My daughter, who is deaf, had lost her phone while on vacation, and I was trying to help her regain access to her Apple ID. I was already dealing with a stressful situation and honestly didn't know much about eSIMs. I had previously been told that an eSIM could not be installed without a QR code and that there would be a $5 charge. I was then sent to the Riverview location, which was a 30-45 minute drive from where I had been. When I arrived, Giselle listened to what I needed, understood the situation, and took care of the eSIM installation quickly and effortlessly. There was no QR code, no $5 charge, and most importantly, no runaround. She simply helped me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She could have treated me like just another customer, but instead she took the time to understand what I was dealing with and made a stressful situation much easier. I have been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years, and Giselle reminded me what good customer service is supposed to look like. Giselle, thank you for helping me when I needed it. The front of the business is listed with their new name too, "iCustom." At first,I Iooked pass this business. I didn't need to have a business name to tell me I am screwed. I had to look back at the business because it had 5 stars and really great reviews. Well, I am adding another 5-star rating to this business only because I can't do 6-stars. I use my laptop when working from home and you can imagine how I felt when I cracked my screen and the only thing I could see after that was the crack. TIP: Don't press hard on your screen when cleaning it, and don't try to clean it while it is up facing you. Lay it down with the screen flat on the table, then wipe GENTLY. I mean it GENTLY! Anyway, I needed to get it fixed because I was in the middle of a project and everything was on my laptop. I read the ScrewBox website and it allowed you to write to them in a CHAT type box, to get an estimate for repairs. It guaranteed a response within 20 minutes, and they did. They responded with a really reasonable rate, and I jumped in my car and went there. Since I am writing this review on that same laptop you can guess how happy I am with their work. Valentine (he pronounces it "Valenteen") handled my problem and told me the proper way to clean the screen. (see TIP above) I hope I spelled his name correctly. They also have refurbished computers, laptops, and cellphones there for sale. If you ever have any laptop issues, go to iCustom first. Forget that "G" Squad" place.
