Horrible experience! No closed loop communication. No one seems to know where my furniture is or when I will receive it. I have slept on the floor of my home for the last 6 weeks. No clothing, no furniture, nothing.....a new home and promises NOT kept. It seems when you pay them, they look for new and creative ways to charge the customer more. Absolutely the biggest rip off out there. Do yourself a favor and drive to the UPS store. I wanted to ship a package here. It was going to be over $100. I went to UPS store and it only cost me $17. Same delivery everything safe ship marks up 3 to 4 times more than ups to ship by ups by all means do your research and save yourself some money. read more

Don't bother with this place. I had a prepaid UPS label on an Amazon return. I walked in to ask if they would accept it. Three employees were chatting among themselves. Eventually they look at me and tell me they charge $1 to accept the prepaid package. I asked where the nearest dropbox was. They said it was 17 miles away. I discovered a dropbox at Brownwood near the back parking lot of the Sales Center on the UPS website. It says the Palace Hotel which was confusing but I confirmed it is there. The shame for this place is I likely would have given them my frequent shipping business had they not tried to rip me off for a dollar. read more

NOT SAFE SHIP! I dropped 2 packages at this store on 2/17/23. My UPS package has been received 2nd FefdEx package is MIA. I was supposed to get a refund by now, and the company i was returning to said their label had not been used.!!! I tracked the package and it was NOT shipped out of the Colony store until 3/8!! OMG.. I have never had this happen before at other stores.. Someone ran a new lable and sent it out... but my receipt date is 2/17. Why did it take almost 3 weeks for the package to leave the store?? Safe Ship was great to work with. They were friendly and were able to do multiply things as I spent a few months away from home. They received my mail, packages, printed documents, scanned documents and sent them back to the email I choose. At the end I call after my box rental was over and they were able to forward my packages back to my home. read more
