Weeks prior I take my daughters phone because it was blacking out, A few days later is still blacking out so her father takes it to Apple only to find out a dead battery was put inside. Brought my mobile in to fix a cracked screen. Problems problems problems. Had to take it back three times to fix problems. The first problem was that the phone wouldn't charge. They fixed that, said something about it needed a new component (that was unrelated to the screen cracking, but coincidentally occurring only after they fixed the screen. Then the phone wasn't reassembled properly, I took it in five days ago, they said there was a loose wire causing the phone to not be assembled correctly. They corrected that. Now yesterday, the phone wouldn't charge past 26%. Today it won't charge past 4%. I tried to call them today but got their voicemail. I no longer trust them with the phone and will be going elsewhere. While I appreciate their fixing the problems that come up, I just don't trust that they can ever get the phone working fully properly. read more

Friendly and fast. Got my screen replaced in 20 min for my phone. I will say the battery seems to drain a lot lot faster ever since. Probably won't use their service to replace a battery but just replace the phone. Also with a screen replacement I noticed some videos post are harder to see now as there is a strange "dark glare" but overall if you just need the screen replaced to tide you over this place does that. read more

UPDATE: Took my 12promax and 13pro max to Apple Store because display screen wouldn't work after repaired here. Technician took pictures and there was glass all inside my phone that caused it to go bad. Also note, DO NOT take your iPhone to these people, because any work they do will cancel your Apple warranty. Lesson learned. Don't do business with 3rd party companies with ZERO morals or business ethics. Don't let them lie to you, I got my documentation and receipts from Apple. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!!!! Brought a 13 pro Max (back glass cracked. Not shattered) and 12 pro Max (back glass shattered) for repair. Got the 12 pro max back in 4 hours, they outsourced the 13 pro max because they said it's a very delicate process. Picked it up Saturday 10/29 at 3pm. Immediately put otter box case on. In the meantime I ordered a back glass tempered glass protector. When that arrived Sunday from Amazon, we took the otter box case off to put that on 10/30 and the top corner was cracked. Phone had not been dropped, we never left our home. I came in Monday 10/31 morning as soon as they opened a t 10am, and guy said he'd talk to the manager in 30min. Took the phone, my number and said he'd call back. Hour and half later at 11:40am I called for an update and he said there's nothing he could do. Claimed he cared. Claimed the manager would help if I come back tomorrow. So take another morning off work to deal with this. Very disappointed. Almost $300 (274 w/tax) I spent on this 13pro Max repair and they can't stand by their work... or the work they outsourced. Save yourself and take your phone to the Apple Store for repair. I'm really just in awe of their lack of resolution or attempted resolution as much money as I spent $150 for 12 pro Max and $270 for 13= $420. The pictures is literally a day and half after repair with Otterbox case on it the entire time. Otterbox case also in picture for legitimacy of case. owner replied to my post on Google reviews accusing me of coming back in and saying I dropped the phone, which NEVER occurred. ***It won't let me reply to your comment but that is an ABSOLUTE LIE! Never once did I say it was dropped. I explained IN DETAIL EXACTLY what was typed above to the employee there. If he relayed something different then he's full of crap and outright lying. I explained the phone NEVER was out of the Otterbox, until it was removed to place a back screen protector on. When case was taken off the corner was cracked like a cheap back glass was put on. I immediately contacted you all as soon as you opened Monday morning. This just shows your ethics as a business. You would have been better to say, we have no warranty or don't stand by products we outsourced instead of outright lying on me. I'm at a loss for words at your business ethics. Believe this, you will NEVER get my business again and I'll deal directly with Apple. Just your lack of concern, how you unprofessionally replied to me, and how you lacked any attempt to remediate this shows who you are as a person and business. Ridiculous! read more

I went to the store late May to get my son's iPad screen replaced. A week later, his iPad would not charge. I dropped the iPad off again and asked the sales person to help figure out why the iPad wouldn't charge. It was 4:30 and he said he would call me back by 6:30 to let me know what the problem was. The next day I called at 10:45 to ask for an update. He said he would call me back in half an hour. By 3:30 I was tired of waiting and went to the store to pick up the iPad. It was 4 PM when I walked in and the same sales person could not find the iPad. Finally, he remembered where he put it and grabbed keys. I assumed he was going into a cabinet, but no. He went out to his car to grab the iPad. Not sure why my son's iPad was in his car but when I grabbed it, it was too hot to touch. Needless to say I would never go back to this business. Please do your research before going to this location with your device! I called yesterday and asked how much it cost to fix my iPhone XR screen and was told $70! Totally honest and acceptable price! took my phone in for repair and when I went to pick it up he tried charging me $140!!! Double the quote! Immediately called him out about the inflated price and he gave it to me for $80! He said the price was more because he offered a screen protector and a cheap case!!! I will never do business with this dishonest man again! I've taken several phones here for repair and now I feel like I've been bamboozled every time!!! Call before you go and get the honest price!!!! And before he tries to respond and say I called about a different phone..... it's a whole lie!!! Everyone in my home has iPhone 13's or better!
