I had returns and they had an excellent set up for handling the holiday rush. The line was long but moved very quickly.

The absolute stupidity of how this independent shop works. There were 10 plus workers behind the counter but only 3 customer facing. Their attitude was very gruff. Very short with the customers. All I had to do was drop off a pre labeled package (ie already has the barcodes and tracking number all affixed and sealed.) I was told quite rudely to wait in line. 20 plus minutes later I got to a worker and they never scanned it or anything. All I did was literally drop the box off to them and left! Why did I have to wait 20+ minutes? Managers were on the floor and didn't even respond to my questions of why? Avoid this NON UPS owned business!!! read more

I am 74 years old and the one and only time I went to this location was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Sooooo very rude.!!! I had an appointment for fingerprinting and they took someone who didn't have an appointment in front of me. Also, went to ship 'exempt human specimen' and they refused to accept it and they incorrectly said it needed a special sticker since it's a human specimen....this was incorrect because it's 'EXEMPT' and I had a sticker on envelope that said 'exempt human specimen' After waiting outside in the cold for 40 minutes, then I couldn't mail it, I wasn't too happy. After calling my lab company, they told me 'it did not need a certain sticker because the specimen is 'exempt'". I will never return to this store again. read more

This store is terrible. I have dealt with ups stores all over the country. When I go there they have all of our stored addresses, about 30, of friends family and businesses we post to around the USA. Now it seems this location has lost all of them. After coming here for four years. The staff are agitated, belligerent, hostile, and uncooperative. I don't know whom owns this facility but their customer service, is negligent and despicable. UPS should be ashamed to have their name associated with this outfit. read more

This location is very accessible by car and there is a lot of parking available near the entrance. The staff there are helpful and will assist you with bringing in heavy packages. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. This is the second time I have tried to send something from the store overnight but the manager Laura Wardingley said that I cannot put my overnight product in the box inside the store. Wants you to go outside and package it because she is afraid it will scratch her counters. The supplies I was putting in the box were small and plastic! Don't understand how businesses like this operate. I use the UPS store all over North Florida for my company we are actually a UPS store business partner and are able to do internal work ordering etc. I left and went to Federal Express where I had no issue once again. read more

Close to home - that always helps. Went here for the second time today. Even though I had to stand in line (can you believe it - at The UPS Store!), it was a great experience. They devote the necessary time taking care of each client--and we all know some folks take longer than others. I spent the weekend in the Villages and left my glasses and case in a golf cart I rented, Called the UPS Store and explained my problem, they took the address and picked them up and then shipped them to me in Melbourne and I received them the next day for only a small additional charge....They really helped me out as I was blind without them. Please do not use this store for your services. This store is so sketchy they will overcharge you and has horrible service. Laura the store manager ( Not Wardignley she said like in the other bad review). Laura refused to give me her supervisors information. I would think the owner of this store would want this feedback so they can take the appropriate actions. I was overcharged for an e-mail and a 20-page document. This being time sensitive I had to go to Pack and Ship. Their cost was $9.50 and they had great customer service. I was Quoted $38.00 for an email back and forth and the printing of 20 pages. First off that's ridiculous. I was charged $58.00. At this point, it's the principle, not the money. You don't talk or treat your customers with disrespect. This one person made The U.P.S Store look unorganized and far from what you would expect from a U.P.S store. They did me a service by resending the email but all the important information was cut off and I couldn't use the documents they sent back. Please be leery when using this store. read more

This location is always SO slow - there never isn't a long wait - and the employees are SO unpleasant, even rude much of the time. Not a good combination. It's close to home, but I'll be driving to their other store from now on, despite the extra travel time. read more

Absolutely horrible and rude. Owner didn't care. LAURA, a service rep, couldn't be bothered to look for a faxed shipping label that was sent. Was rude and dismissive towards me, and when I returned to send the package, LAURA was rude again, and chastised me for what another person did. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Owner was standing right next to her and didn't say a word. No apology for LAURA's actions or attitude. IF you are looking for poor service, crappy attitudes, and to be verbally chastised, this is your place. If you deserve better, go to the other place not 5 minutes more down the road. I advise against using this location. Manager Laura....horrible customer service. I used the app to set up delivery to this store because I had to leave town on a family emergency. The app stated the service was free to be delivered to the access point, however I was told beyond 7 days there is a $5 per day per package fee. The website states this, BUT not the app. That would cost me nearly $100, since I had more than one package. My husband suggested I call back to see if they can deliver to the house and we'll have our neighbor grab it. The guy that answered said no problem took my card info and charged me $19.79. Laura called back to inform me this cannot be done. I argued that he already performed the transaction and it should be honored and she refused. I called UPS customer service and the guy on the line said she never should've done that. They should've honored it. He notified the location that they need to hold the packages for free for another 7 days. The recording on the phone ALSO stated that if I needed the package delivered from the access point to sign up online with an account, so why she made it a big deal is beyond me. read more
