The guys working there were nice. We had my husbands iPhone 5s screen replaced before his naval deployment started. First call made we noticed the speaker was muffled. They fixed this immediately and we thought hey this is a great place. Little did we know they forgot to hook up the headphone jack which is a big deal when FaceTime in ports with a headset is the only communication we have. They also didn't put the charging port back in right and the connection won't work some of the time and the phone won't charge. This phone was in perfect working order besides the shattered screen when we brought it in. And now I can't even bring it back to be fixed because it's already out on deployment. I can understand one mess up but multiples is just inexcusable. Not worth the $100 we paid at all, and now more expensive issues need to be fixed. :/ read more

So went back to do business with this company again. They new I was limited on time so they jacked the price up on a couple year old iPhone. Since I had really no other options I bought it. They told me I would be able to return it if there was any problems just hold on my receipt. Needless to say that was a bold faced lie. Do not take their word for anything get it all in writing because the second I went to take the defective phone back they said they would fix it and not refund me. How am I suppose to trust this phone won't go bad in another week? And my money is on them not fixing it if it goes bad again. read more

BEWARE! If you have an iPhone 6 under no circumstance should you have the screen replaced any place other than an Apple Store. I had these guys replace my screen little did they tell me that if I ever tried to do an IOS update my phone would be a brick! I spent $825 on a phone less than a year ago and it is totally useless!!! So I had to buy a brand new phone!! read more

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, affordable and fast. So I took my husband's crushed, as in run over by a car kind of crushed, iPhone 7 plus in today. The phone had not been backed up - valuable contacts and texts lost. Even though the screen was completely gone and the frame was bent, the phone still rang and received emails and even chimed when I connected it to my computer but I couldn't back it up because there was no screen to tell the phone to trust my computer. Ahmed was able to put a new screen on it, back it up and then restore the backup to a new phone. I can't express how grateful I am that he was able to retrieve the data on that phone. This is the only review you should take seriously. Why? If you have an apple product with a broken screen, just go to the apple store and they will put a genuine Apple screen for CHEAPER and QUICKER than this place. How is that possible? Find out for yourself! You won't believe it!... Go ahead and ask this place where they get the screens from... You will be in for a surprise. They get low quality substandard stuff in bulk from China and charge you more than the Apple store!. You will be lucky not to get a defected screen (you won't know until a few weeks later when 30 day warranty is gone). This is your lucky day to read this and not be in my shoes. Not only did I find out that Apple will fix your screen cheaper and quicker, but you will get a high quality glass screen, not the cheap Chinese imitation screens they put in this place. If you decide to go ahead and get your screen fixed here after reading this review, for whatever reason, make sure you check the edges of your screen for screen defects. The best way to know is put a black background on your screen and check the edges of the screen for defects, that later become a huge problem just in a few weeks. Don't even try arguing with them if you are out of luck, they won't even look you in the eyes. Here's your chance to make a good decision that you won't regret. They are fast and friendly but the quality of the screens they buy is not worth it. Its been 2 months and the white part of my samsung screen is cracking on the inside. Took it in and they said there was nothing they could do and I shouldnt leave my phone in hot conditions? which i hadn't.
