Showed up with my phone screen broken, they were super nice, fixed it in 20 minutes, also cleaned camera connection for free. Price was great. read more

Our son has broke the screen on every device he has owned. We've had his screen fixed at two other places and he said the phone was never the same or the screen slightly moved up and down still. I took it here because the guy told me if he replaced the screen and it still wasn't right or I was not happy that I wouldn't be charged for trying because I wasn't sure if the phone was messed up this time or just the screen. They did it quickly and no complaints about the screen. We will come back for any other device for sure read more

Very quick, friendly service! I dropped my phone off & it was done in an hour. Looks brand new. :)

I had a jam-packed work Agenda and was about to begin a Presentation that I had to chair/lead when my new iPhone adapter broke off inside the port of my new iPhone - YIKES!! I had 20 minutes to figure out how to carefully remove it in time to still be able to use my phone for my Presentation so I called the folks at My Broken Phone who told me to come in right away so they could try to fix it. I was very concerned that if they couldn't, I'd mot only have to buy a new iPhone but also figure out how I was going to handle all my business calls and Presentations the next 2-3 days while I had a new one sent and set up. Fear not, the Team at My Broken Phone we're able to resolve my issues in under 3 minutes and Org the right tools and knowledge so I could get back to my work life immediately. THANK YOU for rescuing from what could have been a disasterous situation!! read more

Mike at the My Broken Phone place at Winthrop did a great job with me and my phone. He had the part for my broken screen when no one else did was competitively priced and completed the work in a very short period Of time. We have become addicted to technology and it's great to have someone like Mike and My Broken Phone available for quick confident repairs. Thanks Mike read more

Even with an Otterbox my Samsung phone took a bad tumble and landed with a hairline crack to the screen. The guys at My Broken Phone fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. They also replaced the chrome edging as part of the job. Certainly saved me money by not having to get a new phone and not having to get roped into another multi-year contract. read more

The guys working there were nice. We had my husbands iPhone 5s screen replaced before his naval deployment started. First call made we noticed the speaker was muffled. They fixed this immediately and we thought hey this is a great place. Little did we know they forgot to hook up the headphone jack which is a big deal when FaceTime in ports with a headset is the only communication we have. They also didn't put the charging port back in right and the connection won't work some of the time and the phone won't charge. This phone was in perfect working order besides the shattered screen when we brought it in. And now I can't even bring it back to be fixed because it's already out on deployment. I can understand one mess up but multiples is just inexcusable. Not worth the $100 we paid at all, and now more expensive issues need to be fixed. :/ read more

Sadly I'm a repeat customer here due to my own clumsiness... they've repaired my iPad and iPhone. They're quick, great with communication, and reasonably priced! Ahmed is awesome! read more

I've had my screen repaired here twice and the charge port on my iPhone replaced once. Each time the service has been excellent and the repair was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this place. read more

So went back to do business with this company again. They new I was limited on time so they jacked the price up on a couple year old iPhone. Since I had really no other options I bought it. They told me I would be able to return it if there was any problems just hold on my receipt. Needless to say that was a bold faced lie. Do not take their word for anything get it all in writing because the second I went to take the defective phone back they said they would fix it and not refund me. How am I suppose to trust this phone won't go bad in another week? And my money is on them not fixing it if it goes bad again. read more

Just want to say that the staff and service is second to none. Thanks for everything guys. If you have a broken screen go to these guys cheaper than the mall and better service. read more

People are stupid but this place isn't. Anthony is a beast at customer service and repairs!

BEWARE! If you have an iPhone 6 under no circumstance should you have the screen replaced any place other than an Apple Store. I had these guys replace my screen little did they tell me that if I ever tried to do an IOS update my phone would be a brick! I spent $825 on a phone less than a year ago and it is totally useless!!! So I had to buy a brand new phone!! read more

These guys have repaired my iphone 4 or 5 times. They have excellent customer service and their work is solid. Two days after replacing my screen, the new one cut out. They had me back up and running in 10 min. As someone whose entire business operates mobile, I cannot ever be without. Once they even fixed my phone literally AS I was on my way to catch a plane after Verizon told me they couldn't do better than replacing the phone in 3 days. read more

My iPhone 6s Plus screen was broken to the point of getting glass in my fingers. I found this shop here on yelp, and crossed my fingers that they could help.. I was quoted a beyond reasonable price and was told it would take them 30 min to fix it. Awesome customer service and very friendly. I personally wouldn't think twice about using them or recommending them to friends in the area. read more

We have had great service from these guys on several occasions for screen and battery replacements. Got screen replaced on an iPhone 6 in 20 minutes. Much cheaper and easier than buying a refurbished phone. read more

Definitely my go to store from now on; great service, quick turn around time, and EXCELLENT prices. I did a lot of research to replace my cracked iPhone 5 screen and came across this local shop. They were very responsive and the prices were on the low end of the spectrum. You guys have my referral and business, for sure! read more

This is the only review you should take seriously. Why? If you have an apple product with a broken screen, just go to the apple store and they will put a genuine Apple screen for CHEAPER and QUICKER than this place. How is that possible? Find out for yourself! You won't believe it!... Go ahead and ask this place where they get the screens from... You will be in for a surprise. They get low quality substandard stuff in bulk from China and charge you more than the Apple store!. You will be lucky not to get a defected screen (you won't know until a few weeks later when 30 day warranty is gone). This is your lucky day to read this and not be in my shoes. Not only did I find out that Apple will fix your screen cheaper and quicker, but you will get a high quality glass screen, not the cheap Chinese imitation screens they put in this place. If you decide to go ahead and get your screen fixed here after reading this review, for whatever reason, make sure you check the edges of your screen for screen defects. The best way to know is put a black background on your screen and check the edges of the screen for defects, that later become a huge problem just in a few weeks. Don't even try arguing with them if you are out of luck, they won't even look you in the eyes. Here's your chance to make a good decision that you won't regret. Either way, check the edges of your screen after a repair. Good luck. read more

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, affordable and fast. So I took my husband's crushed, as in run over by a car kind of crushed, iPhone 7 plus in today. The phone had not been backed up - valuable contacts and texts lost. Even though the screen was completely gone and the frame was bent, the phone still rang and received emails and even chimed when I connected it to my computer but I couldn't back it up because there was no screen to tell the phone to trust my computer. Ahmed was able to put a new screen on it, back it up and then restore the backup to a new phone. I can't express how grateful I am that he was able to retrieve the data on that phone. Thank you, thank you. read more

My headphones broke the plug off deep in my Android. Although it was close to closing time, they told me to come in. They were able to dig it out and my phone is as good as new. I deeply appreciated their professionalism, customer service, and technical talent....not to mention that they saved me a fortune! Highly, highly recommended! read more

They are fast and friendly but the quality of the screens they buy is not worth it. Its been 2 months and the white part of my samsung screen is cracking on the inside. Took it in and they said there was nothing they could do and I shouldnt leave my phone in hot conditions? which i hadn't. Next time I will spend the extra money and go somewhere that uses high quality products. read more

do not use this company!!! the parts they use void your manufacturer warranty and they do not stand behind their work. screen went bad after two months and they told me "too bad" read more
