I brought in my son's Samsung galaxy A10e to have the screen replaced.   Everything seemed OK, he had the screen and was finishing another phone,  so he quoted me around 50 minutes.   I picked the phone up about an hour later,  saw the screen was replaced,  and left to pick kids up from school. When we got home,  my son tried making a phone call,  but nothing happened, so he brought it to me to see what was wrong. For some reason,  during a screen replacement,  the SIM card was removed,  and never put back in.   I called the store,  and was told to check the phone again,  because they don't have a SIM in there.  I asked why it was missing after the repair was done,  and wasn't given a clear answer ("a SIM card shouldn't be removed for a screen repair") then was told to just go to my carrier and they can get me a new SIM. I returned this morning as they opened,  and asked if he found my SIM card yet,  and he became defensive again, then took the phone apart to see if it fell out of the tray and got stuck, but it was missing still. Bottom line is although the screen was fixed,  the phone was unusable (until I had my carrier replace the card) because they removed the SIM,  and when confronted,  did nothing but dodge questions and deny removing it. I will not be back to this (or any) I Fix and Repair location because when a repair is done,  the intention is to be able to use the item being repaired, and they made it impossible to use until my carrier intervened. read more

The screen on hubby's phone was cracked and stopped working. We were thinking of spending money to buy another phone. We went to our carrier and was directed to I Fix and Repair, The service was extraordinary and we were told that his phone would be ready at 4:00. His phone was ready at 3:15! This place is a joke. Thomas is an absolute lair and sold us a faulty product. He sold us a liquid glass screen protector for $100 and told us it has a one year warranty on the iPad screen. Within a month the iPad screen cracked and when we returned to the store he was confused why we were upset. He said the warranty comes from the company that we would have to pay $120 to replace the entire iPad screen and he thinks the company will send us a check. Horrible horrible service. Do not recommend coming here at all. Thomas has zero clue what he is doing and told us we couldn't speak to his boss. They will steal your money and sell you horrible products. read more

Don't have any repair done there, Horrible service, i had my screen repaired on My fairly new Ipad, when I got it back, I realized the home button was not fitted properly in place when they repaired it, but it was still working until 1-2 of months after it came out and the Ipad wasn't working at all anymore. So I took it back there, they tried to arrange it but wasn't successful. They said that my warranty was expired and basically to go back home with a 900$ Ipad bought not even 6 months before that is working 1 time out of 2. They are incompetent, they do not know what they are doing and will change their price from 1 customers to the other. I will never go back there, they are not trustworthy at all. read more

Not only was he assisting me with a battery replacement, he was able to replace a screen for another young lady while helping an elderly couple pick out a phone case and replace a check another gentleman's battery. Not worth the time of day. Warning! Warning! Warning! It took 30 days for them to replace my HTC phone screen after they told me it would take 10 days. And after I received it the work was terrible (A ten year old could have done better!) I called three times a week to try to get the Manager and received nothing but the run around. After I Finally got a hold of a manager he never followed through with the promise of a partial refund. I asked if they could fix the Wi-Fi on my IPad at the same time. The Manager broke my screen and replaced it with another color (The dame thing was not attached properly I HAD TOO FIX IT MY SELF.) I give them a score of 0. Not worth the time of day. WARNING - BEWARE - AVOID! Read and listen to the other bad reviews on this location AND the Better Business Bureau "F" Rating that you can easily find by doing a Google search! Took my phone in to get repaired. Picked it up a few hours later and when I got to my car, the phone screen went black - nothing there! I go back into the store 13 minutes after I left and was met by the same employee who had just checked me out and saw that my phone was working. When I explained there was a problem, he immediately launched into what sounded like a rehearsed series of comments. which included; 1. "Hey...this is a 3rd party repair, you can't expect it to be perfect." (He hadn't even looked at my phone yet!) 2. When he looked at my phone (literally 13 minutes after he last saw it in a functional state) he snapped at me and said, "What did you do to it? You broke it!" 3. And, of course, what seems to be a standard response from this company, "WE DON'T DO REFUNDS! YOU SIGNED THE AGREEMENT WHEN YOU DROPPED YOUR PHONE OFF!" When I told him that it just stopped working, he became visibly angry and it was then that any customer service skills, or common courtesy, for that matter, vanished. He rudely, and I mean RUDELY, ORDERED me to sit down and he'd get to it when he could. When I stood and stared at him, he said 'You got a problem?" To which I said, "I'm the customer, I paid for service and this is how I get treated?" This guy rolled his eyes and began a bizarre series of very loud and combative statements. For a minute, I actually thought this guy was trying to goad me into fighting him! It was then that I realized that I was dealing with someone who was either lacking any form of customer service skills, was trying to get fired so he could collect unemployment or was drunk or high on something. Knowing what I now know about him, I suspect it was the latter. At this point he declared, "Hey...my life sucks. I only make $10 per hour here." I heard this and knew it was time to leave. I took my phone back and left. I'm not a young guy. I've probably dealt with a few thousand salesmen, waiters, cashiers, etc., during my life. This guy was the WORST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH BY FAR! When I got home, I reflected upon what I just witnessed. Out of curiosity, I looked this guy up on the interenet and was not surprised to discover that he's "had a bit of trouble" in his life. After seeing that, I realized that he was absolutely correct when he stated "My life sucks!" I almost felt sorry for this guy, but then quickly wondered why this company would hire someone with his history? Did they know of it and not care or didn't even bother to do a background check on this guy? I had to laugh when I saw a recent post he made on a social media site that declared "***** ******** is working for one of the scummiest company's ever. Fml." I agree 100% with him. Their D- minus rating by the Better Business Bureau should be a good indicator of the quality of their store. I had a gift certificate to have my iPad screen repaired. They were courteous and replaced the screen efficiently. When I got home, I noticed that the bottom corners of the iPad screen were lifting. I called them, and they agreed to repair it again when I next visited their location. It was about three weeks before I was able to get there, as it is two hours round-trip from my home. They took the iPad for several hours, and returned it to me. They stated that "we used really strong glue to hold it". After a few days of use, the corners of the screen began lifting again, even worse than the first time. It became difficult to use the iPad, as it would register a touch on the digitizer even when it wasn't being touched. I returned again, and the worker was condescending and argued with me, stating "This is a really good repair; it's better than most of the ones I've seen." After discussing with him for about 10 minutes that the iPad does not work as intended due to the digitizer being lifted from the screen, and him assuring me that the repair was done to quality standards, he agreed to work on it again. When I picked it up a few hours later, I noticed that he had placed super glue in 2 spots. Within two hours of use, the screen again popped up. I've replaced parts (screens, batteries, a home button, and flex antenna) myself on iPads and iPhones. I know it is a tricky task, but I also know when the repairs are done properly. The work they performed was subpar, forcing me to return twice, after which the repair will still not work properly. I'm very dissatisfied with them. read more

I wish I had the reviews before going there...needed my iPad mini screen replaced and they told me it would be seven to ten days...2 weeks and 2 phone calls later I was finally told the part was "back ordered" and they needed to "reorder" it and it'd be another two weeks...yet they had NO PROBLEM taking my $171 on day one when I walked in the door...I asked for a refund and was told I had to come up there as they couldn't do it over the phone...when I asked for the manager the employee turned to ask him if he could talk to me and I heard him say "She can call me tomorrow when I'm not busy"...umm...really??? So I asked for the district manager's name and number and was told "no one knows that"...so clearly the manager is either lying or the owner, both of which are horrible! Went there & paid $37.00 for them to look at it got a call that it was the mother board not the battery so it couldn't be fixed. Chris said I could come by & pick it up and they would return $20.00. Took in a phone to get a screen replaced, after not hearing from them for two weeks we called to find out they broke the back of the phone and the part had to be ordered it has now been way over a month and after many requests to be kept up to date the only way we find anything out is to call them to be told the part wasn't ordered or they haven't paid to get it shipped. The manager always giving excuses on why it's not his fault or why his "techs" are not capable of doing what seams like anything including picking up a phone to call a customer. read more

I have never had someone be so rude to me in my entire life. The store clerk was downright nasty to me. I came in to inquire about the price of fixing my phone. I already knew what was wrong with it and had been quoted a price somewhere else. When I asked, the clerk gave me a price that was almost double the price of what I'd been quoted before and included something I did not need to have replaced. When I told him I just needed the one thing replaced he goes 'oh well, I won't even talk then! You know it all already!' Etc etc. And made quite a few comments similar to this. I got my screen fixed on my iPhone 6 and as soon as I left I noticed white lines going down one half of my screen. I went back and they said the "parts were defective" and they "fixed" it again. The next day the bottom left corner stopped responding (the part that I need most). Two days later, I took it back to get "fixed" again but they said the new parts would be in on Monday the next week. I'm tired of having to drive all of the way to the mall multiple to get this fixed when I paid $130 to get it fixed the first time! Dropped off my Iphone 7 to get the screen replaced. I'm a younger girl, and i hate to say it but sometimes people take advantage of the fact. That being said, they told me my phone didn't want to "accept" an aftermarket screen.. because my phone speaker on top of my phone didn't want to work with another screen. Not entirely sure what one has to do with another. I was then told that i needed to take my phone to apple to get repaired. I then asked if i was supposed to say to apple "Do i tell them i brought it here and you couldn't fix it and my phone doesn't want to accept a different screen and let the speaker work?"and i was told, "NO, dont tell them you brought it here. the less you say the better to apple, just tell them you have a cracked screen and a speaker problem" WHICH I DID NOT HAVE BEFORE. i have never before had a problem with my speaker and now i suddenly do? Took my phone to a different place and it was fixed immediately for $30 less.. no problems with my speaker at all.. there was electrical tape over my speaker.. Do not recommend this as a trustworthy efficient place whatsoever. I had my phone repaired at the place twice, the first being okay yet still expensive. Second time I went with a broken screen and LCD to fix. Left the phone and came back after 30 minutes.. Screen was repaired but guy broke the back of the phone by trying to fix the front.. A crack near the back camera of the iPhone 5 glass part. I pointed out the damage and immediately the guy was like "oh shit". Guaranteed me he would order a new phone and told me to go pick it up in a week. A week and 2 days passed I went over to the store and the same 2 guys that had witnessed the problem were there. I went up and explain that I'm there to pick up the new phone and he plays stupid and says "you're going to have to be more descriptive than that" kind of like he was trying to come up with an excuse as I talked. I again tell him and he's like.. Why would I order a new phone if I can just fix the back of your phone. WHY DID HE TELL ME THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Ok I'm ranting. Anyways I say okay to fixing the back because it was pointless to argue with him at the point.. So I sit there waiting and this guy starts cussing as he fixes my phone saying "shit" and other words as he does a crappy job fixing his own mistake. Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else. I paid them $181.89 on 12/12. They needed to order a part, they said it would take a few business days. I find out on 1/7, which was several business days, that they ordered the wrong part. (Got it fixed elsewhere in the interim.) Went in for a refund, they say they don't do them. The guy behind the counter said, "Sorry, buddy." Don't go there, and if you do, don't pay in advance.
