I dropped off my iPhone 13 Pro to have the screen replaced, but they installed a lower-quality screen without clearly explaining the difference between the options. After the replacement, my phone's battery started draining much faster. I went back and paid extra to upgrade to an OLED screen, but that replacement didn't even last a few months before the display started failing. Eventually, the screen went completely black. When I returned to have it checked, I was told there was nothing they could do because the warranty had expired. No solutions were offered or help. I had to beg for the gentleman to open it up to at least take a look if anything was loose. Just a suggestion to pay for another new screen and "see what happens." I took my new iPad here for cracked screen repair and was told it would be ready in a few hours. I then received a call notifying me of a glitch affecting the screen responsiveness and to return next day. Upon return I noticed the screen had noticeable gaps from the frame and was ill fitting, so he agreed to fix this, however days later was contacted and told he could not fix the screen to fit correctly so upon pickup I noticed the large amounts of dried glue all around-between the frame and screen. I got my cracked phone screen repaired and I am happy to say that they did a great job. What I did not like, however, is that I have an iPhone 6s, and they charge $60 for a screen repair.
