They are always hard workers and very helpful. I really appreciate their hard workers.

Quick fast efficient for amazon returns. Guy was super helpful in getting it all in one box...cant ship two! Lol read more

Everyone who works here is so courteous and helpful. I appreciate their hard work and kindness!!!!

Wonderful People The people are kind, professional, and efficient. They are always willing to give more help if needed. The manager has made getting into and out of the store more streamlined with the same great service. I have sent packages from this store and returned packages. Both easy. read more

Amazingly patient men that work there. I watched their team effort, it was awesome!! I observed great customer service to each and every customer. read more

We get a lot of packages delivered here and in the space of over a year we've only had one mistake made. And, when that mistake was discovered, they quickly rectified it. I love their customer service, very attentive and responsive. Go early in the morning or be prepared to stand in a long line. The line builds up from early in the day and leads all the way out the door. It's a very busy location so bring your patience with you and everything will work out fine. read more

My first experience there was a good one. Short wait. Good service. Definitely use them again.

I have visited this store at 2518 Burnsed Blvd The Villages, Fl 32163 many times. In the past the service has always been outstanding in every way. Fast, friendly and efficient service every time. Today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a copy made of a drawing. I had called the night before to inquire about the price and if stock card paper was available. I was told the price and yes for card stock paper. Jen was the clerk who attempted to help me. She was rude, telling me to go stand at the counter while she tried to copy the drawing. She tried at least twice. She came back with a copy much smaller than the original. She never asked me if she could make a different size copy of the drawing. I left to go else where for the copy. I certainly hope other customers have this type of experience with Jen. read more

My parents accidently had something they ordered from Amazon sent to their Villages address after they had already gone back up North. So I go into this place and get some surly attitude from the counter person when I questioned why I needed to present an ID to ship this package to the correct address. It's POLICY, she said in a very snarky tone, also meant to convey if you don't like it, then go F yourself. First off UPS, you are not USPS so you can do something I won't articulate here. So then she starts measuring the box huffing and puffing because she knows at this point I do NOT like her and her attitude. And when all is said and done, I end up getting charged $52 and change to ship an 11 pound box GROUND, like it won't even get there for almost a week. When I order from Amazon or whoever, I never pay shipping and I do not care who the carrier is, but I will be damned if I ever use UPS for anything voluntarily. Greedflation, shitty attitudes from poorly trained staff and arbitrary policies I can do without. read more

Amazing service Angelica helps. Everyone knows everyone's names super personable. Fantastic customer service.

Trying to rip off senior citizens is illegal! $8 for a box and $60 to ship items that could be first class postage! Will never return! Stay away! read more

This UPS store is a joke. Poorly trained and rude staff. Long lines because they don't know what they're doing. Very high prices. Want to charge me $3 for a piece of tape or told me I could buy a roll for $7. Needed some basic color printing done, and 3 different people tried to help me but could never get it to come out correctly. i looked on internet and found new store just opened a few miles away. It was day and night between the stores. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. Definitely going to the new store in the future. read more

We just had a wonderful experience with Dawson. He took time to look things up for us and explain all about the shipping and handling to accommodate a mobility scooter that we need to ship to New York. What a kind, helpful worker UPS has in that store. read more

Thank you, Ashley for helping me out with my return on 11/15/23 near closing time. You were so courteous and accommodating and I asked for your name. You gave a great big beautiful smile and gave it. I just had to say how appreciative I was that you helped me with my unfinished business for Bed, Bath & Beyond. You all work so hard and people don't fail to complain about stuff. So, I wanted to make sure you hear about the good stuff, too. God Bless you hard working young ladies. Thanks, again! Happy Holidays! read more

I've tried to use this store numerous times in the past 6 no and there is always such a long line, it's almost an hour wait! Have to bring something to them to ship back, no other option, and I'm planning to drive to Leesburg hoping for quicker service... I dread going to this place and am willing to drive 20 min out of my way just to avoid the long lines. When your customers are out the door and past the drive/parking lot, you really need to hire more help. read more

I wondered how I was going to lug one huge box (containing two chairs) out of my car and across the parking lot into this store. I entered UPS and asked for assistance. A fabulous clerk, Faith (perfect name for her), cheerfully offered to help me. She grabbed a handcart and, together, we wheeled the box into the store. Faith also quickly handled the details for this shipment. I was out the door and on my way in minutes. Got a package to send? Have Faith! This UPS store will get the job done. read more

This place is a disaster. It has gone downhill over the past several years. High employee turnover. Employees yelling back and forth from the front to the back. Chaos everywhere. And to top it off, rude employees. I'm finished. There are many other competitors that can provide these services. read more

Again....when I think it's time to give them another chance, I see this at the door. Unbelievably bad customer service. Everyday....all day. Huge lines. read more

Two excellent transactions in one week. Amazon returns. Although the line was literally out the door on both occasions, an associate named Faith stayed calm and provided the most excellent customer service. read more

Very busy store! The staff get work done quick to empty out the lines, though. It is a full service store with at least four people behind the counter at rush (which is generally when I can get there; on my break) When I went at Christmas time, they had cookies and candy laid out for customers. read more

Fast and efficient as always! Of course a long line with the Christmas rush but everyone was working as fast as they could. Cory was so efficient with my two boxes - always my first choice for packages. read more

This would be my last choice for a UPS store. A number of staff members are very rude, and they seem to dislike their customers. This is not a formula for a successful business. If you can ship from anywhere else, do yourself a favor and find another location. That said, if your lucky enough to get the right employee your experience might be tolerable, but since the stores attitude is one of customer abuse, I wouldn't use this location unless I had no other option. Again, there might be two employees who don't hate the customers, and you might get lucky. If not, be prepared for and experience which is somewhere between dealing with the cable company, and root canal. read more

Went in to return a package the staff was friendly helpful great place to do business with

Excellent staff & service. Very friendly immediately upon arrival. Always take care of everyone there very quickly. Haven't had any problems with shipments or Amazon returns. Always receive email notice that the package is ready for pick up by UPS & when it has been picked up by UPS. read more

Very bad customer service. Continually experience rude service. Do not waste your time and money at this location. There's other Ups store and drop services close by that treats customers with respect! Will never use this location. read more

Dropped off an Amazon return in the original box and a packing slip. They charged me .81 to seal the box. Not a money issue but pretty of UPS to charge to put tape on a box. Never been charged for this before. read more

Nasty and Rude employees. Obviously customer service is not in their vocabulary or they are simply very angry people but I will never go back. Can't remember when I've been treated so badly. I've been to many UPS stores and understand how they work but this one seems to have their own set of rules and everyone must obey or else!!!! Avoid at all cost! read more

i would not waste my time with these rude people also to laura read rules on min charges under debit cards you can't do it.. read the laws as to rules picking up packages post a sign for all customers.. now i. going to pam bondi.. i wouldn't waste my time money or effort to ever deal with either one of your stores at all.. read more

Employee laughs and thinks it's funny that they don't want to assist customers by phone. Will refer you to an 800 number, tell you to repeatedly push 0, after waiting on hold 10 minutes, the Ups person at the 800 says they cannot tell you when your package will be picked up or send a message to the driver. WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN read more

Excellent service and very helpful employees. Sent two large boxes of fragile merchandise and both arrived in perfect condition. The packing services and advice given was much appreciated! read more

They are always busy, they are always courteous and quick to let you know that they are there for you. Patient, kind, helpful in every way by explaining delivery types, costs and time for delivery. They go out of their way to help you get heavy or large packages to your car. The dolly and a customer service representative is always available for that. Absolutely great staff, 5 stars for excellent customer service. read more

I managed a UPS Store (#5821) in NJ for 3 years before I retired and moved here and have been living here 3 years. I have had hundreds of customers use our store in NJ as an Access Point and never ever charged one for the FREE UPS service. I have also had probably 7 or 8 packages of my own rerouted to this store over the last three years through my "MYUPS" account (the latest 2 were picked up about 10 days ago) and was never charged a penny. Today, for the first time I go pick up a package I had sent there through rerouting via MYUPS APP which was labeled "no charge" and when I picked it up was all of a sudden charged $5. The young woman took care of me (Amanda) who claimed to be the manager kept telling me that I always paid $5 for packages sent there via MYUPS rerouting which was an obvious "lie." She told me that if I wasn't happy with that fee I should just refuse the package (which was a next day air package that I paid $25 for shipping to get it here today with important appliance parts) and send it back. She sat there and argued with me over $5 and despite the fact I was correct she stood there and told me I was not. I don't care an iota about the $5 but it was her basically telling me that I always paid $5 per package which was not true. To tell me "send it back" if you don't want to pay was patronizing remark from this alleged manager who obviously was wrong. While HER SYSTEM may have told her it was not an access point package it is obvious uPS had messed up somewhere and she didn't need to be nasty and patronizing. read more

Prepaid Amazon return dropped of on 4/9/19. As of 4/16/19 package still not scanned into UPS system. Manager had all kinds of excuses including too busy to check on it. Stay away from this store and use Safe Ship instead. Much better service and never had a problem with Safe Ship. read more
