They also cautioned me that I might have to pay for glass replacement - though as it turned out, the original glass survived the replacement, so the replacement costs were fully covered by Google. I got delayed in traffic so I called ahead to see if I could still pick up the phone five minutes after closing; the answer was yes so now I have a phone that holds a charge for more than 30 minutes.
