Sometimes the lines move slowly, but unless they re short-staffed, that usually has to do with the volume and speed of the customers rather than the employees. There is parking out front, both sides for Clifford Ave., a few spaces along busy Grove St., and a parking lot on the inner side of the building. There is a mail drop-off slot in that parking lot also. The lobby is open 24/7 but the counter is 9:30-5:00 weekdays and 9:30-Noon Saturday. If you print a pre-paid label at home, you can just leave it on the right-hand side of the counter if it is busy. Shipping supplies and Priority boxes are available before you approach the counter. I would give this location five stars except it would be more convenient if they opened a bit earlier than 9:30 and closed later Han noon on Saturday l plus a self-service shipping kiosk or t least a stamp vending machine for after hours would be

However, the envelope was EMPTY with the exception of the packing slip stating the name of the magazine that was SUPPOSED to be in the envelope. We have the worst mail delivery experiences in our neighborhood. The day before, someone else's package was placed in our mailbox. Mistakes are expected, but not over and over again. We are totally fed up.

This post office happens to be in the same lot as Treasure Marts, one of the thrift stores we wanted to shop at while in the area, so this worked out perfectly. The staff here were very friendly, service was fast, and we were in and out in no time at all. Pricing is was fair, shipping from here to Melbourne, FL, was about $10 for a 2 lb. Box. All-n-all, everything was great and I recommend stopping here if you need mail services while you're in the area.

There were several in our area, but this was the closest. Because of the location, we had never seen it before but we were glad to have found it. Our return shipment was a warranty issue but we were under the impression that we had to pay for shipping. We felt the staff went above & beyond because they called to verify and we did not have to pay shipping. This was a significant savings.
