Excellent service by Kyle. I was of course sad about my broken iPhone 16 max broken back glass but…read moreKyle was polite and explain the process. The service tag said it would be done in 4.5 hours but Kyle committed to having it done in 3 hours. This was an Asurion warranty repair and they gave me no hassle about that at all. Overall an easy process and I had no concern handing my phone over to capable Kyle. Thank you! He was was pleasant and shared stories and advice on cases.

Worst experience ever. My son brought his working Nintendo Switch to uBreakiFix Tampa on February…read more26th because it wasn't charging. After paying $64.49, we just received it back today--April 18th--in a plastic bag , completely disassembled , parts and screws everywhere and missing the official Nintendo SD card that was inside it. Not only did they fail to repair the device, they returned it in pieces with no explanation . Despite initial promises in-store and a follow-up phone call assuring us it would be fixed, they gave it back in worse condition than when we dropped it off. My son was in TEARS . You can't get anyone on the phone --you literally have to show up in person just to get a response. We had to show up 3 times. They even promised my son a week ago that it would be reassembled, yet it was handed back to us just ripped apart . I have a computer degree and would never return someone's electronics in this condition. I don't trust the glowing reviews on Google--they probably use a service to bury the negative ones . This place is incompetent and unprofessional , and I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. I've attached images of how it was returned and the credit card charge for honest proof.

I had a really disappointing experience with this iPhone repair shop. After getting my screen…read morefixed, they sold me a glass screen protector that they claimed was high quality. Within one day--without dropping my phone or any unusual use--the protector cracked on its own. When I went back to address it, things got even worse. Not only did they refuse to replace it or offer any refund, but the employee I spoke with became noticeably rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue. Instead of trying to help, they made it feel like I was the problem. The only solution they offered was a small discount if I wanted to buy another one, which didn't make sense given the poor quality of the first product. I declined. I understand accessories can sometimes fail, but the combination of low-quality products and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying accessories--or frankly dealing with customer issues--at this place.

This is an update to a previous review. I took my MacBook Pro to iFixandrepair in Teaticket, MA to…read morehave the display replaced. Several days after getting the computer back a green vertical line appeared on the screen. The guy said the company would probably not replace it thinking that the customer may have dropped the computer. A couple of days later a second line appeared. He returned the display to the company who did replace it at no cost to me. However, a couple of days later I noticed a flexible piece of black plastic on the outside of the hinge (I could also see it on the inside of the hinge). I asked the MacBookPro Facebook group. Someone said it was probably the flexcable that had gotten wedged in the hinge. I messaged the guy who said he had tried to route it properly but couldn't do it and was afraid he would damage the cable. He had not said anything to me about this when I picked up the computer. He offered to have him try again but I was afraid he would not be able to do it (he couldn't do it the first time) and would damage the cable so I've made arrangements to take it to another local outfit and will have to pay good money to have this situation fixed which never should have happened in the first place. Needless to say this has been pretty stressful. The photo shows the flexcable on the outside of the hinge.
