff in safe collectable packaging and refunded me $50. The owner is committed to his shop and his customers. I will try the Pack & Ship services in the future. I will also be more descriptive of packing required with staff members. I will pass on refunds to my customers and hope they are satisfied with the outcome. He told us he would start and never did. Called saying he couldn't start since he had other jobs open. But he had our permit in hand. THIS HAS BEEN ON GOING SINCE APRIL 29,2025! And now Jon ( Jonathan T Labruyere owner on all Public documents) but Jon Shrout is who came to the house and took both our deposits will not return a call, txt or email. We just called again today and it says the 352-504-5101 is no longer accepting calls. So either he changed his number or is now out of business. Either way he took 2 deposits and never did the job. He should be returning the deposits. Jon told us he would start the job the week of July 9, 2025 but he was a no show. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job. I have called the health department and they said no permit was issued. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to clean my cats litter boxes. He is nothing but a scam artists. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ALL OUT SEPTIC AS YOU CAN!!!

I have been here quite a few times at this point, and it has always gone well for me here. At both of those the lines are long or out the door long, which is never the case here. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient, from the dude i assume is the manager, to the more recent females. No one is frazzled and salty. There is lots of parking, and it is an easy in / out situation, with a traffic light relatively close if one wants assistance getting back out onto the main road. While you are here consider visiting the nearby Saint Paul's Thrift Shop, 1321 Sunshine Ave, grabbing a tasty chicken sandwich at the Popeye's with the zany employees, or doing some pedaling on the adjacent Wildwood to Leesburg ( "Fountain Trail" ) bike path, that crosses route 44 with the many flashing yellow lights.
