I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. Amazon told me to put them in a brown box without any previous shipping labels which I did.. I brought them to this UPS store and they told me that they couldn't use the box that they were in that it needed to go into another box which I've never heard of because I've mailed tons of stuff back to Amazon and never once had a problem. My items were packed in a brown box with no shipping labels sealed with tape they refuse to help me do anything made me go all the way home to get another box not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom to speak with her, and she was very rude. The employees were large Caroline who stayed in the bathroom for 20+ minutes and Donald who informed me he didn't care about reviews cause he worked here 6 years and large Caroline 20 years and I see why they have such a low rating and many complaints , it obviously does no good but I'll finish my story anyway , so I go home get another box to combine my already packaged boxes in and get to the counter and Donald says because the end of the box wasn't taped well I had to buy a roll of tape, he refused to just put a small piece of tape on the box . He charged me $4.25 for a roll of tape for a small tiny peace or refused to mail my item, I usually use the UPS on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville and the girls there are so helpful and accommodating , I can't believe the difference in the 2 stores . I'm not tech savvy and the girls at the other place are amazing. I've never had a problem returning anything from Amazon in any of the boxes and if I have something not right, they jump right in and help you in fact, I'm gonna leave them a great review after this because I'd much rather write a good review!

My rating is sincere. I had a package to return by ground…read morewith Fed-Ex. I went in and asked the two very nice women working in there if they knew of a close by drop off place. I never saw two people jump on a challenge like they did. They both pulled out their cell phones and started making inquiries as to where was close to me. This is the UPS store in the Publix plaza in 7 Hills. One of the women said to me that she had located a Dollar General nearby to me on Shady Hills Road. I never knew this. I stood there and shot the breeze with both of them for a bit, then thanked them and left. Next stop? That Dollar General. I walked in there and the woman said to me that "yes" they do take outbound ground shipments. Problem solved. Very little driving for me. Thank you ladies both.
