A few weeks back, forgot my phone was in a pocket of a jacket wrapped around my waist. Slammed the car door on it twice and bent the phone. =( Brother took me to some other 'repair shop' on Hillsborough and they did a crappy job repairing it. My phone was jumping all over the place. It was opening tabs, scrolling, and typing in random letters trying to unlock my phone. I literally had to fight to power down my phone before it erased my phone. Did I mention my phone's battery would drain faster than The Flash running down the street? I couldn't even take my phone to work because it would be near dead before I got off. Fast forward to BATTERIES PLUS, I met this young genius named Carl and he fixed the phone COMPLETELY! Carl told me the other 'repair' place put a generic screen on and it was the cause of all the phantom touches. I've had the phone for about 2 weeks at least. All of those earlier problems are GONE. I don't have to charge my phone every 5-6 hours. I can go a few days before having to charge. It doesn't open up anything unless I select it. No more fighting for control over my phone. I do not remember having been here before. At home I've watched my batteries, Chinese made, months, rot, and corrode. The of the American market is filled with these batteries that do not last. Batteries plus had everything I needed most especially quality batteries. Customer service was efficient and and even came across an older lady having batteries replaced in her favorite watch. I purchased a battery for a Lexus ES350. I asked them if they could replace it for me they said yes. However, during the installation, they did not know what to do. Once they got the battery out and tried to put the new one in, they could not install the piece that held the battery. After waiting for almost two hours, they were able to put the new battery in, but could not install the piece that holds the battery in place, so they left it loose. Now, I need to take my car to the Lexus dealership so that they can install it correctly. read more

I never used to think about this place until I needed to replace my car battery after breaking down near by. After leaving auto zone for an over priced battery I came here. The guy who helped me was more than helpful, gave me a discount and an extended warranty. I also came here to replace a key fob battery, and a watch battery. I would like to compliment the young man that helped my elderly mother with her cell phone yesterday. Sorry, I did not get his name. She thought there was a problem with her battery because she couldn't get her cell phone to turn on. He examined her phone and he was able to get it turned on. He carefully explained that the case might be preventing her from pushing the buttons all the way down. He also checked the battery and found that it is working properly. Don't bring your iPhone there to be fixed. I had to bring my sons iPhone in 5 times and they even sent the phone off to another store for a so called expert to work on. The phone would come back with different problems each time that weren't there before; loose screen, keyboard not working, rattle in phone and each time they had a different excuse. He said that even if you have an appointment, there's no guarantee that they will start your repair at that time if they have other phones they're working on. Again, what's the point of making an appointment? How many people have the time to sit and wait for 2 1/2 hours for them to START working on your phone? Not me.
