This place had a screen for my iPhone in 2025. It was pretty good on the install -took about 25 minutes and for a reasonable price. And that was with prior customer work in front of them when I walked in. Friendly read more

Had them fix my Blackview 8900 (waterproof/shockproof. It took a sec because the part came from China. I didn't think he could fix it. It fell off the back of my truck while I was doing 60mph. I was still able use the phone (via truck/android app) for work while a replacement came in. Aside from a few scuffs on the phone (road rash) It looks great! Not sure if I will test the waterproof option on it at this point read more

Mike is so professional and this place fixed my phone in less than an hour for under $100. As a walk in! My friends phone went flying off the car and on to the street and was attached but tons of broken glass. Can't believe it's fixed so well and so quick. What service!!! Thanks Mike read more

I broke my iphone 6plus screen while moshing in a pit at Pre-Fest this week at the Against Me show. I am traveling and was devastated. I figured I'd have to work with this "spider app" the entire time I was away...but my friend showed me a place called "My Broken Phone" in Winthrop Towne Center. I walked in, was given a quote and my phone was perfect (better than new) in under a half hour. I am impressed. To top it off, he gave me a screen protector until I bought a case. I highly recommend this place and hopefully won't have to use this place again (knock on wood), but I absolutely would if I was in town again. Super fast and friendly service. I didn't even have to unlock my iphone and he offered to have me watch to replace it. read more

The back of my phone was completely shattered and I came in on a whim to get it fixed. Michael greeted me and he was awesome from start to finish He made sure I understood the process and was extremely transparent when we had to order a piece for my phone. My phone took a little less than an hour to get fixed and looked brand new! I wish I took a before and after photo Shoutout to Michael for his phenomenal customer service and for fixing my phone in such a short turn around read more

This guy is top notch! I haven't had this kind of customer service and open door availability since before assurion acquired ubreakifix. When they actually fixed phones.. 2nd time my bf needed a replacement phone urgently and both times they have saved the day with the only affordable used Samsung phone in the vicinity. read more

Brought our phone in to get a new screen. They said would be ready in three to four hours but would call when done. Never called but we didn't worry because their voice message said they are open on Sundays. They are not. Finally got phone on Monday and they put the wrong SIM card back in and could not find ours as well as a scratched screen. Reason for the scratched screen from them is that they were going to give to us free of charge so they took off the new screen and put a used one on it. We wanted to pay for a new screen and they were deceptive. Do not bring your phone there! read more

The second I opened the door, the guy working was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Very knowledgeable on what to do was able to fix my broken IPad with no problems. They were great! I thought that only my front screen was cracked. After removing the case, it was discovered that the back was shattered, and the frame was broken . I originally got a quote for just the front screen repair. They also replaced the back and frame for 50% cost of the back piece. There was no extra charge for the new frame or extra labor. The phone was repaired in about an hour. I highly recommend this business, if you have a broken phone. They are honest, kind and professional. read more

I stopped in to get a quote to replace my iPhone 7 port as I had been having trouble charging and could not get a connection to stay in place to listen to music with my ear buds. The owner or employee (not sure which) greeted me excitedly, and was vey kind to explain it was mere pocket lint. He quickly cleaned out the port, checked it worked and gave it back free of charge. Wow! He could have very easily told me I needed a new port and charged me $15-$20 for the part and labor costs on top of that and I would have not questioned him. His honesty was refreshing and I will be going back in the coming days to get a new screen protector and case from them just to show my appreciation. This is THE phone repair place to go! Before thinking you need a new phone or parts, come see them here and get an honest assessment! They have Integrity, honesty, run a professional business, and are just damn cool. I ask all of you to come by and support this business! read more

The customer service was AWESOME! Super kind, helpful, and just nice to work with. My cracked screen was repaired in 30 minutes. It cost $129- which was kinda sad, but better than a new phone! read more

This place will scam you! I had my iPad repaired here and was told there is a 90 day warranty. It had a crack in the screen within a week. When I took it in to have them repair it again, they refused saying I broke it and would not honor the warranty. Go to this place at your own risk! read more

Mike is highly skilled and knows about how to fix phone screen, audio ports, volume buttons. etc. I've been going to this office for the past 3 years and got my phones fixed every time with no hassle and a very reasonable price. This is my go-to store. Highly recommend! read more

Can I give them 5-1/2 stars please? A few weeks later and my Siri / voice recognition mic isn't working. Walked in and they fix it on the spot gratis. It's possible that this was something related to my cracked screen replacement. But it's possible it isn't. Regardless, no questions asked, their employee went to work and had it working in minutes. I asked him how much iPhone 4s are since I have a home security app that uses anything 4 and up. He advises me to look for a "blacklisted" one because I'll never need to activate it and it'll save me big &$. Seriously this place is amazing. That's like the Macy's Santa Claus sending customers to Gimbel's. Finding customer service like this in 2016 isn't easy. read more

I had a few old phones collecting dust, so I thought I'd bring them here to sell. He was only interested in one of the phones I had, but gave me several options to sell/donate the other two. He offered a low price for the one phone he was interested in. The price was on par with other similar places, but far lower than if I tried to sell it myself. I took the offer, and had cash in had in less than 5 minutes. The service was extremely good and professional. The entire experience was pleasant, therefore the five star rating. read more

Our son has broke the screen on every device he has owned. We've had his screen fixed at two other places and he said the phone was never the same or the screen slightly moved up and down still. I took it here because the guy told me if he replaced the screen and it still wasn't right or I was not happy that I wouldn't be charged for trying because I wasn't sure if the phone was messed up this time or just the screen. They did it quickly and no complaints about the screen. We will come back for any other device for sure read more
